Love these guys! We are very happy with our new floor. We were able to install it ourselves with the advice of the folks at Lumber Liquidators. They had all the tools and materials we needed and were so helpful. We also got a great deal on the flooring. Well definitely be back whenever we get around to finishing our basement.

Walked in and was greree immediately, the young gentleman was very helpful and answered all my questions. Didnt feel rushed, gave me samples and walked through several different scenarios (Im new to this, so as you can imagine, there were tons)! Will definitely be back when Im ready to make a decision!

We recently purchased all of our flooring for our new home from Lumber Liquidators in Longmont. I would especially like to thank Andrew and Tony for always giving excellent customer service! We had a lot of questions about different types of floors and you guys always went above and beyond to help us out. I love our new hickory floors and couldnt be more pleased with how everything turned out!

The prices are really good the customer service is greatThe only thing is that I had to get my material from different shops one in Denver one in Aurora and the other in Longmont and the shop in Longmont gave me wood in damaged packaging.... I had no time for argument so I just took it 😐

Mad at Lumber Liquidators as a corp, not this store in particular, for the record.Purchased a tile floor more than a year ago, that within two months started SHATTERING under normal use. After 6 months of investigation and material testing, Lumber Liquidators agreed the product was flawed and they would replace it. Another 4 months later, the warranty claim was processed, and I selected a new material. Around this time my customer care representative mostly vanished, failing to return calls or emails asking for information while selecting new material. Called the main help line and got a few answers, and selected a new material. Received an email confirming my rep had processed the change, then never received a response to my email confirming they were aware of the materials and installers necessary to install this particular type of floor according to their online product guidelines. Scheduled the installer who called me after being contacted by LL, my fiancee and I took the day off work, and moved EVERYTHING out of our house. The installers arrive, take one look at the material, and indicate that they are in no way qualified to install tile, and only specialize in hardwood. I am sitting in an empty house, on a tile floor that has been leaving shards and cutting my, my fiancees, and my dogs feet for more than a year, and NOBODY has in any way responded to voicemails or emails trying to schedule the installation for today with a correct installer. I will likely have to take more time off work, and live on a shattered floor in an empty house for days (weeks? months? who knows!) before this horrible journey of complete customer complacency will be over. Save yourself a migraine and a few shards of floor in your foot and spend your money LITERALLY ANYWHERE BUT WITH THIS COMPANY.Edit: The only saving grace was our customer service agent with corporate, Tarita, who worked with us to get the original material tested and proven faulty, has been the only agent to contact me within my availability, and helped handle returning the old material for testing and confirming the warranty should cover the repair or replacement. Unfortunately in later communication I learned she is no longer with the company, which would explain her sudden lack of communication described in my original review.

They have a sales person named Tony. Who does not know how to install flooring. He sold us the most exspensive bad out here. Told us that if we chose the unfinished red oak about 10% would be unusable. We have thrown 4 bundles away. They will not take it back. They should not be selling this. Tony lied and misrepresented the product.

The guy was very knowledgeable and polite, but forgot to tell us to call ahead before picking up the flooring from another store and the associate was rude about it at the FT. Collins location

Both the first and second time we went in, the main guy in his 40s never smiled, did not offer help, and made it very clear we were annoying him by shopping for floor at a floor store. Worst customer service ever in our lives.

How would I know Im a terrible carpenter,but I do love some guys that work here
