I came in for the recommended oil change at 7500 miles. It came with oil change and tire rotation. Normally I take my vehicle as clean as possible but this visit, I was not able to do it. When I went to pick up my vehicle, not only did I receive the standard package at 7500 miles, my car was washed and vacuumed. I was soooo grateful and thankful they were able to do that for me when I didnt ask. Thank you Harbor Hyundai for going beyond expectations!

I took my wifes Tucson to the service department twice for the same problem. Noise coming from one of the pulleys. They keep the car for several days to perform some other routine maintenance, brakes etc. and address the noise issue. The first time, they replaced the belt tensioner under warranty. This did not fix the problem, I brought it back a second time, they kept the car for several days again. This time stating that it was the idler pulley (20-25 dollars from most auto parts stores). After waiting several days for the idler pulley which I was told would cost me hundreds of dollars to replace (the car was still under warranty at this point, the part takes 20 minutes to replace. Release the belt from the tensioner and one bolt, replace torque to specs and youre done) and no communication from my service writer. I began making calls and sending text messages, all with no response. I have been doing business with Harbor Chevy (same owner neighbouring lots) for a decade, thankfully Matt (assistant services manager at Harbor Chevy) took my call and went over to Harbor Hyundai to see what was going on. He concluded that it was not the idler pulley, but the Alternator pully, 75 -115 dollars from the auto parts store, and again under an hour to replace. The quote from Harbor Hyundai, over 600 dollars. Keep in mind, the car had been collectively in the shop for over ten days now and their factory trained techs could not find and correct the problem. We have been Hyundai customers for over two decades now, not only are we looking at other manufactures and will most likely never by a Hyundai again, we are seriously disappointed in the service at Harbor Hyundai. I keep all my text messages, would love to show them to a decision maker. I would have given a one star or a minus star if Matt had not been able to help out. They ended up taking the idler pulley off the car, and for all of this. We are left with the same problem that the car went in for.
This is my second time at Harbor Hyundai for routine maintenance on my Elantra and I cannot stress how amazing this place is. Andres especially is a phenomenal representation of great customer service, and the staff is always friendly. I make it a point to go out of my way to get serviced here because they are that comunicable, fast and dependable.
I worked with Ken Bundy (Internet Manager) for 2 months. He was not pushy at all. I honestly had one of the best car buying experiences in my life. I ran into a little hiccup when I went to sell my car at Car Max so I could buy my new Hyundai Hybrid Ionic Plug In. They helped me with that hiccup.They have very competitive pricing but do your homework before you shop. I sold cars for 5 years and Im a Commercial Truck Salesman. I know a shady dealer when I see one. This is not one of those places at all, they have great reviews and really try to help the customer. NO GAMES AT ALL! The sales team have knowledge and Ken has been there 15 plus years.
As a current student changing career means Im on a very tight budget, but I needed a car to get around and Jose R. was able to work with my budget to get me in a car that I can use to get to the places I need to be. This is an okay dealership. Went here with my gf, who had needed to get a part for her car. She was advised to come here because parts person there told her they had the part in stock. When we got there, another person at parts department, told us that they did not have the part, and that the person who spoke to my gf, should not have told her they had the part.The person we talked to at the parts dept there, at least was able to direct us to another dealership close by that did have it (he also called over to check to make sure they had it).
My experience with Leonard Fischer was very pleasant. From the first phone call, he listened to what I was looking for and then steered me in the direction of the perfect car (one that I didnt even know was available!). I have had good experiences with the Harbor Hyundai service department. I have had a couple of recalls on my Kona Electric and the service department here is exceptional. It is very easy to schedule appointments. Check in is easy and quick. The service advisor keeps me informed of my cars progress by text messages. Each time my car has been returned earlier than promised. My car was returned to me clean and the seats and steering wheel were protected. My service advisor, Jorge, was friendly and knowledgable. I would highly recommend this dealer!

I am always greeted promptly and with a smile, my service advisor keeps me updated on the status of my vehicle, and when I come to pick it up, he walks me to my freshly washed car and sends me on my merry way. It all began with Alfredo. But where do I begin? How do I capture the phenomenal customer service that Alfredo provided? All I can do is tell my story. I was searching around online for that next lease. You see, my last experience wasn’t great. I learned that my last leasing deal wasn’t very competitive and I felt quite downtrodden about it. But then, as I was on my search, nervous and drained as we often feel during these times, I received a call from Alfredo. He had received my number after I put it into their system. I told him about the vehicle I was interested in and that I longed for a deal that would set right my previous leasing experience. And that was when Alfredo took on my cause and began fighting valiantly to provide me with such a deal. Over the next several hours we called each other, going over options and requirements and all sorts of different things. And then there came a deal I could not refuse. I hastily drove there and began the leasing process, believing it was too good to be true. And that’s when Alfredo sat down next to me and told me something had changed... That he had an even better deal. You could say my eyebrows just about hit the ceiling. It turns out that there was another who sought justice on my behalf. Mo he is called. Ive purchased an SUV from them at a great price but I was out $349 for the 3M door edge, handle guards kit that was not supposed to be there from the original agreement, because I was overwhelmed with the $995 paint and leather protection add-on. I had them remove the $995 but slipped through the $349. Friendly people, great price. I do recommend them you just have to pay really close attention to the numbers.Want to change my review to 5 stars on the second purchase which was great.Thank you.

Harbor Hyundai Service Department.... as well as the person that made my appointment gets an A plus. I received a text right away confirming my appointment. The person asked the proper questions for my appointment and fit me in right away considering the dealership where I purchased my vehicle was saying I could not fit me in for service for 20 more days due to work overload.I have not been thrilled with the other dealership so I was very pleased to know that Harbor Hyundai was closer to me and available. Scott was my service contact and he was on top of things and checked me in. I explained to him that I do not care much for Cerritos Hyundai because they are disorganized and booked me for the wrong service that led me to go back for another appointment. I explained that I want to feel a trusting relationship with my mechanic and important. I like to shop locally so I went online and found a Hyundai Kona EV at Harbor Hyundai. I sent an email query to the dealership and got a quick response from Ken Bundy, the internet sales manager. He allowed a long test drive, to try the car in my driveway and make sure I could charge it. Ken gave us a good lease payment with easy terms so there was virtually no negotiation. The finance officer offered an extended warranty but didnt get huffy when we declined it. Ken then showed us many of the cars features and we were off! The whole process was quick, easy and low-stress.

Service department are generally friendly and timely.Not sure if error codes are cleared then try to replicate them, but I came in with a error code readable on a cheap code reader and then was told the techs didnt see a code.

James answered all of my questions without having to dig into manuals or getting a technician. James made our experience at Harbor very pleasant. I own a 2014 Azera Limited Edition and when it comes time to purchase a new automobile I will go to Harbor and request to speak to James. In my opinion, James Kraft is one of a kind and my wife and I were so pleased to purchase our vehicle through James!

This was by far the easiest car purchase Ive ever made. Ken Bundy took the time to explain every detail through the entire process. I did have some Covid related concerns about coming in, I can say that Ken and the team at Harbor run a clean ship. There were also absolutely no backend options or nonsense, everything was to the point and professional. And it was also a fun experience.

Worst costume service. Employee Jake does not treat you good. I brought in my vehicle due to a car problem by vehicle has and they rejected my vehicle they didnt even bother looking at it. My vehicle accelerates when my vehicle is on parked but the car running. Brakes stop working when you try to press down on the break pedal because the car accelerates on its own .They said its probably the floor mat but they said we wouldnt help you with that. And that its my own fault. All hyudai has to say is that it doesnt happen to any of their other vehicles.
Jake in the service department was so helpful and nice. He worked to make sure our recall for the Kona EV was as fast as possible, included car washes, and they even out plastic down before getting in the cars as Covid protection. Will definitely be returning here!

This is the 3rd or 4th time at this dealer. There is a history of the car stalling while driving and then dying. Im sure they know what the problem is but will probably wait until its not covered by the warranty or until someone gets hurt in the car because someone slammed into the car while its stalled. Thanks for nothing.
I was supper stressed out because our car engine was faulty. Harbor Hyundai helped me with the trade in and I left with a brand new car! The process was fast and easy thanks to Mike from internet sales. The environment is relaxed and I received a lot of information and resources. I feel a peace of mind knowing that I am taken care of. Inquired about a car today and after responding to their automated email I received no further follow up.I was in the nearby area so I stopped by and after waiting at the unmanned front desk for about 10 minutes I left. No one spoke to me or acknowledged that I was there in that entire time, easily one of my weirdest car dealer experiences.

I had a starting problem and my warning light was indicating that one tire was low. The team at Harbor fixed it in a day. One suggestion - if a customer has a low pressure tire it would be a good idea to examine the tire and not just inflate. I had to basically suggest this to the service tech to get them to find that the wheel had a puncture.

Worked with Jake over the period of about 10 days to make sure the new transmission had come in and what days would work best for us to drop the car off to get it replaced. I was expecting something like this to be done in about 2 days but Jake had his repairman work on the install beginning around 10:30 am and I was able to drive it home around 5:15pm that SAME DAY !!!After driving it for the next few days the problem I had with the old transmission was definitely gone so the diagnosis was spot onIts people like Jake that makes coming to Harbor Hyundai with a problem but knowing they always seem to have the correct solution.

He gave us the price over the phone and online that didnt change once we were in the dealership.
