Home Depot always has what were looking for. Even better than that, customer service is excellent. Everyone is friendly and everyone weve ever asked for assistance from was knowledgeable.
Gotta say this is the best Home Depot. Helpful and kind staff. Seems like the staff really like working here. Rare thing to hear so many staff members talk about how much they love working at a place or talk about how much they miss it.
My husband and I couldnt decide what colors to paint our new house interior walls. We had went to a few different places to look at colors and like always we took a ton of paint samples home, but couldnt agree on any of them. Then we went to Home Depot in Firestone and met a wonderful woman The Rock. She spent a lot of time with us and really helped us sort through our options. If it wasnt for her our house would never look as amazing as it does now. Thank you! Anyone looking for paint go see the Rock!
Great experience. Everything was where I thought it would be. Only hiccup was that quick set concrete was listed for two different prices on the Salesforce. When I got to the register it rang up at the lower price.
I couldnt find the specific hardware I was looking for but I was able to come up with something that worked so its a win...on another note they have a really nice looking lumber department the wood looks good straight not a lot of wane etc.

By far the worst experience ever... the employees do not need to harass me constantly asking me if I need help especially when Im being serviced by a different coworker. They dont need a follow me around the store and Whisper to their other employees thinking Im up to something... by far the worst experience ever....I dont care if theyre closing they need to be more professional

Stopped in to find flower pots.. They have a huge selection of any kind and color you could ever want. Their plant selection is amazing.. I ended up buying 5 pots. 😊
This Home Depot is wonderful...clean, organized, and has the items I need. My local (in town) store, not so much. The staff at both, however are great. Helpful and knowledgeable.
Quick and easy trips to this location! Always able to get what I need and I would have given 5 stars if it hadnt been for my interactions with a rude employee. While at the self check-out this man tried to get me to leave, actually grabbed the 1 item, that I had already scanned, while I was in the process of paying and threw it into my purse and told me to leave. I was very confused and taken aback. I feel that he was under the impression that I didnt wait in line?...but I did wait in the self check-out line and took the first available check-out when it came available. It was a disturbing experience and he got far too close to me for my comfort and safety. Never experienced anything like this but felt that this employees actions were very inappropriate and I will avoid him at all costs in my future visits. Maybe it was an off day for him, but his actions definitely soured that part of my day and visit.
I can always find what I need and I dont feel bad for dressing like a slob because others dress the same way because theyre also doing work on their house or lawn 😂

Do not take the free water test kit. I trusted Home Depot and thought this would be a good way to find out what is in your water. Turns out a 3rd party company called Rain Soft basically holds you hostage in your kitchen for hours with an aggressive high pressure sales pitch for their $8,000 machine. So disappointed and disillusioned with this unethical and deceitful sales tactic. Whats worse is that Home Depot is in on it and the technician which is really a sleazy sales rep comes in wearing a Home Depot Pro shirt and is constantly pressuring you into getting the Home Depot credit card. This really put a bad taste in my mouth.
The are really low on a lot of inventory. Out of the 5 things I needed, only 1 was in stock.

This is literally the worst home depot Ive ever been to. The employees do not know what they are doing, they do not want to help. I tried to rent a flat bed truck and was told there was none available, went outside to double check the internet for locations near me and saw that Firestone Home Depot had one in stock. Called from the parking lot and rented the truck.Ive had some good experiences here but, they are totally out weighed by the bad ones. The employees also have no clue about the products. Theres the occasional employee that wants to help but, lacks the knowledge. Overall, I think Ill just drive to Longmont or Thornton from now on.
Scott from the Kitchen department is the best in customer service. He will answer all your questions and help you with anything related with special projects. He already helped me not only with my kitchen but also with flooring, fence and more.

Pretty good place they mostly have what your looking for . The staff is friendly and helpful . Things are mostly clean and tidy . I wish they had more large appliances on hand especially when the have whole home package deals . I would have bought one on the spot, however they were 2-3 months out . Good sales and their clearance sections have some good stuff in it as well. Rugs were low on inventory and sad that the sets were not available also. Overall great place and will be doing alot of business over the years .
Couldn’t get any assistance, even called the front desk to help us get something down. We’re going to Lowe’s now after an absolute lack of service here.
This store was horrible . Almost all power tool displays were missing . Nothing was stocked. Staff members werent very helpful .Looked like a tornado went through there.

Website is straight wrong half the time about their inventory. Employees often know incorrect information and will tell you it confidently; youre better off googling any questions yourself. That said, they have decent inventory and the checkout lines are usually fairly short
Almost always a good experience. I’m so familiar with this location’s layout that I don’t like to go to others in the area 😆. And on several occasions I’ve had associates go above and beyond to help me out.

It was easy to find everything I needed, including a unique hasp for my shed. While I didnt need their assistance, the staff was friendly and happy to offer their help and knowledge.
Clean/stocked location, friendly knowledgeable staff. Kathy & Rock in the paint department were kind enough to let me exchange my gallon of paint which I wasnt satisfied with...I know most places wont normally do that. At the end of the day she said she just wanted her customers to be happy, she kindly informed me about the different paint sizes I can buy next time for future reference. I am happy with the service I received so I am deciding to leave a good review. The Longmont location wouldnt let me exchange my gallon of paint and Im glad this location did me a favor. I appreciate it a lot & will decide to do my future shopping here. Plus beautiful garden section!
Scott in the cabinet department was super helpful! I feel really lucky he was the one to help us out, there is one piece of trim that is on back order and he emails me twice a week letting me know he is still checking on it and will let me know when it comes in.. that type of service from a big box store with thousands of customers is AMAZING!! I shop a lot of Home Depot’s throughout the state and this one is by far my favorite. Chris the lawn and garden supervisor was very helpful and great to deal with. Matt who seemed to be the store manger, was a great help as well when I had an issue with a product. I love coming to this store! Stay safe during this tough time and thank you for being there.

On February 23, 2021 I wanted to buy some kitchen cabinets around 16 of them and when we were there we asked for help And we were told to go online and order the cabinets ourselves, I was so disappointed of the customer service we got because the reason we went there is to do it in person we do not have a good connection for Internet at home so we wanted to do it in person, I feel like we weren’t important for the store! 😒

There are bad and sometimes even rude employees (mostly novices). However most of my visits to the store were more than great. No problems with returns, no problems with parking, no problems with restrooms, no problems with variety of tools available.

Can you get no help ask four or five different people I dont know what happened over there they used to have plenty help and now they got nine and what people are walking around with the little orange vest got no idea what theyre talking about none
So disappointed in their service. We are remodeling kitchen. Needed some information and prices on their cabinets. Took over 2 hours to get somewhere. They couldnt explain pretty much anything since i guess for higher grade quality cabinets they sub contract. Just bad experience.

Ive been patronizing this location since it first opened. It took time but the staff has become very knowledgeable of the store, if I wind up having a question, usually about inventory locations. Customer service has been great. Any issues have been small and quickly resolved.

Nice store. Helpful staff. Doesnt have rental tools since its a smaller store. There are too many pets roaming, sometimes not on leash. Control your pets or better yet, dont take them shopping unless its to PetSmart.

Went by the store today with only an idea of deck railing that I wanted to install. While in the lumber area I asked Joe for help. He was in the middle of something, but I only had a simple question, so I was hoping not to throw him off his task too much. Instead of answering the question and going back to his task, Joe walked me around the store helping with each piece of the railing. He was able to specially order a part and have it two day shipped that was only $10. Joes customer service blew me away with his willingness to help and making sure every question I had was answered. Great hire Home Depot.

My wife bought a cook top stove at the Firestone store this week. She paid $25 to have the old one taken away. The installation was supposed to be included in the final price. The delivery boys refused to install, remove, or haul the old one away. Be very wary of what the sales associate tells you just to make that sale! Theyll tell you anything they think you want to hear!! Might as well bought the cook top stove on Amazon.
I took my 3 year old to their first Sat of the month project days. She had a blast painting and hammering nails in. She was so proud to get the pin that goes on her official home Depot apron. What a great thing they sponsor for kids!

I shopped ahead online and located the item I wanted but went into the store to pick it up myself. What I really loved is that The item was on the correct aisle and bin that was given to me online which made my shopping experience easy and very quick.
The general manager of Home depot in Firestone didnt think things through about how to allow customers access to his store. Charles needed some compost for his garden. I went to Home Depot on hwy 119 in Firestone and parked in a handicapped spot close to the garden center. That door is closed and is now an exit only. I had to walk to the center door and back to the garden center. I asked a female employee for someone to help me get ONE BAG of compost to my car because I couldnt lift it or walk very far. She pointed to another employee in the extreme southwest corner of the garden center and said he would help. After getting to him he was standing talking with another male employee, didnt sound like a business related conversation. I asked him if he could help me getting ONE BAG of compost to my car because I couldnt lift it or walk anymore. He told me to get a basket and he will put it in the basket for me and someone at the checkout counter will put it in my car. The baskets are back at the center of the store where I came in. The checkout counters are at the east side of the store. I told him I would buy it somewhere else. I realize that the profit on one bag of compost is NOTHING so the store didnt lose anything on that sale. But the amount of loss customers because of me sharing my VERY negative experience today I hope will make a impact.

I had went in to home Depot to get a refrigerator mini one. Had none in stock of the one I wanted. I asked if they would sale the display one. I have bought display stuff before. This mini fridge had big dent in it. Tells me no. That she would give me 50 bucks off of another one. I said no I wanted display one. And when she gets more like the one I want tomorrow would she give me 50 bucks off when they come in. And she said she didnt know when they was coming in. I stated you had told me tomorrow you would get some tommorow. She stated I dont know . So I should have asked for manager. It was a damaged mini fridge only one. I fell they should have sold the display one for a lot less do to damaged door.

When I was checking out I had to void the order because your wrench section is not only far from organized, but bare and filled with used tools. When I brought it up to the cashier, they just brushed it off. Good luck with further business. I’ll buy better tools from somewhere that cares about its customers

Average for home depot, If you need to fix something around the house they probably have it. Make sure you get everything and make a list otherwise you end up coming back several times.
Very aggravating today. This was a pick up order. The employee did not know how the pick up system worked. Additionally, he was not wearing a mask and breathed directly into my face from about one foot away from my open car window. I will not return here.

The service was excellent this trip. Jackie did a great job helping get the patio set down from up top. While juggling multiple customers and going above for each one, she was able help me get my shed ordered with the help of Erin. Glee had great customer service when purchasing the patio set.
