Found out today that if you buy a damaged product here that you are not allowed to return it per store policy. Not sure if that is truly store policy or if the manager at the time made it up. Bought a jacket here on Monday and found the inner jacket’s elastic was broken upon closer inspections at home. Made the trek back out to Livermore the following Tuesday (8 days later) to exchange it but it was already sold out. I asked for a refund instead and told them it was because it came damaged. To my dismay they refused the refund because the jacket was damaged!!! Do not buy anything from here unless you examine closely. Poor quality products made and returns not allowed. Waste of my time.Update: emailed the address provided below. Was told district manager would be notified and follow up. Still no follow up months later.

I received a jacket as a gift from a relative this Christmas. I went to the store in Livermore this morning to exchange it for a bigger size. The tag was still on the jacket and it was $90 dollars. I didnt have a receipt because it was a gift. I received a $26.22 credit return for the jacket because i didnt have a receipt. I never give bad reviews, but this is a rip off.

Low score for no mirror around so I can try on their clothing and see for myself, unless I go to the dressing room. I just want to try out a jacket. Also, the wait line was long. Just 2 people behind the counter and trying to burn time by promoting customer to become members. Im fine but not when the long is long.

This is actually my favorite place for Quality Jackets... I am reducing 2 stars because one of my relatives came from abroad and his size is M.. to my utter surprise the store didnt have M size for many varieties of Jackets. Finally we had to compromised on our liking and select one M size variety from just 2 varieties.

They need to update their brick and mortar inventory with the innovative stock online.

Undoubtedly the steepest discounts I have found on Columbia apparel anywhere. Huge store with very good options and reasonable prices with discounts. From basic sweaters to proper winter jackets, everything is available for a good price

I love Columbia. This particular visit was on the 4th of July and was incredibly crowded. With a line wrapped around the store they didnt have a 3rd person checking even though there were 3 registers which is why Im taking away a star.

I really enjoy Columbia gear. Its thin and warm with a solid tapered fit, but without the premium price of Patagonia and NF. Thats said, the outlet stores are seriously lacking.Nice place, but good luck finding a mens small fleece or jacket available in the entire store. Ive gone three times and found one half zip sweater in small on one occasion. Better off ordering online and returning here.

You can great deal on clothes, but the racks of clothes are too close together and it hard too walk around when it pack with shoppers

Love Columbia outlet in Livermore! 4 of 5 stars because of slow checkout and very poor coupon system that requires cashiers to manually punch in electronic coupons. The coupons also are usually good for the next month and are somewhat large making them difficult to carry in a wallet/billfold and if you are the type that will stop and shop on a whim it gets frustrating they cant pull up your coupons through there system you have to give them the paper copy they have you. Im ok with the emails $5 coupons except at checkout.

Ridiculous experience at this store with no chip support for credit card transactions. When the card is declined, it is your embarrassment not the stores because they have insure systems. Cashier is not the most helpful person. Why a company like Columbia does not have basic security still beats me. But, the guy helping with shoes is fantastic. Kudos to him.

Selection is somewhat limited, since it is mostly last years leftovers, off-season goods, unpopular sizes, & odd colors. Not many gloves and accessories when I was there in late January.Great place for a hiking shirt, vest, or fleece jacket. Cheaper than REI.Somewhat hard to find a matching outfit there. There is no sensible order to clothes, other than sorting them by Mens/Womens/Kids/Shoes.Need to look all over and go to several Columbia stores to find the Diamond in the Rough, like when I bought a new ski outfit last year.This time, I was hoping to replace my burgandy Columbia gloves that matched my ski jacket (the palm fabric was shedding off), but they only had a dozen or so adult size gloves, and mostly XL Mens.Ended up at Big 5 with black gloves instead.

Great prices on Columbia Sportswear. They have outerwear as well as travel clothes and casual clothes in addition to clothing for various Sports.

Great selection of clothing from lightweight, water resistant summer wear to heavy, warm winter wear in sizes up to 3xl.

Usually crowded, hard to find stuff. Small sizes go fast. Not much selection for quality sportswear.
