We bought a vehicle from them and the owner and staff was by very knowledgeable and kind with follow through with the sale of the car we were interested in .Days later it appeared that their was a very expensive problem with the car . After calling the owner / staff . With no question or even hesitation the owner said bring it back .They were more than happy to stand by whatthey represent as an honorable salesman .I highly recommend Ap Auto as a quality place to buy a car !

AP Auto Brokers has a great selection of cars and trucks. I had seen a particular one on internet, my wife and I drove two hours to look at. It was really clean, in great shape, and just what we wanted. Doug spent a lot of time working with our bank so we could make the purchase in one long trip. DO NOT GET OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. a friend of mine financed a car through them only to get it repowed back into theyre possession while you still make payments and they use GPS trackers so they can and will at anytime take the car back and did for no reason made all the payments and everything on time as well as giving out fake checks when in a lawsuit. DO NOT FINANCE YOUR CAR HERE.

Vehicles with over 200k miles shouldnt be this much. Im looking for a truck with 100k miles and all they keep showing me is vehicles with 200k miles and cost over 10 grand?

Friendly people I went in once to look at possible purchase the gentleman whom showed me around was very nice and made sure I understand taxes and other charges that come with purchasing a vehicle i didnt purchase one that day but I did come back days later and the next gentleman i talked to was very co distant with what the otjer had already told me I felt very confident with the vehicle i purchased here we are already planning on going to to get another!

We just had such a great experience with AP Auto Brokers that I felt it was important to leave a review.The Subaru Impreza we bought had an engine light come on. Unfortunately it turned out to be a big deal and the entire wiring harness had to be replaced. AP Auto Brokers did it right, sending it to Subaru. They spent ALOT of money meeting their end of the deal.These folks aren’t just out to make a buck. I got a strong impression that they are very interested in taking care of their customers and running a stand up business. We have one more teenager in the house to buy a car for and we’ll be back!!

Bought a 2006 dodge dakota from them and it had a hesitation while driving. I took it up there and they put it in the shop and found out that it had a misfire and they replaced all of the spark plugs in the engine and it was 16 of them with no questions asked. Helpful and a great group of people up there. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Not so sure. I went there and wasn’t really greeted. I mean, usually at a dealership someone would walk outside when you pull up, introduce themselves, dress professional. But me and my husband walked in, couldn’t tell if the people working there actually worked there. We said we wanted to test drive a car and get this, the car didn’t even start! If that’s not a clear sign the car probably isn’t a good idea to buy then I don’t know what is and that specific car had been sitting on the lot for years. What a shame. Maybe other staff are nice but this one guy was not. Couldn’t really understand what he was saying either. Not very helpful.

*HEAD GASKET* Bought my Toyota 4runner from AP Auto Brokers. One month and less than 1,000 miles later my check engine light started flashing and car shaking vigorously. Read the errors on an OBD tool that revealed a misfire in cylinder 4. Brought it in to AP Auto Brokers and then was surprised and very disappointed to find that they charged me $155 for the spark plug and coil pack replacement. Then the car started hesitating when I as driving. Brought it to the Toyota dealership who found 2 cracked spark plugs and 2 loose spark plugs. So then I had the Toyota dealership replace the spark plugs properly. Next, back to square one(check engine light came back on; misfire in cylinder 4). Then I brought it back to the Toyota dealership and found the 4runner has a BLOWN HEAD GASKET. $3600 later, back on the road. When I told the dealership my car had a blown head gasket the owner called me a prick and said he wished there was a place where he could complain about retarded customer. I went to a dealership to buy a car that was in good working order, and I am appalled at this lack of customer service!!DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Lack of service and professionalism. Complete junker tranny and rear end went out in less than 800 miles. Totally ridiculous to be called a buisness or in business. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM. if you have issued with your vehicle the become childish and blame you for the malfunction. If I wanted a piece of junk I would go to the junk yard.

The owner is very unprofessional dishonest and disloyal. The owner lied sold me a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica but in reality it was a 2003 Chrysler Pacifica along with mounts missing from the engine. AP Brokers put myself and my children In Harms Way they sell dangerous cars. Communicating the issues there was no problem solving to the issue so the customer service is very horrible. And with me not having reliable transportation left me and my children walking which left my son in the hospital with pneumonia so if youre looking for a reliable car I would not recommend you deal with a AP broker.

Owner is just flat out unprofessional. Threatened me, always says payments arent current and wont provide receipts when asked to prove it. Avoid him!

Lack of Integrity/Screwed me over. Transmission went out in just over a year on a vehicle with under 100K Miles on it. Didnt send correct documentation to DMV and made me pay for 3 temp tags/time off work and took me 5 months to get plates. Made me come in to sign more documentation to send to the DMV because of their mistakes- blaming it on the DMV. DONT USE THEIR FINANCING. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER.

SCREWED ME OVER. Bought a car two months ago and now it wont turn on. Not the battery. Wish I had read more reviews about this place before buying, apparently this happens a lot. Save yourself the trouble and go to another dealership.

We were rather disappointed with the way things went down.

We bought a 2001 Jeep as is and the next day it started having problems we took it back the next day and the owner fixed it for us even though we bought it as is.
