Great ice cream shop and smoothies. Friendly staff and good portions. Best banana split Ive had in my 29 years of life. Come try the board walk shops and food.

Overrated. Not good. The air surrounding the store was very off. Quite smelly. Very odd smell. I didnt see any masks being worn by the employees, either. Looks like the manager just does not care. Quite worrying.

So this is a must stop and enjoy at Shoreline Village. Our family always sits out there afterwards and enjoy the ice cream. I love the ice cream with soda. They also have the big waffle cones which are delish! They sometimes have live music right outside.

Best Milkshake Ive ever had in my life and you get lots of it! Will definitely return one day.

Good afternoon the service workers were great and polite. it was just a fan blowing into the kitchen that had a lot of dirt on it. keep the counters a little cleaner. service was over all great!

I love coming here! They have such delicious treats right next to a chill spot! Definitely recommend trying this out. Its always nice to have some treat while coming here for walks or social gatherings with friends and family. Lots of parking available in the parking zone.

This was my first time visiting this ice cream shop. Just as good as the first time. Lots of different flavors to pick from and interesting combinations. The ice cream is thick and creamy. Delicious.I had the peanut butter vanilla, which I enjoyed. I wanted to have a scoop of peanut butter vanilla and a scoop of chocolate peanut butter, but you are not allowed to mix flavors in a cup. Silly, that is why I only gave them 4 stars.

They have a good selection of ice cream. You can get it in a cone, cup, or flurry. The staff is really nice. Even though there was a big line behind me, they were happy to let me sample some ice cream. I got the praline pecan. So good!I like that they have child sized cups. They put 2 whole scoops in it, so its worth the money, thats for sure!

So this is at Shoreline Village in downtown Long Beach. Its a pretty good tourist Place, lots of eateries, lots of places to get cocktails and beers. The ice cream is really good because it is Thriftys Ice Cream which of course we all know now is Rite Aid. So the ice cream is good. They do have some good frozen yogurt with all the toppings. Its a very popular place.

Like that you can choose ice cream for funnel cake plus they are made to order

A bit overpriced. However, customer service is great, the ice cream and varieties are delicious. Definitely a go to place on a warm day!

Enjoyable place to stop for icecream. While walking around it was a fun place to stop and get something cold. We had the mint chocolate chip after the server suggested it. Good flavor to the ice cream but it needed more cream in it. Every once in a while we would bite down on ice crystals in the ice cream. I will be back in the future to try out the frozen yogurt

Love this place, there is a little bit of everything. Awesome non-fat frozen yogurt with their homemade waffle cones. Also their smoothies are so refreshing.

Great ice cream! A bit expensive. Waffle cones available..plenty of toppings and sauces. Soft serve yogurt, as well as reular ice cream. Sugar and lactose free(one or two flavors). Shakes and smoothies.

Very good ice cream the kids love this place but I agree with one of the reviews the line is chaotic you dont know if youre coming or going and it is definitely way overpriced you can simply walk about 200 feet towards the aquarium and get almost the same thing for half the price

We stopped here after strolling along the Boardwalk ..my grandkids absolutely loved it here!!! We enjoyed a banana split while sitting and watching the boats...my son and daughter in law loved their shakes!!! The menu and choices are sooooo yummy!!! We loved it here!!

Good. Busy as heck on weekends. Line is chaotic. They need a more definite waiting line. People eating cones in line is confusing. If you have your ice cream get out of line.

I love the clean and cute decor. The flavors are really unique. Ive never had wildberry lavendar and mango lassi ice cream before. I wasnt blown away by the taste, but I think Jenis is worth the visit. Its one-of-a-kind. Dont be intimidated by the long lines; they move pretty quickly.

Ice cream is tasty, the lines move quickly, and there is a good amount of public seating under the patio adjacent to it.

$15 for 2 waffle cones and they dont even make their own ice cream! Also the cone was slightly stale.
