Friendly customer service — I walked in and was greeted with a smile.They were able to accommodate my oil change in a timely fashion and without them trying to upsale me extra “services” like other oil change places in town.Hassle-free, friendly experience that actually wound up being less expensive than I’ve paid before at competitors.The gentleman at the counter also brought to my attention that he thought my battery may be going bad, as my car was a little slow to start. That was very thoughtful and I went and remedied that situation right after my transaction with them.Overall, great experience.

Great service! Called ahead and got an appointment to put on some new wheel hubs, rotors and brakes I had bought for my 2014 Altima. When I got there early, they were ready and friendly. Highly recommend!

The people who work in this shop are some of the friendliest honest people that I have had the pleasure of meeting. They are honest helpful and nice. Always do fantastic work and are thorough as possible. I highly recommend this shop. I have come here many times for an assortment of things as have my friends and family.

They ran a 4th of July special that ended on the 4th which was a Sunday and was closed on the weekend. I work during the week n could only go on the weekend. I had scheduled an appointment on the site and the excuse they gave me was it goes to corporate elsewhere and was never notified. I am extremely unhappy and will never use them or recommend them and they wouldnt even honor the special after the fact. They never fixed the times on the website stating they would be closed and I drove over an hour one way for my appointment to discover they were closed. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

I had a flat tire across the street from the Midas store in Longview Texas and a couple gentleman came out and helped me and my son in the blazing hot heat change my tire and where the sweetest nicest most professional individuals that Ive ever come in contact with when it comes to a tire company. The service was great. I was driving a fleet truck and I was in a hurry to get back on my route and they made sure I was in and out. They performed their duties which was tire rotation, oil change, and brake inspection without hesitation and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this location.

HONEST, HELPFUL, FRIENDLY & FAIR. They actually care about you and your vehicle and making sure its fixed right. Theyve worked on several of our trucks the past few years and have always done a great job. They know what theyre doing and dont charge you for anything you dont need. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!

Not sure about the last review. Ive used this Midas for years and have always had grest service from them. A couple of times I have asked to have things done like new brake pads and they checked them for free and showed me that they were still good and didnt need to be changed yet. A dishonest company would have grabbed the cash and changed them. Very friendly and professional and they provide great service.

I think its unprofessional to bring your kid to work with you if the child is going to act disruptive to customers while youre doing something else. The location could also use some music for the waiting area.

Other shops were gonna charge me 1800. They charged 230 to fix it.

Curteos and good service always

Argued about wether or not the tires were installed here. Then tried to say the didnt strip the lug nuts when this is the only place that have ever installed tires on this vehicle. Then walked into the shop where I could still hear them and were saying that I must have done something to the lug nuts. Extremely poor customer service!!!!!! My family will never do business here again!!!!!!!

Staff was short handed and there was a long wait before I could get service.

Had a problem with my tires. Tech had me pull close to building as it was raining. He checked them and found that all 4 were 10 lbs low so he put air in all my tires and wished me well and sent me on my way. Thanks Midas!
