A great, honest mechanic that will not try and sell you something you dont need. If you live in Livermore take your car here. I mean unless its a free dealer service or warranty work, use Machados and have honest expert mechanics take care of your ride.

I’ve been taking my cars to Machado’s Auto Care for nearly 15 years and they’ve always kept my cars in tip top shape. My last car, a Lexus ES300, had over 377k miles when I finally traded it away, still running. My current car, a Lexus RX350, just went over 200k miles and is purring like a kitten. Machado’s recently performed its 200k service, which allowed me to make a trouble-free 1431 mile drive to my son’s house in Texas, where I’m relocating. I wish I could take Tom and Arnie with me! I highly recommend Machado’s of Livermore, to anyone who wants excellent customer service and unmatched vehicle care.

Was referred to Machados via NextDoor, and they are amazing! Took great care of my sons Mazda and gave great advice and service. Would trust them with any vehicle and plan to return often. You wont be sorry bringing your car to them. Highly recommend.

Trustworthy and InformativeAll of the mechanic personnel are friendly, informative, and patient with any questions I may have. They’re always respectful of my time/schedule and accurately quote how long a service will take. What I find most impressive is that they often do a little something extra each time I come in. I may just come in for an oil change and when I return to pick up my car they might tell me, for example, that they noticed my windshield fluid was low and topped it off just because... they also take the time to learn my name or remember something personal about me. I’ve been giving them my business since I was in high school and will continue to do so. Thank you all for helping me feel safe on the road!

Deeply honest team that does business the old school, correct way. The ticky tack things dishonest dealerships use to inflate bills - they commonly give for free to polite customers. I’ve had two experiences with them - they threw something in for free both times! Great work, great prices, great employees. I highly recommend this shop.

They are an excellant shop! Any issue with my SUV I take it there. They are very friendly and an honest staff. I have other members of the family that take there vehicles there. Just recently took my car there because was having issues and they were busy but on next day called me and unfortunally for me I will not get my car fix. Not because I dont trust what they said or because of the price. Just that my car is to old and not worth fixing because I will be moving out of the country.
