I purchased tile from them, when it arrived, they went through it with me piece-by-piece. There were some chips in just a few of the tile, so they offered to replace the ENTIRE SET just to make sure that the color matched perfectly. Also, no added delivery fees (when shipped to store)!

Mike and the team at Bassett were absolutely fantastic to work with. They know their stuff and went the extra mile to make sure that we picked the right flooring (carpeting, padding and tile), and that we got top notch installation. Good flooring is a big investment, and we couldnt be happier with Bassett. Highly recommended!

On Thursday 9-5-19 my wife and I had our entire house re-carpeted. We chose Basset Carpet based on our original carpeting from Basset and reviews from other peoples experience with Basset. We are extremely pleased with the quality and value of the carpeting we chose as well as the professionalism and attention to detail afforded us during the process.We were also very pleased with the installation crew from Pine Flooring LLC. Rogelio Espino and his crew did an amazing job moving our furniture, taking up and removing the old carpet and laying our new carpet. We would highly recommend their company and their workmanship - it was outstanding.

I loved working with them. They were so kind and helpful when it came to carpeting our whole house. The installers are great! They are very professional and do a great job. They had solutions for all of the problems that this old house came with. They did a great job installing and made the transitions from room to room and stairs to floor look modern and well done.

The folks at Bassett Carpets were excellent! They were very helpful and quick to respond. They were completely professional but at the same time very personable. This was true with carpets and also with window blinds in our home. We recommend them highly.

After getting an awful quote from Costco, I called Basset for flooring.Staff - Polite, professional and trustworthy experience with staff from beginning to end. These guys presented me with all my options with absolutely no pressure selling.Price - Basset didnt nickel-and-dime me with crazy hidden fees that other flooring companies charge like delivery or disposal fees.Installation - The installers were really professional and WOW it looks great! They spent a full 2 days installing and their hard work shows in the detail work, floorboards, transitions, etc.In the end I was happy to pay them $$ thousands of dollars of my hard earned money. It was worth it.

Having had some bad luck starting with the flood in 2013 that affected so many of the people in Longmont, our hair salon wants to thank Basset Carpet for taking such good care of us!Our Hair Salon required lots of flood repair and the carpet was the last thing to be replaced. Bassett Carpets did all off the blinds, carpet, tile, and linoleum when we remodeled my office a few years ago. The products were all high quality, fairly priced and the installation was always done properly. They did what they said they would do when said they would do it. The process went so well that we chose to have Bassett Carpets also do all of the blinds, carpet, wood, and tile flooring when we built our house.They have stood by their products, too. We recently had a few minor issues with the blinds at my office (two of the windows are very wide for that type of blind). The owner, Troy, came to my office personally to make sure that the problem was properly understood and solved to our satisfaction.I highly recommend Bassett Carpet for all of your flooring or window coverings. In this day and age, it is becoming rare to find companies like theirs who still offer truly genuine and personalized customer service. The big corporations just can’t compare with a family owned and operated business like Bassett Carpets here in Longmont.

These guys are some real OGs.. I needed a large carpet to roll some things up in and they hooked it up with no questions asked. Total professionals.

You can get it cheaper, but Bassett takes such good care of us that we always use them.
