I wish i could give this place 0 stars. We are regulars of tutti fruity, however we most certainly are not coming back. Because of the employee. Specifically the mid aged women with brown hair. She was extremely rude and disrespectful and has a very negative attitude towards the paying customers. She blatantly ignored my requests for lids and after I asked her again for a lid she rudely threw them at me while sighing and rolling her eyes at me and my younger sister. She then went into the back room and ignored us and made us do what she is getting paid to do. She overall ruined my experience of taking a nice trip to one of my used to be favorite frozen yogurt stores in town.

They never have any flavors that people want and for them not to offer No sugar added flavors is unacceptable. I’ve been coming here off and on for years mostly because other people want to try it. They had green tea flavor once !!! I don’t understand this place. The one in Oceanside is only a smidgen better. Needs better flavors and options.

This place has lovely ice cream and tasty Smoothie with excellent customer service.

I love products of this place but manager has really very serious attitude problem! Plus, she is forcing people to use public pen and paper for order even only 2 customers inside. You have to wash your hands with something else after the sanitizer which they provide over there.

Just signed up my niece to go to the beach friends sensory club up the stairs from tutti frutti. It was only right that we stopped by and tried some frozen yogurt. Awesome place!

If i could give 0 stars i would. Used to be my favorite place ever, I went in yesterday and while I understand covid has changed their point of service being that it is self serve. There could have been a more intelligent method to their customer approach. Amazingly enough I was the only customer there, aside from another lady who was speaking to the manager. While Im used to seeing the nutrition facts for each item, I cannot because now there is a pencil and paper method to order away from the actual machines. The other customer first says, you have to use the pencil and paper over there. Im thinking okay, I have questions. The manager and customer go back to looking at photos of the managers new apartment. Fine thats cool. But why am I going to listen to another customer. So after the manager finally says the same thing, I say I have questions out loud, since the hand written board says nothing about items offered, for instance, sugar free, non dairy, chloe brand (3 ingredient yogurt). Manager used to be so nice. I even had 3 cards fully checked off to get free yogurt, and that couldnt even keep me from staying there. I will never go back there again. This sucks.

Great yogurt... The place is small but comfy. My kids enjoyed the selections that were available.

Amazing frozen yogurt. Large assortment of toppings, although they do keep some behind the counter so if you dont see something you want ask! They have a rewards program program and when you fill up the card you have to ask FIRST for the free cup. Other than that it really is amazing. Staff is very friendly and theyll let you try a hundred and one flavors!

Five star! Unbelievable...I went there for the first time and couldnt wait to go again. Their flavors are amazing and it was all for a good price. I highly recommend strawberry, cookies and cream, and birthday cake. The staff was also very amable and I absolutely loved my expierence at Tutti Frutti.

Actually like the place. The yogurt and toppings are great. The service is not good at all! I walked in 15 minutes prior to closing and they told me to leave and would not serve me because they had already closed. There were multiple other customers in the store enjoying their yogurt. They were very rude about turning me away despite arriving well before the time they actually say they close. Now I understand they were nearing closing time but still the service was abismal and made me not want to return to a place I had previously liked..

This particular store has a very rude employee, Shari (claiming to be the manager), working there who speaks very disrespectfully to customers. In this instance, we tried to explain to her that she overcharged us for our order but she refused to hear anything we had to say. Not a way to treat a customer. As we were about to leave after finishing our yogurt she walked outside to our table, dropped a handful of change in front of us and said she miscalculated our order. No apology for her rude behavior. Im surprised an establishment like Tutti Frutti would allow anyone who speaks to customers in that manner work there. I will not go there again. There are other yogurt places with a more friendly and courteous staff.

Yes! I live 10 minutes away from a place that offers dairy free yogurt. I tried the peanut butter yogurt... Yum-a-dum-dum! They have lots of great toppings to pile on. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

DO NOT BRING CHILDREN!!! MEAN TO CHILDREN and families. Horribly rude staff that treat children like unwanted animals!!! The MANAGER was NASTY and DISGUSTING to my children. I was so upset. She ruined a fun trip to the ice cream shop by being mean to my 1-1/2yr old bc he screeched with excitement over his ice cream. After a constant barrage of dirty looks, nasty faces, grunts, groans, and huffing for almost 7min straight, I told her that her response was unappreciated. At which point she insulted me and told my 4yr old and 1-1/2yr old that they should go eat their ice cream OUTSIDE!!! The store was empty and she just kept getting ruder and ruder...glaring at my children as they ate--outside!
