Staff member was great from the moment I walked in asked if I needed help was very informative and made suggestions on my needs. Bought two pairs but my bf wanted different ones than I initially got him so I went back same day to get exchanged and same staff meme we was very helpful. Great service will def go back to that specific store at the San Francisco premium outlets in Livermore.

Went in and seen they were giving all kinds of sales so I purchased 4 pairs of glasses so far Im thinking of buying my wife another pair as well as for myself also., great deals to good to pass up.

Its my store ever since high-school. I love Oakley sporting good stuff. Specially sunglasses shade. Jacket, shoes, watches.ect.

Walked in not really sure if I was going to find what I was looking for but the sales associate who let me in to the store, (due to the covid restrictions) was more than helpful. He showed me a couple of different styles Ive decided to go with the ones which looked best on my face. Amazing experience Im definitely going back when I need replacements for my anzi rated safety sunglasses.

Nice place. Helpful staff. Parking for Livermore outlets crazy. Come after 5pm as traffic abates as people having dinner at home. This Oakley store would benefit greatly from optician hours at least once or twice a week. Cant really get prescription Oakley sunglasses here easily. Have to drive to Santana Row or San Francisco. Need optician service at this store too.

Its not like a regular O store. They carry some of the things that are new releases but usually dont get the new stuff until a few months after the regular stores. Good place to get great deals though. Buy one get one 50% off is common. Also a great place to get discontinued colors or styles for fairly cheap. But if you want a new release, they wont have it yet, IF they ever do. Like the Ferrari Badman. Dont expect them to have them because they never got any and never will. The Vault stores are were old styles and discontinued products go to die. They do carry current stuff, but not like a regular O store does.

Unfortunately, its safer to buy apparel in this store than sunglasses.Tips:- Sometimes they have only one item and its a tester one. So, if you really want top buy it, check it for scratches, check the set (for the sunglasses that I wanted to buy the set wasnt full).- Check the price on the website, maybe the difference is small.- Some assistance dont know what the numbers on the temples mean - beware of them.- You can ask to try glasses on outside the store - to see how they work agains daylight - just ask an assistant.- And try not to contact their customer service - it doesnt reply on emails, youll wait on a phone line for dozens of minutes, you cant contact them via Facebook.Good luck with O, hope your experience will be better than mine.PS: two right interchangeable temple on the photo.
