The story starts off with me going to the dumps on a Saturday. I wake up Sunday morning to a low rear tire on my truck. I added some air in the tire and ran it over to Tire Choice Auto Service Center. The person at the front desk was very friendly, and professional. Told me it would take a few hours as they had a few cars ahead of me. A few hours later got a call telling me it was ready to be picked up. I was a bit worried about my wheel potentially get scratched up during the repair as my buddy had this happen using another shop. Wheel was in perfect condition and tire was repaired perfectly. I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend this shop to family and friends.

This shop is nice but they are slow. Before I scheduled an Appt a week in advance for an oil change they said it’d be an 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. I get there it’s suddenly 4 hrs yet the lady in front of me got 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. I guess quicker service depends on who you know. Next time I’ll just go to the dealer….same price but much faster service.

Evan and crew fixed my tire within an hour for free, and couldn’t have been nicer. Since I’d already gotten the spare put on, they took the damaged tire and sent me on my way. They just called me when it was finished.Just nice. Professional. Efficient.

0 Star.I brought my car here to get all my tires replaced. When i dropped it off in the morning, 3 tires(driver front, 2 rear) were worn out but passenger front were pretty new(1month use only)But i decided to replace all for so i can just save the right front for reserve incase i get a flat tire in the future. But when i pick up my car and asked for the one tire. All of the sudden there was a long nail(4inches) on the side of it.I have a picture to prove that there was no nail or hole on the tire. I couldn’t even imagine how could a 3inches of the 4inches nail could get on the side of the tire.

Quick and easy! I was able to make an appointment on-line for a flat tire repair on the same day. Luckily my tire was repairable so they were able to patch it up. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes! Hassle-free and stress-free! Will be coming here for all my tire needs from now on.

I purchased tires online and had them shipped to this location for installation. The purchase was made Thursday for delivery Friday. I made my appointment for the following Monday. The four tires shipped UPS in two packages and on Monday morning, the gentlemen behind the counter called me to advise that only one of the packages had arrived and he wanted to make sure I didnt waste my time coming down if all four tires hadnt shown up. I checked the tracking quickly and confirmed the second package showed out for delivery so I confirmed Id be in at the time of my appointment to drop my car off as expected. When I came in, he had my paperwork all ready and I handed him my keys. When I came back, he recognized me and had everything pulled up and ready to go before I was able to get to the counter. They honored the pricing online I was quoted without me even asking. Excellent customer service, clean shop, convenient location. I will definitely be back!

After Big O Tires told me the nail in tire couldnt be patched and I needed to replace all 4 tires (2 were brand new), I brought the car here (they had put in the new ones). They patched the tire for free and sent us on our way. No nonsense, no frills, just honest hard working people. Highly recommend. I recommend The Tire Choice (Goodyear) to everyone I know- not just for “tires” but for all my maintenance! If these guys don’t do what I need done (I needed a transmission replacement)- they will give me great recommendations. Once my Honda Minivan hit 130K, I no longer wanted to pay the prices the dealership wanted for maintenance. I was referred to Mike at Goodyear. Now, over 100K miles later, my Honda drives like a dream and Mike now services all the cars in our family- and even our RV. After 11 years of replacing expensive run flats on this same car, last year Mike & Steve at Goodyear promised us they could once and for all, get us out of this expensive “run flat” situation. My Aunt totally bent and collapsed a steel wheel on her Toyota Camry and we had the car towed to Tire Choice Auto Service Center. Lucky for us! So impressed with the service Chris gave us. Honest and thorough assessment. They didnt do any unnecessary work...Got a courtesy inspection and was notified what the repairs would be and how much. The work was completed in timely manner. When the car was ready, Chris made arrangements to have Eric return the car to me so I didnt have to make special arrangements. My Aunt wont be driving anymore, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone take their vehicles to Tire Choice first. They even give you a color printout of the wheel alignment status. Great Service!

It was late on a Monday and we pulled in with a screw in our tire before the long ride back to Los Angeles that night. Chris and the guys couldn’t have been more helpful, speedy, and efficient. A great place to get my car work done. I have been going there for years. I moved out of the area and travel an hour to have them work on my car. They have done all the routine work on my car. They give me a great price, always with quality work, and they get the work done quickly. They do not up-sale and give you a great warranty. I recommend this place to all my family and friends.

Dropped car off at 8am and was done in a few hours. michael was great to work with. let me know that my wheel lock needs to be changed to lug nuts because the seller of the car didnt supply me with the wheel lock tool. also gave me the current coupon of $10 off without asking on synthetic oil. overall would go back.

My daughter lives in Livermore and her car had an electrical problem where the battery would lose its charge overnight. She took it to this Goodyear Tire and they were extremely helpful and honest. Parasitic electrical problems like this can be notoriously hard to trace out and they were very up front with her. They traced everything out, dedicating three hours trying to find it, but it was elusive. They called her and told her that without dedicating much more time to it, they could not fix it, however they recommended an nearby shop that specializes in auto electrical only. When she went to pick it up, there was no charge! That was really generous! Shop labor is well over $100/hr and they didnt charge her a dime. You might be thinking, Well, they didnt fix the problem! but most automotive repairs will take time to diagnose and dedicating three hours looking for it is costly. That is three hours that mechanic could have been doing something else. Doing that for free was extremely kind. Thank you!

I have been coming to this location for years. I have always had many more cars than I can drive at any one time, and these guys have ALWAYS been helpful in finding a good combination to meet my needs when I need them to do the mounting as well. But I really appreciate that they fixed a flat tire for me on a brand new lease car that got a nail in it on the day I drove it home and they didnt charge me a dime. Now that is customer service!

Im a diesel mechanic myself. So, my standards for a reasonable shop that does good work and is honest are pretty high. Its hard to lie to someone that knows exactly whats going on. These guys have always been honest with me and theyve done fantastic work on all my Audis.

I went in for a oil change and to have them look at why my car was making a weird noise coming from the Front driver side! They had a promotion going on and i got an oil change for $3.95! wow i was so stoked! Mike the mechanic was very helpful!

On Friday the 13th, just before 6 pm, I discovered my front tire was leaking air. I called Good Year Tire and Service Center at 1485 First Street in Livermore, which was the nearest shop. Service Manager, Scott Hammons, told me they close at 6 pm and they were just about to close. I told him I was in the area having dropped off some high school students at Granada High School and was not sure what else to do. After he put me on hold for a few seconds, Scott said to Come on over and lets see if we can help you out! I arrived a little bit after 6 pm, and Scotts staff quickly and efficiently fixed the tire. I felt so badly that they stayed past 6 pm to see what they could do to fix the tire, but none of them even seemed to mind, and were more than willing to help. They were all so kind and made my lucky day! Thank you so much.

Cant thank these guys enough, finding the tire size I needed was such a pain but they got me what I needed. Called just about every tire shop in Tracy to try and get tires for my new wheels and no one could get me anything same day, Id have to wait 2-3 days for tires.Started calling shops in Livermore and when I got to this one they told me they could have them in by afternoon and got them ordered over the phone. Dropped off my wheels to them and came back a couple hours later to pick them up. None of the wheels appear to be scratched which was a big worry of mine because they were brand new, and the guys there were very nice. They didnt recommend ridiculously expensive tires and Im about to put the wheels on my car and see how the tires they recommended do.I was even walked through how to reset the tire pressure monitoring system but was told if I dont want to do it or cant figure it out to bring it back and theyll do it for me. They also made sure to tell me about removing factory stud clips that could damage the new wheels before installing them which I wasnt aware of.I will definitely be recommending this shop to anyone who needs tires and Ill be coming to them from now on.

Not satisfied with the cost I paid for the labor but they tried their best to fix my AC. The labor cost would be much cheaper if they are experienced with AC troubleshooting. I brought my truck to them 4x to finally fix the AC of my nissan pick-up truck.

Refused to even take my information or look at my care when I walked in

I am a regular, happy customer of Certified Tire in Pleasanton but went to the Livermore location for periodic maintenance because it was closer to home. They were nice enough up front, but (someone) clearly didnt know what they were doing w/ my Prius. After about a week following service I was driving to LA and noticed that my car was idling horribly to the left. Moreover, it was sluggish and making a growling noise going up the many hills on the way. This was very stressful given that it is a 5 hour trip, not to mention how desolate I-5 is. I called them up to ask about the noise/idling and was told that my tires needed to be replaced, bla bla bla. A bit skeptical at this point, I took my car to the Toyota dealer in Santa Clarita and they discovered that Certified Tire didnt fasten the air cleaner hose properly. The air cleaner was one of the many things the sold me on. I guess it was a lesson well learned. It is difficult to find honest, capable mechanics. From now-on I will be going the extra miles to the Pleasanton branch, or another service center altogether. I hope this helps.

Bad service, had a flat tire on the freeway called AAA, they found this place for me to fix the tire. Showed up and they don’t wanna work on it bc they busy, saw 2 guys and the “BOSS” chilling and they couldn’t do a 10-15 min fixI’m not from the area, i can’t just come back the next day. I’ll make sure NEVER stop here again.Don’t waist your time here.

Have been going to them since moved here. Recently I had a flat tire. Talked to Mike, he said to leave it and they will get to it when they have time (Which is fair since they were already working on scheduled appointments) Couple of hours later received call that its fixed. They removed spare and installed wheel, checked pressure in all 4 and did not charge me for patching the tire.
