Ive been coming to this mechanic for 6 years. Ive had new tires installed and old ones patched. I get my oil changed here. Today, Im having new brakes put in.I trust these guys. I have never left feeling lied to or manipulated. They get the work done in a good amount of time, and they always answer my questions without attitude or hesitation. Its a good place. Rented a van I had been given cost estimate dropped off van with more gas and driven less miles than prepaid for was told charge would be the same oly to be upcharged $25 for cleaning fee. Van was dropped of in same condition I received it in.

I have been coming here for 8 years and the technicians are always helpful. They work on what’s requested and give recommendations but do not pressure you to feel obligated to fix something else that’s not necessary. Price is affordable.

Kind of a long story, I was getting my partners car fixed because he had some issues with oil and brakes and a few other things. I called and they told me to come right in so I did. At first, I was shocked by how helpful they were etc. We talked about the issues and decided to get an oil change which they told me for synthetic was $75. I asked if there was anything else for fees and they told me no. They told me get the car in about 2 hours and I did. I arrived and John who helped me was very polite but not professional. The moment I’m about to go pay for the “oil change” the amount is $169 almost $100 more than what I was told. I was very upset by this where I just paid for it cause I didn’t want to be rude to John but very unprofessional. I would recommend if you do go through them read every single paper also all the writing. It was my mistake on signing the paper and not reading all of it but be professional and go over it with a client. Last, they had to order something for the vehicle and did it without even telling me.I normally don’t put reviews but I was very upset about this and I wish I could put -5 stars. Never go through this company or John.

Total SCAM Business: Had to redo alignment 2 months later. I suspected that they never did the work because the steering has been off since dropped in the first time. They gave me false results which I was dubious about from the start. No before reading, my car type is not shown, and now another repair shop has confirmed that it’s way off. Have to pay another $100 for an alignment elsewhere. Untrustworthy, unprofessional, and seriously just go an look at the shop and those there and you’ll know what I mean. I’ve learned another expensive lesson here. Thought the neighborhood small business shop was a good idea but I’m wrong here. Don’t make the same mistake I made or you’ll pay double or more! AND...Its not about me being turned down service, its that they never did the work and pretended that they did it. Thus, TOTAL SCAM. These are the worst kind of people at a conned business.

This place was super quick and the staff were friendly. My boyfriend actually recommend me go there instead of pep boys and good thing because I saved myself $80 and a long wait. I bought my car over and was out of there in less than 30 minutes. I didn’t feel like they were trying to up sell anything either. Trustworthy and hard working crew!

I had a engine power wash, head gasket cover seal replacement, motor mount and a radiator replacement, Solid set of mechanics. Quality work at a fair price, Ill continue to get my cars repaired here. Just bear in mind some repairs take time, these guys do mean to help you.

Thought I needed a brake job. Come to find out I only needed oil change, 1 tire, and alignment. These hardworking dependable guys are honest and did not cheat me. My brakes have been doing and on and off squeak so I thought for sure break pads and rotors. These guys determined I didnt even need brakes and have another 4000 miles of use on brakes. They could have told me otherwise to charge a bigger ticket but they didnt. Its hard to find honest mechanics that are looking out for customers not just there wallets. Had my car back in 2 hours on a Saturday so I wasnt inconvenienced with transportation. All around great experience!!!!!! Check them out!!!

These guys hooked me up and it a time when money is tight and we are all struggling, these guys had me back on the road same day with a very affordable deal, they are great and I will recommend them to all my friends.Last week, right in the middle of a busy week my truck broke down, I put my diagnostic machine on it and it told me that it was an O2 sensor that went out, so the next morning I had it towed to 4th street auto care and the found that the fuel pump went out which of course affects the O2 sensor, the next day they were closed so the following day by the end of the day they had me back on the road. This was the 2nd time I had used these guys and from here on out this is the only place I will go, you guys are awesome thanks auto care!!!!

Offered to drive me home, knew based on the noise and my car model what the issue was, so took half price off diagnostics ($60), in and out one day later, car works great, let me know what else was wrong/other stuff I may want to look at but didnt push it, overall a standup business and good group of guys. Just went there today (8/24/20) because I had a nail in my tire. They quoted me a price of $20 to repair the tire and mount the tire back and put the donut spare back in the trunk.One hour later, the tire was fixed and I was on my way.Great experience and highly recommended!

This place seems to have good reviews so I dont want to taint it by my 1 overpriced experience... but $20 for a tire plug that took literally less than 5 mins from the time the jack hit the car to wheel back on seems a little over priced/taking advantage of your customer.Originally got quoted $20 to fix a nail in my tire, then at the shop was told $20-30, then after less than 5 min of work, still got charged $20 for what should have been a $5-10 job. Just as reference OSC Tires 2 blocks up the street quoted me $10 to fix the flat, so a plug would have prob been $5.Honestly, this was a 1 star just based on the price alone, but like i said didnt want to taint your guys reputation. Otherwise the staff was friendly and they guy putting the plug was kind enough to not torque my lug nuts to 1000 ft/lbs so its impossible to get off by hand. And it always surprises me when mechanic shop doesnt have a torque wrench.

I brought my car in to see about a maintenance required warning. Jake reset the computer and checked my fluids without an appointment in about 10 mins. He didnt charge me anything. I will definitely be coming back for my next maintenance!

As a woman, Im always sceptical about going to an auto repair. But, since I had to get my car towed after it was vandalized 4th street auto was very close to my home. Turns out they couldnt find anything wrong with my tires & they didnt charge me, didnt try to upsell & get me to buy new tires & were nice. Overall, as I told my mom...Im very happy about finding a place where they are honest and friendly! So of course I came back when I needed to get an oil/filter change. During that visit, Jake actually called me to let me know oil/filter was done, but I was told that my front and back struts were bad and needed to be replaced. I would have probably fainted when I was told that a previous car that got the same work done cost $1200! But, I purchased an extra warranty which covered these services. Now I think they just didnt want to work through this warranty because every since I gave Jake my paperwork so he could get the claim started, I havent heard back from them. At first I was patient because it was right b4 Xmas & he stated that he was down a few mechanics, the owner got covid and he was expecting a new baby. Wow, ok so I thought even though I was planning to drive to the Bay Area, maybe this was a sign that I should just stay home. I was told Id get a call from them that NEVER came, I finally called them & Jake went into everything that was happening (as if he is the only person going thru stuff!) and then told me he misplaced the paperwork I allowed him to copy of my warranty. So needless to say he never called the company to get the claim started. My Aunt was very ill & I needed to travel to see her in the hospital, needless to say that I had to rent a car. Two days ago I went in to see what was going on, and Jake wasnt there and the guy couldnt do anything but take my info...he said I get a call back...still waiting. With a lot full of cars, I guess I wasnt a customer they wanted. Honesty would have gone a long way. They lost a loyal customer.
