I really, really want to like this place. I do. They do good work. But they are unable to get the work done in the time that they promise. Every time I go there to get work done, I make an appointment and every time, it takes at least an hour after my appointment for them to get to my car. Today my appointment was at 1PM. At 2PM I went up and complained that my car had yet to be taken in. They said my car was next in line, and 40 minutes later they were finally done. It takes 15, maybe 20 minutes to rotate tires. With an appointment, I should have been in and out in half an hour at most. Not an hour and a half. This was actually one of the least amounts of time that I have had to wait with an appointment. One time, they took SO long that I finally had to leave and come back another time. Any way… I have decided to see how much it would cost to get my tires rotated where I am going to purchase my next set of tires, because it surely won’t be at Les Schwab.

This is just about the worst tire shop I have encountered. Stopped there to have low pressure checked. They said they are super busy and come back at 5 pm. Went back at 5 pm and advised they cant see to it till 6 but also they close at 6.30. All completely wishy washy and trying to avoid service because tire pressure checks are often a courtesy. I would gladly pay but these bozos want to do a new tire job without building any rapport. Back to my trusted tire shop 40 miles away that never turns me down nor play games, and have my business year after year.

These guys are pros. Used them for emergency flat repairs and have no complaints. They always make sure to put away my spare and let me know what my vehicles needs are. Super happy with the service no matter what challenges i throw at them.

I came in to have some used wheels I purchased powder coated changing the color from silver to glossy black. Les Schwab does this in house, the wheels are shipped to Oregon to get it done. They came back looking like new wheels. It is unbelievable how great they look and the price they charge for powder coating is very fair in my opinion.My project was setting up my SUV with an extra set of 18 winter tires to accommodate driving to ski destinations. When winter is over I will switch back to my 20 z rated highway tires for better gas mileage during the summer months.Jacob helped me determine the size tire that would fit my SUV. With the smaller wheels I was able to get a larger tire and he took the time to help determine which tires would fit and perform the way I wanted.The next day after it was done I drove up to the snow and the grip on icy roads was excellent. I expected the noise level from the tires go increase however it really did not change much. The Open Range All Season tire is actually quiet :)

We Blew a tire on our flatbed truck, on the 680 just past pleasanton. It would have cost us over 1000$ to tow it home, 1.5 hours away. We were stranded. Norms Tow Service referred me to les schwab first, instead of spending money with his company to tow the truck. Les Schwab sent a technician in 20 minutes to fix our tire, and then stayed late past closing to change all 6 tires on our truck so we could drive home safe. What a great company and service!!

The staff in Livermore stood shoulder to shoulder with our business, offering us a credit account simply based on how long we had been in business, in the dark days of the Great Recession. Today business is rocking and I just had a blowout on one of my rear dually on a medium duty box truck on Vasco road ..... 30 minutes later here the are .... thanks for the prompt and professional service.

They honored a 30-day warranty issue on a front end alignment, no problem at all and very thorough in their work.

Had THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH DAVIS:Had a blown tire at a Thursday night at 9:30pm and luckily was able to pull in right next to Les Schwab Tires.I was looking for the opening hours the next day, when Davis saw me (was doing late night paper work), opened the door and asked if he could help me. He got me back on the road within 15 minutes and saved me from a long night in the car.Thank you so much again. I would return & recommend anytime!

Les Schwab has excellent service, fast, and honest staff. I came in for a nail in my tire and not only was I surprised that it was complementary but I was very happy with the level of professionalism.I will definitely be coming back for service and when my tires or brakes need replacing.

Went here for the first time a few months ago to get a tire repair because it had a nail and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Was able to get it fixed and was out the door within an hour, would recommend to anyone!

The TPMS sensor for one of my tires was reporting low pressure one evening, so I pumped it up; by the following morning, it had lost 7.5% PSI again. I discovered a nail in the tread, but was in a hurry since I was on my way to Redwood City. I wasnt sure if it was worth the risk doing that drive on a questionable tire, so I stopped by the Les Schwab at 8:45AM without an appointment. Given my poor experience dealing with Wheel Works, I expected this to be a 4+ hour job just to get me queued and patched up. To my surprise, they had me out by about 9:15AM, and that was with about three other customers in front of me. Further, they didnt charge for the fix, despite me not being a previous customer. They were quick and pleasant to work with.

Had appointment they were busy but took care of my needs

Had a 2pm appointment. Was told the work would take 1/2 an hour ( rorate and balance tires) .one hour later my car is still in the parking lot. Complained to the lady at the service counter who had done my paperwork. Eventually she went to see what the hold up was. At 330 my car was finally completed. This is not my first poor experience here but it will be my last. Going back to Americas Tire from now on.

Monday 11/02/20 I went to this store and I had a problem, they couldnt find the tire insurance, I brought it to the side of my seat, they couldnt find it and I went to ask for it and I see that a worker. I was looking among my belongings for something that even a blind man would see and when I looked at myself it just seemed like nothing was happening but the next day Im noticing that Im really missing things completely removed from them they are very good workers but for one they all pay and the truth is I will no longer attend that place

Very welcoming and helpful. They go beyond expectations. Their Customer Service is the bench mark all other companies need to be at.

As the nail the American tier told us we have to buy a new tier but stuff here says they can fix for free because we are new customers,we are fans now

They fixed a tire leak on my Ford Explorer completely for free before I had to go on a long road trip. Will be going back here for sure when I need new tires.

Told me a job would take 30 minutes, made them aware of why I need the job done in the time frame and if it couldn’t be done I can’t have work done, said no problem. 1 hour later the car is done, and I am late for a meeting that cost me thousands of dollars to miss. Thanks for nothing

Brought my husbands truck in and asked if they could look at my valve stem core because it was loose. They did it right there and checked all four of them for me and aired up all my tires. We will be back for sure!

We stopped at this Les Scwab on a road trip with a tie rod issue towards the end of the work day. They didnt even have the part, but they had it rushed over, stayed late to get it on and aligned, checked out the rest of the car for us and treated us very well. No I wanna go home attitudes. A lot can be said about Les Schwab sometimes, but this is service at its best and it saved our day. Thank you guys!

When I went into get my break inspection I told the tech that I for sure need breaks . My car has 70,000 miles so how could it not. The tech could have told me I needed the works and I would have believed him. So it was a surprise when he let me know that my breaks were fine and had plenty of life left. Honesty can be hard find these days and that is why will be back when I actually do need breaks and any work these guys can help me with!

Went to get a patch job on a tire, turns out the tire was worse than I thought. Luckily they were able to help me fix the problem in a time efficient manner and all staff was super friendly and nice! Very efficient prices.

Quick and friendly service: my car battery died. They had it in stock and already pre-charged. Store was clean and bright with plenty of seating areas. I snacked on free popcorn and coffee while I waited. I was in and out in just 30 minutes. Super!

Dropped my truck off for an alignment, and planned on leaving it all day (I had no appointment). The girl at the front indicated their alignment schedule was full today, but theyd do their best to get it in. It was done by noon.I was having it aligned as Id replaced the front suspension, but I knew my adjustment cams might be rusted in place - they made a note to go easy on the cams, and the tech called me to let me know one came free and the other was stuck, but he was able to align it within spec while not having to hamburger up the stuck cam. Great service.

Living in a rule area were the roads eat up your tires 10x faster than they should. Les Schwab always and always takes care of me and other folks that live on the same road. No questions asked they really know what there doing. Very friendly and there costumer service is like family when they see you for new toretand remember your face shows a lot. Great good Les Schwab. This place is pretty good they take care of me I mean to get my car squared away. It aint cheap by no means but you can sit there and watch TV and have a soda and some popcorn even have WiFi in the waiting room with air conditioning. These guys work!

Flat tire took 2.5 hours to complete. Great service but I wasnt given a ETA on how long it would take. Also, the tech, while very nice. Gave me my keys and didnt tell me where my truck was. I walked out side and didnt see it where I parked. And did a whole lap around the place because line of sight there is tough because of other buildings, brush, etc. So park your customers car where they left it Les Schwalbe. And yes, the spot was open. Stellar attitudes. But they missed some key points for a real high quality place. (Small gripe as well. They bring tires through the waiting lobby and they squeak LIKE CRAZY on their smooth flooring. I mean loud enough to be heard from outside the building.) Floor mats guys.

This place is awesome! They are always super quick. If theyre busy, they are really upfront with the wait times. I love their appointment system so I can have work done during my lunch break without worrying about waiting too long. All of the technicians are super knowledgeable and they wont try to upsell you something you dont need. And they dont treat me any differently being a woman because almost ALL mechanics treat me like I dont know anything. Would definitely recommend them for any tire or brake services you need.

This is my goto tire shop. Pricing is average. Service is the high point here. They hustle, and usually get the work completed earlier than they said they would. Selection of in stock tires is pretty good, but they can get non stocked items fairly quickly as well.

They do great work here but what I like most is their honesty. They are prompt and provide quality work and customer care. Ive had tires, brakes, alignments, and flat repairs here and never been disappointed.

These guys are polite, prompt and very customer-service oriented. They replaced my battery in less than the 45 minutes promised. They repaired my wifes flat tire for $14 and it would have been free if wed bought the tire from them originally. Their warranties are lenghty and they dont nickle and dime you. They also have a truck for local road service. Prices are competitive with Costco but they cover many more things than tires (batteries, tune ups, brakes etc.)

I havent been here for a while because I usually take my vehicles to a competitor. However I could not get in at my usual place because they were short- handed and closing. I would have been stuck with a flat tire in the morning if it were not for Les Schwab. They take appointments until six and guarantee you will be taken care of. In the end they didnt even charge for the repairs. More than I could say for the competitor. I didnt even buy my tires here.

Ive been doing business with Les Schwab tires for 19 years, and I wont go anywhere else. Ive been forced to use other tire stores, when I lived in Vegas, and every time I wish I hadnt.You get what you pay for, and for my money, Les Schwab service cant be beat. Furthermore, the staff is great, especially Cody, they take the time to do it right and strive to make customers happy.

Les Schwab is a large company with a small company feel and great customer service. We have had 5 of our vehicles fitted for tires and 3 for wheels as well. Each time it is a good experience. It is impressive to see someone from the work area run to answer the phone if the office staff are with other customers. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is we were given the hard sell to redo our shocks the last time our vehicle was in for tires. The shocks were fine, so we declined and the issue was dropped. That one bad experience made us a little uncomfortable, but the many positive experiences outweigh that one negative. I would recommend Les Schwab Tire Center highly.

Out of all the car service places Ive ever been, this Les Schwab has the WORST customer service Ive ever seen. I got a flat tire and had to choose between a AAA approved facility (which was closed at 5:30pm), so at 5:40pm I called and ask if they would place my brand new tire on my rim & that I DID NOT have a donut wheel. When I got there, Cody C greeted me and I told him I called ahead of time and the girl on the phone said they would mount my tire and no cost. I said I didnt want to have the price changed on me, and he said that it would be $30 (for the wheel spin). When I asked if they priced matched Big O Tires ($17.50), he said that they do not price match. He charged me for the mounting ($20) and wheel spin balance ($15). If the girl on the phone never told me it would be $35, I would have never wasted my AAA tow to their facility in the rain.Before I walked out to tell my friend that I was upset, I talked to the girl who I had spoken to about the charges. Her first honest response was asking if he charged me for the mount, and was SURPRISED he did. After I walked out to talk to my friend saying that I was going to leave this bad yelp, and he was upset that he went in to help me get a partial refund. Cody C kept telling me that just because a miscommunication was made on their part, that they still needed to get paid and that $35 was TOTALLY worth a tire being mounted on my wheel. He made me feel WORSE & WORSE as the conversation carried on.. Then he asked with a sarcastic tone, what do you think would be fair? How much do you think you should get back (might I add, this was in front of 3 other co-workers sitting around making judgmental faces)? I havent been this upset in a long time, and it takes a lot for me to speak up and finally tell someone when they are totally in the wrong.. In this case it was TERRIBLE attitude & service as well as a cost I should have never incurred or been offered a refund from the start. I would NOT recommend this tire center to anyone!

Tom and his gang at Les Schwab are honest and give you a square deal. I have 4 vehicles and bring all of them in for tires, etc. Today, I brought my 99 creaky, sequaking Corvette in for what I was certain was going to be control arms bushings, shocks, and god knows what.. Instead, the tech disassembled the bushings and greased them (they are not zirk fitting type). This was way above and beyond. No charge he says. Now thats a pleasant surprise.

Im reviewing my experience...I came in around 845am and I am told i will be helped in 15 minutes tops. All I needed was one used tire. It took them 3 hours. Literally. Once i finally took off and was about 20 minutes or so down the freeway I get a call saying that they put some customers bag in my trunk. No so bad, I know accidents happen. I turn around to meet them halfway... (even though I was super late to begin with) I gave the employee all the bags that I THOUGHT were theirs and I accidentally gave away my friends bag ( its his car) I really would have appreciated a call letting me know that they knew id made a mistake and made an effort to fix it (like their other customer) but I havent received anything yet.... still waiting.

I dropped in on Les Schwab this morning without an appointment because I found my front passenger side tire went flat overnight.I was prepared to purchase 1 tire as money is tight now. When the service agent, Cody approached me to help he asked if I would rather purchase 2 tires, I was annoyed with that question and sternly said 1 tire, dont try to upsell me!!Cody kept his calm, kind demeaner and explained why it is not a good idea to just put 1 new tire on a car, then he asked to inspect the flat tire for free. After testing he said the tire only needed some air as do the other 3, he filled all 4 tires to standard pressure for FREE and with a very professional attitude.I will go back there when I do need to buy new tires. Thats the way businesses should operate.

Passing through as I already had tires purchased from these folks (LS)and headed to the Airport (LIV) and noticed tire light came on. Stopped in, not only did they inflate for free on underinflated but they went ahead and rotated all four- NO CHARGE!Pays being a LS Tire Customer already. Mike and Jason are no longer here but Tom and Cody and there gang(team) took care of business and I was out on the road within 20.I did NOT forget the free Popcorn nor the Hot Tea either, yay. Out in the sticks, but thats where theyre needed. Outer areas demographically since home base is Oregon Trail.
