I came to Office Depot to do a print job. It was a big print job and the associates handled it perfectly. I had been concerned about it, because the print format was incorrect at first and this job was and is important to me. I have been working on this project for a long time, over twenty years. The associates worked through it, found the issue, fixed it, and were courteous and professional throughout the whole process. My sincere thanks.

This store is always super quiet, but it sure is worth visiting. I would highly recommend this for school shopping or any office supply needs.UPDATE: they have a ton of COVID-19 PPE, sanitizer, and safety supplies for back-to-school shopping.

I came in with a list and not much more for information. The associate was helpful in determining what I needed and where to find it. Was in and out in a flash!

I was looking at security cameras and I had a gentleman who was extremely helpful and was completely honest. He let me know the pluses and minus and is helping me make a better informed decision on what to purchase. It was great to see his honesty on some of the products.

Discrimination. At least he was polite about it 🙄

I feel obligated to write this note because I had a problem with a purchase I made here at Office Depot and when I called in to talk to someone about it I was fortunate enough to have TINA pick up the call and take care of my problem, easily, quickly, positively, and with a smile. Its rare to get this kind of customer service in todays world. Because of the way that TINA was able to take care of my problem I will be a customer for a long time...thanks TINA, Office Depot is very lucky to have you on their staff.

Clear Communication is a must in business.Was kindly helped by a manager on how to print an e book and place a business cards order on Sunday about noon. I went to my vehicle and placed my order shortly after and well before 2pm- which said it would be done at 4pm. My husband used the restroom and confirmed my order was received. Everything confirmed good to go. I came back at 4:35pm and they order was not complete.I was told they were minimally staffed. I asked if I should come back later or tomorrow- either way was fine but to let me know. He said come by at 5:30 and they will be done and we can discuss a price adjustment since it was not done as stated. I thought great. If an order says done by a certain time with no disclaimer that it could be different and no mention from employees then I take that for face value. I was told I would get a call that night when it was complete and I did not. No problem, still, they were busy. I got an email the next morning saying the order was ready. I mentioned the price adjustment since it was told me the day before that it can be considered. I received a long explanation of why it wasn’t done yesterday which was not really communicated yesterday. Very frustrating indeed. I would recommend calling those who put in a same day order to let them know, due to the workload- it probably won’t be done same day. No problem then everyone is on the same page.

Kodak is awesome at the business desk. Deserves a promotion and raise no doubt. Costs are always fair but their service definitely brings me back more than anything.

Great store, but poorly stocked for the items I was looking for - international charger. The store associates were all very helpful and eager to assist us in searching for the items we needed. Mail and shipping center associates were also super helpful.

Went to this Office Depot to buy school supplies for my kids. Had over $100 worth of stuff to buy and when we reached the check out the cashier said that we could only buy 3 spiral notebooks (we had 5) because their ad said 3 per household at the sale price. We said we were willing to pay full price for all the notebooks... The manager came over and we could only purchase 3 at any price because they would run out before their sale was over...I have never had a company refuse to sell a product at full price before!Bottom line, if you have more than one kid then avoid Office Depot for school supplies!

I had ordered business cards at 4pm figuring they would be done by next day since on their website it says that if you order that certain type of card by 2pm it will be done same say. I was so wrong, I tried calling and they said that no one could help me because of how busy the printing department was. I gave the guy my name and number and no one called back. I tried calling later in the evening and was actually able to talk to someone in that department. She had said they were almost done and would be done by the next morning. Frustrated I said ok whatever. They call me back maybe 30 minutes later saying that they didnt even realize that my cards were supposed to be done that same day and because of that they were working on them. They still didnt even finish them till the next morning. For how much they advertise same day printing they really are awful at it.

Had a very simple print job to be done person at the print counter told me that I would not be done for a couple days explained to them that it wasnt anything crazy they proceeded to tell me that there needed to be design changes ( the designs were pre done and pre sized) and that he couldnt do it today. Told the employee if it was a hassle itd take it else where and it wasnt a problem employee proceeded to fight with me I have done all my printing here for atleast 8 years and now I will not go back

I came to this office depot after having a poor experience at a different one and I worked with Jordan in the print department for a second time, and she is fantastic! She was very energetic and while other office depots made me feel like an annoyance, she really made me feel cared about. Thank you Jordan!

I can see why this place is a ghost town everytime I have to stop by. The customer service is some of the worst I have come across. No hello, no can I help and finally no thank you. The manager Peter I think his name was, he had a beard must be the driving force for poor customer service. No eye contact, no conversation and no greet or send off while I was in the store. The people make the business and if my experience with the store manager is any indication of the companies philosophy on customer service, Office Depot is doomed at this location. I will not return.

Always great for general office supplies. Also that is great that they have fax services that i occasionally need.

Beware of their EXTREMELY overpriced items. I just recently went their to purchase a refill tape cartridge for my label maker. The marked price was $30 for a single cartridge. I inquired of the sales associate if the price was correct since the price of a new label maker (same exact model of the one I own) was less that than that of the cartridge, and the new one came with the same cartridge. He told me that yeah, these things can be pricy and sometimes it makes sense to just buy a new one. I decided to look the cartridges up online since the whole thing just didnt make sense to me. I immediately found the same exact cartridge at Walmart for $10.54 and also at Target for just over $13. To the sales associates credit, they immediately then informed me that they price match and then proceeded to sale me the item at the price Walmart was offering. By no means do I blame the sales associate, if anything they were the only redeeming quality to Office Depot, but I am thoroughly disgusted and offended by the egregious practice the appear to employ when pricing their items. My advice to anyone choosing to shop there in the future, price compare all of your expected purchase items. I almost overpaid 3 x what the regular price rate was for my item. THREE TIMES, 3, OVER THE COMPARATIVE COMPETITORS RATES, pathetic Office Depot, pathetic!!!!
