Ive visited this store several times in the last month or so and wanted to leave a review and say how great of a job theyre doing. Though her name escapes me (sorry!) the woman that has helped me 2 of the 3 times is extremely upbeat, friendly and efficient! Normally I wouldnt say sending a package was enjoyable but honestly it was! Keep up the great work!

Dont use this store or any other of Marys UPS Stores unless you want your personal information that you provided to her employees for business purposes, used by said employees for their own vindictive, nefarious personal use. Lawsuit pending Mary.

Neal, the store manager, is the most efficient and knowledgeable person I’ve ever met when it comes to shipping. I frequently use this location for my shipping needs and they are always so quick, friendly and get it right the first time!
The people that work there are just the best but the owner/boss is the worst for all the money I paid for the service I had a package I mailed go missing and the owner said there was nothing she could do and I guess Im out 600 dollars the then the people that work there were able not only find my lost package and send confirmation it mailed to at&t saving me the money thank you to the workers for doing the awesome job

Best UPS store in town - I always go out of my way to come here instead of my closer UPS joint. Wonderful customer service with a smile every time. They even have dog treats for your pup!

Neil was a lifesaver. Id been dealing with FedEx for two days trying to get a Battery shipped. I went to UPS, Neil knew exactly what to do. He filled out the paperwork, packed it up and had me on my merry way in under 15 minutes. FedEx advised me to have the battery packed by a specialist. A specialty shipping company wanted $95 for the paperwork, $150 for packaging and $100 for shipping. Holy. Moly. Neil told me that FedEx usually doesnt give their employees the same level of training, the laws and regulations around shipping batteries can be fairly complex. This is why FedEx couldnt/wouldnt help me. With UPS, each employee has received extensive training because each location is a small franchise. This means the business depends on having each person fully trained and knowledgeable. Im so grateful that I was able to speak with someone who actually knew what to do. With FedEx I got a different answer from every person I spoke to. After two days (and 27 phone calls, no joke) of dealing with FedEx (and even breaking into tears, to my embarrassment) I am so relieved to know that I can go to UPS, get the right solution and move on with my life. I could have saved so much time if I went here first! Thank you so much.
Incredible experience! I was shipping tons of sold merchandise and they needed to be there fast and packed up as well. The manger and her employees helped me with such speed and were oh so polite and gentle with my items. The service is superb and the shipping speed and packing quality is great. I would recommend this location because the employees are so nice and considerate towards the customer.
I had delicate Christmas gift baskets sent out of this location and they arrived at their destinations safe and just how I dropped them off at the UPS Store. The friendly staff did an amazing job packaging my gifts with care and I appreciated that very much. I will use this store for years to come.
I saved big by going here.I had a terrible experience at the UPS pack and ship store at Hampton and Logan. The price jumped each time I talked to them. $65 then $300 then the store owner gave me a quote of $360 which was her attempt at making things right.So I headed south again. They shipped my china for $215. I think the guys name was Nick. But he was super friendly and willing to help me out. I will be going out of my way to go to this store even for Amazon returns. I thought franchises were supposed to be consistently price. I was wrong. Shop around!!
Neal was the person who helped me deal with a big mess on returning a package that was massive and i was there for a about 1 hour and 30 minutes. THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS ( MARY) AND HER EMPLOYEES...ARE POORLY TRAINED....LAST MONTH I PAID MY MAIL BOX IN FULL....LATER THEY SAID IT WASNT PAID!! MARY..THE OWNER, SAID THE RATES HAVE CHANGED!!! I SAID SINCE WHEN.??...I WAS A CUSTOMER A LONG TIME....IF YOU ARE GOING TO CHANGE YOUR MAIL BOX FEES...YOU NEED TO TELL THE CUSTOMER( IN ADVANCE) ...SO THEY HAVE A CHANCE TO ACCEPT OR REJECT!!!!!!!!............THE OWNER..( MARY) ARGUES WITH ALL HER CUSTOMERS...AND SHOULD BE IN ANOTHER BUSINESS, BECAUSE HER PEOPLE SKILLS ARE NON- EXISTENT....POOR SERVICE......GO TO ANOTHER UPS STORE...WHERE THEY DONT LIE TO YOU..JT
I went into the store to ship some presents and I was pleased. The store is brand new and has been re-done. Very clean also!! The service was great, and the employees are very kind. I will return!!

This place rocks! I frequently drop off packages here with no problem...its a quick, easy transaction. Im usually in and out in a matter of minutes.I have my label preprinted, lay it on the scale and ask for a receipt....ba da bing, ba da boom. This UPS store is so simple and convenient.Im going to mail all of my packages here from now on.
When my shipping cost ended up being way higher than I expected, the nice employee helped me cut down the box to qualify for the lower shipping rate. They were also quick and friendly.

Wow, customer service is absolutely terrible. They also wanted to charge me 40 dollars to overnight a 6 x 8 envelope with a 2 page letter in it. They also informed me that if I wanted to send the letter I had to produce ID. WHAT?! When I told them to forget it, the lady just responded mmm hmm. Un-flipping believable.

First, the short version: I walked out of this store today because they couldnt spare a few strips of tape to pack my prepaid dropoff.Now, the long version: Ive been in retail management for 10 years, have fixed struggling and non profitable locations, and have explored purchasing a franchise, including a UPS store. Many, many people online complain about the profitability of their UPS store, and YES, I understand they get very little $$ for a prepaid dropoff. To the tune of $.50 or less. However, it is a complete joke that an owner would have a policy AT A SHIPPING STORE that they cant even spare a few strips of tape for a box.So, my message to the owner is that if this ISNT your policy, you definitely have some staffing development opportunities (young lady, blonde, rather frumpy, working at noon on 12/28). And if this IS your policy, enjoy your time joining the throngs of underperforming owners that voice their opinions online of owning a UPS store franchise that doesnt make any money wondering WHY they cant make their locations more profitable.
It says on google that they close at 5 on Saturdays. Drove out there and apparently they close at 4. Please update your google information.
Ive had a mailbox at the store for 3 years. I know the staff. Ive seen the customer service. Every customer I see walks out with a smile including myself.
This is not where they are located any more. They are 3 address west in the middle of the strip mall.
They say they close at 6 its 4 and its closed on a monday
DOES NOT PRINT OFF THE INTERNET!! I walked all the way down here to print off my shipping label for my rented textbooks just to find out they will not print from the Internet. This was a major inconvenience and the owner was very rude.
