We were passing through and my truck broke down on the side of the road with my family waiting in the trailer. The mechanics and owners were really busy but took my truck in anyways to help a Veteran in need. I bought a car from Ricks and Longview Auto Repair was able to find out the problem with it within a half hour. They are really nice and understanding down there.

Liars & Cheaters. Changed oil pan gasket and they didnt clean it upon installing a new one so it leaked all over my new drive way. I took it to dealer they fixed it no problem, and these just never gave a refund or resolved the issue.

They were very helpful letting me know what was going on when my Low Oil Pressure light came on. He explained the codes and gave recommendations on next steps to get fixed. He charged us much less then we were quoted for the Diagnostic and oil change. We will definitely continue to take our cars to Longview Auto.

They do a great job and they are reasonably priced.

Miserable place since sold. They kept my truck for 7 weeks for a bad heater core that they put in, just to tell me they were not gonna warrantee it. They are TERRIBLE!!!

They repaired the power steering last May while visiting the area. They are very honest and provide quality service at a fair price. While visiting again a few week ago we had a minor concern with are vehicle. They tested and corrected the problem at no cost.

I’ll never go back. Seemed like good work, but always something. Last time they held my car for 3 extra days. I later found parts missing. They shrugged it off. Charged me labor again for replacing a water pump that failed under warranty.

On my way from Portland to Canada on i5 in the middle of the pouring rain, our windshield wipers quit working completely. Blakes was the only place in town that could fix it right away so we could get home. They were so helpful and quick considering the part had to come up from Portland. And the price was very reasonable.

Terrible they quoted me for $300 tried to charge me $400, paid $375 cause dan hassled me so much, come to find out they didnt even replace all of the parts that were needed to be replaced and charge me for the full service when I found out there was parts missing they tried to charge me again for the labor

I have been using Blakes for about five years and every time I did business with them, they more than satisfied my needs with fair prices, timeliness of work, friendliness of staff and competence. I would gladly recommend them for any kind of work that they do. I have had brakes, catalytic converter, shocks, steering component, transmission and some other minor things on three of the cars that I have owned. I will never ever go here again first off I took my Ford in because off tick issue he said he could fix it I went back paid him 1500$ started truck sounded the same after he said was fixed. I asked what he did he said timing. I had already diagnosed timing so knew there was nothing wrong before I took it to him I even have proof a pic of my scan tool time stamped a week before I brought it in. He said he would fix it. I asked him why he did timing he said basically that what it usually is. So he didnt diagnose first. Gave him another chance long story short by time he was done my engine would not hold oil pressure had to buy a new engine and he didnt pay for anything and would not I caught him in many lies I even have proof cause I recorded our phone conversations. He is a crook and can only replace simple parts. He would not give my money back or my old engine or parts that I paid for I will be seeing him in court.

Bought a car here its a auto servos. But after you listen to all his B.s. you are really wonder if he even knows he owns a car lot too. Some People who think they know everything VB really shouldnt be in business for themselves!!

I called today to get an estimate on chaging a blower motor talked to Dan.... First asked without part he gave me price and then asked with part and seemed inconvienced for having to look up the part. While searching he was swearing ans bitching about Blake calling out sick to a coworker.... Horrible customer service not a good first impression i would Never bring my car there and i was about to schedule an appointment. Best repair shop that I have ever used!!!!! Outstanding customer service and unparraleled knowledge and repairs!!!!! I was referred there by my Uncle who has the same truck as I do, I wouldnt trust anyone else with my Powerstroke!!!!!! Dan is a great guy, he is busy but if you treat him good he will treat you good, staff is very polite and proffessional, but they are also very busy. What do you expect from a very Knowlegable staff and business owner that always have a shop full of vehicles to repair!!!!!

Horrible customer service with the exception of a woman that works the front desk. The owner is the worst one! He will tell you to make an appointment and then when you get there they are too busy to help or everyone is on their lunch break. I dont understand how people can do business this way.

Ive been here 5 times for various services. Every time has been what Ive always wanted in an auto repair. I used to do a lot of my own but these guys make it so easy to take my car in. The biggest for me is now a well established trust and value. I usually say that cost seems too low for the great work they do. Ill never go anywhere else. Youll agree after one visit.
