I purchased a $29.99 ice cream cake for a celebration for my daughter. When my daughter, girl friend and I ate the cake it tasted either frost biten or old. For all three of us to completely be disgusted is a testimony to how horrible the taste of the cake was. I called Friday morning and asked to speak with a Manager. My name and number was taken down and was told that I would hear from a manager in a couple of hours. I had my girlfriend call later that night and again there was no manager on site and her name and number was taken down. I called again this morning and was told that the owner would call me. Early afternoon I spoke to the store owner Angela. At first she was rude and said that nobody else called and complained. Then she offered me a $10 credit. I asked if I could get a full refund or exchange for a new cake and she informed me about a piece of paper posted saying no exchanging due to covid. I completely understand, I wasnt trying to exchange the cake due to wrong ice cream choice. I wanted to return the cake to show that it wasnt eaten and get a new cake or refund due to the horrible taste. I called a different baskin Robbins to see if they had the same policy and the gentleman on the phone was more than willing to work with me if I would have bought it from his store. I was informed that each store can/do have different refund/exchange policies. I am just left with a terrible taste in my mouth from the cake and the way the owner handled the situation.

We ordered 2 kid size scoops of strawberry and chocolate flavor and a single scoop of mint chip. The ice cream were neither too frozen or too soft, just perfect. The staff was friendly and the place is very clean. Surprised they opened on Easter Sunday. Plenty of parking spaces and adjacent to a big intersection.

Ordered a 2 tiered cake for my sons birthday and brought my own edible images. The staff was so helpful and the cake was delicious. THANK YOU!!

Love this place, my friend and I stopped in, the staff were very friendly and offered help to us right away, I got 2 scoops of world class chocolate and vanilla in a cup, great flavor perfect mixed of both, my friend got 2 scoops of rainbow sherbert, both great options, they have lots of flavors to choose from, great experience I will definitely be back thanx

A timeless classic, I have been coming here for years and tonight I stopped in for a kid sized coffee ice cream. I didnt want to get a huge cup of anything so I wondered if I could pick something up that was small and almost bite sized. I was expecting that not to be the case but as it turns out they had exactly what I was looking for.My best advice for Baskin Robbins is to go at night time. This place tends to be over run with loud little kids and typically is not suitable for adults that just want to grab some ice cream and relax while eating it.The shop was nice and clean, the two gals working the counter were friendly but not overly friendly if you know what I mean and I had a good experience here.

I go here specifically to buy thier clown cones. Theyre located in the freezer, so I pick out my own. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful.

Great selection! I love the Oreo sundae - 3 scoops layered in a cup with hot fudge, marshmallow, and Oreo cookies! I had it with jamoca almond fudge ice cream instead of the cookies n cream and dont regret it!
