Wow. This guy is good at selling shoes. He dealt directly with my children and was respectful of their time to make a decision. Thank you, Steven.

The salesman was helpful and fast when I bought the shoes. When I came back to return them because I found a pair in the color I wanted elsewhere, no one would look at me or really even talk to me. He said he had to count out his register, and didnt apologize or say anything to me. The other associate said he didnt know how to do a return. I felt like they were all for taking my money, but didnt want to help me afterwards. He could have switched to the other register instead of starting to count his drawer. People lined up behind me waiting.
