I bought my niece a pair of MK shoes and a matching shoulder bag for her 33rd. birthday. She loved it.

Went holiday shopping here, this is my Moms favorite brand. Very good prices on their shoes especially for the holidays. I love the variety of things in the store, however it would be nice if they have the ability when out of a product or a size of an item to call another store see if they have the item, if so allow the customer to purchase it and have the other store ship it to the customer like Steve Madden store does...just saying.

Management Not friendly, not flexible for customers. It is not possible to return the goods purchased from them at the price at which they bought, they return 30% less. This is very strange of them.

The best place to shop

The staff at the Michael Kors store and the Uggs store were both very nice and helpful. This is a great shopping plaza that is the perfect way to spend the day with your significant other, just bring your Gold card lol.

MK Conesseur posting...This outlet store is good overall. They had some of last season and newer MK styles but not the spring, 2018 line. The store was super crowded with shoppers but every checkout station was manned and operating, so the wait to check out wasnt bad. They had 50 percent off the regular priced purses and wallets and 70 percent off last seasons items which people seemed to flock to first lol. I bought a medium backpack purse, matching wallet in the new soft pink color and one Kors accessory for my backpack (which were full priced items) for $250 and they were exactly what I wanted (See my picture)! I would definitely recommend you go here because there are some good deals to be had! There were several sales staff available to help and the store also had luggage, watches, scarves, clothes, belts, and a few MK tennis shoes and summer type flip flops available for purchase. I also bought a birthday gift for a family member in the form of a small purse and a small money holder and it came to $109.00. All in all, I got exactly what I wanted for half the price, so Im happy! Parking is free but you have to stalk people to get it or go right before the outlet stores open. Theres a food court, Starbucks, Chipotle, movie theater and just about every high end and low end outlet store you can think of near this MK store too! MK purchases make great birthday, graduation and anniversary gifts, but this one was for one hard working girl~ME! Great selection but employees harass me every time I come in. Trying way too hard to make a commission. I stated many times Im just browsing and I end up bolting out of the store without buying a thing because employees would not stop harassing me every time Id look at something new. Please for the love of God stop!! I know how important commissions are; I work in retail...but wow...its too extra especially with one particular employee there.

Its not bad but most of the stores at this outlet mall have some pretty old lines, nothing remotely current, but again thats probably why its at the outlet mall.

First time here and it was amazing I picked a good day to come I guess it was 70% of with an additional 20% I went it for 1 bag and left with 7 lol

I went into the store to get birthday presents for my girlfriends. I loved it they have such great service and i went home with plenty of goodies Everyone is so nice and super helpful. They made great suggestions and my girlfriends loved the gifts. There was a sale that was so great i even got a few things for my self. Love Love Love the Store. I have been there so many times and always have great luck finding things.I actually only go to the mall for this store because i can get in and out so fast. Corrina the manger even recognized me and said hello. Love Love Love it. Keep up the good work you guys.Cant wait for Christmas

If I could give this store a 0 star I would. All the employees here are nasty, rude and weird. You should retrain all the employees here and teach them good customer service skills, their in desperate need of it.

To be honest, the stuff they sell is very well worth the value paid. Store associates are also very helpful, as it seems like they are being commissioned for the number of transactions they service (they will give you their names and the cashier will ask for it). Even the clearance bags are of good leather quality, and at an extremely good price. Highly recommended!

Nice big store that Carries variety of woman handbags and clothings

The cashier was so rude and chewing gum all the time...and did not want to explain anything. He just turned the payment machine while I was entering the pin without saying anything. Then in the end said they charged 10c for shopping bag and grabbed my bag out of the shopping bag without saying anything again! What an experience!

This one rating is for the manager who was so rude. I was very happy when I purchased my bag. but i see difficulty with the zip which doesnt slide easily back and forth. I first called and then went to the store. Pete was the one who took my call and spoke to me nicely and asked me to come to store and see what can he do to my bag as I already crossed 30days for any exchanges or returns. He checked my bag and the zip, checked the stock and then he said he will talk to his manager when i asked him if i can return since I did not like any other bag. Manager comes and talks to me in a rude way. When I asked her about the Zip she gave me an awkward expression saying its not a food to spoil lol and she was not at all pleasant.

I dont write reviews, this would be my first!I just want to say that I HATE the customer service in this store.I went in Sunday, September 15, 2013 looking to purchase a new purse and wallet.So, I went in with my sister, her boyfriend & my daughter.And wasnt pursued by any of the employees!! (Like 10 or so in the floor)What kind of customer service is that! So then I grabbed the purse & wallet and went to the register. Then the two cashiers were chatting it off like I was invisible. Like really!I would NEVER be purchasing at this store ever again!

Worst experience. They had a sale in clearance 70 % off plus 20% off, went for for 30 min and when I return to buy them, they said they pulled of the 20% off, when I called Milpitas outlet, they had confirmed they still had 70%plus 20% still next 3 days. The person who helped me at billing was very rude as well!
