Update 10/21: I had Coastal Tire & Automount and balance another set of tires on my truck. As usual, they were quick, professional, and were more than fair on their prices. Without a doubt my go to shop for tire installs.Ive had only good experiences with this company. I just had a set of tires installed on my truck for way less than I could have bought them anywhere else. They are always friendly and professional

The people are fantastic and so helpful. My daughter had a nail in her tire. Once they realized it didnt puncture all the way through, there was no charge. Estimate for new brakes and oil change was super reasonable. Will definitely be going back!

I went in to get new tires on my car and Ms. Candace placed the order for the tires I wanted. While I was standing there I told her the issues that I was having. She told me that this didn’t sound like the tires were the issue, but it was most likely a wheel bearing. Now, know this, The tires were going to cost over $400 to get replaced and the wheel bearing job would cost $266/labor included. Alot of places would not have even told me the probable issue and went on with the tire order and let everything work itself out, but we ended up canceling the tires and lining up the wheel bearing to be replaced instead. This says alot about this company. I highly recommend doing business here. I get tires, oil changes, and all small mechanical needs at this business and I recommend that everyone does. They definitely have the best prices on tires in the area, and they are just very honest towards their customers. On our way to Florida our 5th wheel had a blowout on the interstate we thankfully put the spare on and carefully proceeded to find this place 4 miles away and they promptly replaced all 4 tires for a great price. Great place and super nice people. I was traveling for work, under a load, and had a front wheel bearing blow out. Was there waiting for them to open to ask about the repair. They had parts ordered, delivered and had me fixed and rolling again in 4 hours from the time they opened. Both sides were replaced, not just the problem side. Quickest mechanic I have ever met and did a thorough job. The price was more than fair. They never tried to gouge me because of my time restrictions, and provided awesome service. I will schedule to have my truck worked on here again, if I know Im coming through. Nothing but good things to say about these folks. Super impressed. Thanks for being awesome, yall!

Crossthreaded two of my studs getting tires on my van and went gonna say a word.luckly I saw the guy do it and told people at front desk and they had to pull whole knuckle just to change studs.wernt a happy camper that day.😠

Needs a zero, we were there several months ago. We paid to have our tires mounted and balanced. When we came back there were no weights on the tires therefore they were not balanced. When we brought this to their attention they said no problem come back in about 20 min and they will be done correctly. We went across the street and got a drink. We watch a mam come out and hammer a weight on the bottom and top of the tire. They did not take the tires back off and put them on the machine to be balanced correctly. When we went back to the manager and confronted him about this he called us a liar and said they did do it properly. We watched them hammer the weights on. We ended up having to take our tires to another shop pay again to have our tires balanced. They told us that were out of balance and it was good we had them do it properly or we would have had problems. This place is a ripoff and you should stay away!

We had a flat tire on the road and needed new tires. We called around and found costal tire and ordered a tire, was there the next day! They balanced the tires and did a really good job. My husband said they were extremely friendly! Definitely shop local.

They need to put on the web site that they are no longer open on Saturday’s. I drove all the way over this past Saturday to get my tires rotated and some guys was working on their trucks and he said they are no longer open on Saturday’s. Other than that it’s a great place to do business with.

Rotated and balanced tires supposedly!!! The truck drove worse afterwards, and were told it was the tires and take give it a few more miles!! A few more miles later....just the same!! Will never do business with them again!!

I had blown out a charge pipe going from my intercooler to my intake on my aggressively tuned 2015 VW GTI while traveling east on I10. I happen to pull off on this exit. I called the local VW DEALERSHIP and a few local tuner/import shops in Gulfport. Not one of them was willing to help me, all that had to be done was install a hose clamp on the charge pipe, I would have paid any amount to get back on the road.I pulled into Coastal, they had it fixed in less than 20 min, get this, no charge!! I insisted on paying the fellow so I just gave him $60 for the hose clamp, haha.Everyone was friendly and worked fast, they could have charged me any amount, I would have gladly paid, outstanding shop!! I would buy every set of tires I need from them if I didn’t live in GA. I highly recommend Coastal.

Used this place for tire repair on different occasions. They are fast, efficient, and only$14.00. They break the tire down and repair it from the inside. If you dont have a warranty on your tires for flats, this is where you want to go.

Friend of mine had a blowout on way to work, he had Roadside assistance so being Coastal was closest we had it towed there. Thankfully they were open at 7 a.m. they are very friendly and helpful. Had coffee for customers while waiting. Got a competitive price with a good used tire. And went above and beyond expectations when the tech drove friends truck down the road to his job, so hed have his ride ready when he got off; then I carried the tech back. Very much appreciated everything about them that day was made much easier thanks to them !

If I could give this place a ZERO star rating I would. This place has ABSOLUTELY NO inclination to help you. This place DOESNT and wont back or stand behind the product that they sell. Their customers are not right!!! I was told multiple times by who ever I was talking to that my vehicle was the cause of my problems, that it wasnt their garbage tires. I had my vehicle checked out by qualified technicians at well know repair facilities. I will NEVER get buy anything from this place as long as I live near hear. This ranks up there with the worst repair experience in my life!!!!

Needed a spare trailer wheel with tire on our road trip, but werent sure of lug pattern. Called ahead and they said bring it in, well take off and make sure of the fit. The shop is right off I10 very convenient. Plus there is a Napa auto parts store next door, two gas stations across the street, a Subway, and a truck tire center. A great place to stop if you need vehicle service or tires. The staff at Coastal Tire is courteous and efficient. They had what we needed at a reasonable price and had us in and out of there in less time than our typical stop for gas and bathroom break. Highly recommended!

I bought a used trailer that came with a new set of unmounted tires and new wheels which the seller had ordered from Wally World. Wally World said they would mount them for $100.48 and if I brought them on in, they MIGHT have them today. Coastal said bring em on down and well mount them. Short story short, about 15 minutes and $68 later I was headed back home with my mounted and balanced set of tires/wheels - these guys are absolutely tops.

Mind you I do not object to you making a profit but I do take issue with a sign that assumes that I am naïve. I would prefer you have a sign on the back of your white truck that states that you make a profit but deliver great service rather than to assume that I am a fool to think your entire welfare rests on the factThat you are in automobile repair philanthropist.The one rule I have always learned is that people are not stupid but I suggest that your implication of your message in fact states that people are just that stupid. Posted bad review and really shouldnt have was missing a hub cap after I left but cant be sure if it was taken or just fell off because it wasnt put back on correctly. Either way its going to cost me 50 bucks to replace.
