I arrived with my mother, about 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 11th, 2021, to fill propane tanks. The cashier told my mom that nobody was available to fill the tanks until eleven. As mom asked me where we should go next, the cashier shows up to fill our tanks, but then proceeds to tell my mother that one of the tanks cannot be filled due to the age of the tank. Mom vented her frustrations to me. I got out of the car, and asked the cashier her name. She told me her name, and said she was a manager. I told her that I was going to report her. She replied, smugly, that she was the manager. I said that there is always someone higher ranking, and that the customer is always right. She said she did everything she could and that if someone else had filled that tank before, then they will be fired. And, she added, Im concerned about your safety. I replied, If youre so concerned about our safety, why arent you wearing a mask? She said, Im outside. I answered, Yeah, right. Then, she retorted, If youre so concerned about your safety, then you should stay at home. I was rather irate by then, and I told her to go to Hell. Now that I have calmed myself, however, Im thinking, Maybe, shes right. Why not only shop online? Why would I ever shop at Tractor Supply again?

If i could give 6 stars i could. they helped get some tractor parts and were so nice. great job guys

This store is excruciating. Every time I go in I literally have to unpack my own feed from a pallet, meanwhile employees are standing around and complaining about how they don’t have enough people to work and no one seems to want to work. I’ve called for the last week and a half to order the feed that I need, confirmed it twice and lo and behold it was never actually ordered. I don’t know what it is that makes this tractor supply so much worse than every other one, but I will now be driving 30 minutes out of my way each direction just to avoid the awful team that works at the store.

Staff are always very helpful. All of the products we have purchased are good quality. The toys make it fun for the kids to go with and they are not to expensive.

Very rude, Home Depot employees are far more helpful.

Completely lax about Covid related safety. Likely due to the array of customers without masks. Had to return a sprayer for broken part in unopened box, were easy to work with.

As always very nice clean location with friendly staff. Glad to see stores opening up.

Really nice staff. The guy who helped me pretty much knew he didnt have the compression fitting I was looking for but he tried to find it in two different places and when he couldnt, he didnt waste my time telling me he could order it for me. He just directed me to the nearest place I could find what I was looking for. For that, I felt like coming back as soon as I needed something they did have. 1 star off for not having my fitting but otherwise top rate service.

Had a great experience here at the Longmont location just off of I25. After not being able to find the item I was looking for I asked at the register for assistance. Wes assisted me, and upon asking him for a particular item he was able to recall off the top of his head that they did indeed have inventory in the back, he didn’t even need to check the inventory on the register. He quickly brought the item up front for me and even offered to help me load the item in my Wrangler in the cold and snowy weather. Wes provided easily the best customer experience I’ve received in some time and I intend to frequent this location more often even though it is a bit further away from me then some similar stores.

Great store. Had to ask for them to go in the back to get a 40# bags of organic chick starter as they hadnt stocked the front properly. Otherwise very helpful and friendly staff. Fun to shop.

Great service and selection. Been there several times since it opened and have always been assisted in locating what I need. I’m a farm boy so I’m partially biased. Always reminds me of my grandpa and grandma waking into these stores.

I love this store. I get tools and so many other things here that I cant find anywhere else & sometimes Ive never seen. There prices are unbelievable & unbeatable. This place rocks.

Perfect place to pickup almost every hardware item for the farm. They have live chickens in right now! The staff is very helpful with customers.

This place is close to where I work so its convenient at times. 2 times in 2 months they couldnt dispense propane for one reason or another when it got cold. Mixed reviews on staff, some are awesome and some not.

Wherever you visit tractor supply in each state, I find that the service is friendly and extraordinary. Eileen and her team went out of their way to help me with an issue I had on my trailer. Cant say enough good things about this place.

OMG LIFE SAVERS! We are traveling in our RV and ran out of propane at 7 o’clock at night . A few other gas stations somewhat nearby have ability to fill propane but only in the mornings or at other inconvenient times of the day. I never would have thought to come to this store to get our RV propane filled! But I saw a propane sign from the highway and sure enough they usually have someone there all the time to fill RV propane tanks!! AND they were at least 1/3 cheaper than ALL the other fill stations!! Not to mention the ladies inside were very nice and very helpful!! We will be warm tonight and DEFINITELY be back!

Tractor supply company has been a great resorce for the things I need. Prices are fair, store is clean and staff are friendly. Keep an eye out for the yellow stickers, they can be some hidden deals

Waited over an hour for propane fill - was told “we can wait” since the person need to do the propane fill was on the phone on an “important” call. We have a big rig RV sand would have gone elsewhere but all other places were closed. Worst customer service ever....

Worst costumer service I have ever had. I understand that they were having issues with a mill and getting a item they do not stock often. Told 3 times it would be there and drove there to find out it was not ever there. Also the Assistant Manager was not only one of the ruddiest person to me on the phone but also to my wife in person inside the store in front of other employees and customers. I regret every purchases I have made at this tractor supply they do not deserve my hard earned money. I do not recommend this store to anyone even if it is the last place that has something in stock. The upper management treats their customers the people that keep them in business horrible then blame their horrible customer service on logistics something that has nothing to do with customer service and that no one can have control over to begin with. No one at a management level seems to understand at this location how valuable customers are and also how to treat honest hard working people. On the other hand very clean and some of the cashiers are amazing people that understand customer service and I am sorry to think that they have to deal with management like that.

The manager here is very rude when it comes to returning things even if you have the warranty. Im here waiting to exchange a pressure washer thats only 6 months old and the pump broke. Was told they wouldnt return it and Id have to call the warranty company. Called the warranty company and they said the store will return it but now theyre in a meeting so Im here wasting time. This is my 3rd time here today trying to figure it out.

Went in to get a 21mm socket and to look around what else I could use for my Jeep project. Took a picture of boots and some grease fittings. The cashier Patricia kept hovering around me and finally asked why I’m taking pictures. Told her that it isn’t any of her business so she called the manager. Told her the same thing, she said it’s very unusual for someone to come in on a HOT morning in a coat. It’s 63 degrees outside and I was wearing I light jacket. Worst store ever....going to complain to corporate.

Very very poor customer service. I tried to buy a trailer here and it took every employee in the store to try and figure out the title paper work. Needless to say they messed up the paper work twice and couldnt even get it unlocked to take home. Please spend your hard earned money somewhere else where they deserve it. Tractor supply needs to figure out there management issues

Dont buy your baby chicks or ducks here. I called ahead to see if they had runner ducks and was told yes. Got there and all the ducks were in one tank. The sign said Runner Ducks (and others) and we told the teen working that we wanted runner ducks. They grew into big waddling white peking ducks...When I called to talk to the manager, she blamed me for buying the wrong ducks and then hung up on me. Im not impressed with their quality or customer service.

If you want any kind of money back guarantee go to a lowes or home depot. Bought a snow thrower day one didnt work couldnt get my money back and the manager followed up by calling me a liar. We buy stuff from these box stores because we think theyll keep their word but this one wont. I will never recommend Tractor Supply to anybody again spent over $3,000 with these people in 6 months and they cant even be respectable to their customer.

There was 1 cashier and 0 employees walking around. I did two laps looking for what the website said was in store. I was about to be patient because the 1 cashier had 7 people in line but before I started my third lap he answered a phone call and stopped ringing people up. Not a fluke, everytime Ive come here they are severely understaffed
