Alicia with printing is absolutely AMAZING! I am a florist that also does custom signage, and she has made my job a 1,000x easier! I am to email her my files and what I need, and her and her team have it done within a few hours every time! The reason for the 5 stars is for the employee named Zach! Been there twice in under a week and he has helped me both times, he helped me print a picture and to send a package. Very nice and professional young man, thank you Zach! You made this my go to store for all of my shipping needs!
Maggie at the Bowels and Wadsworth location in Littleton was AWESOME!!! She patiently and efficiently helped us get the correct size printed paper for some documents that were not straight forward. She was friendly and helpful!
Verify the price for scanscalled in advance and was told scanning blue prints was $5.99 per sheet 24x36. scans actually cost $10.99 per sheet but you dont know it until you run the scanner.. and it charges your card.. when asked why I was told $ 5.99 per page they simply reply that is for smaller pages.walked out after 1 sheet of a 50 sheet plan set.

I am so disappointed. I have been a long standing customer of this location and most recently had the worst experience Ive had at a business in a long time. I am usually forgiving about abrupt service when the team looks overwhelmed but not this time. Overtly rude and condescending isnt easy to overlook. Theyve lost me as a customer!
I had 3 major prints orders for my job and the staff was super helpful and patient.
I have come here in a pinch for small business needs and had a great experience. This holiday season I showed up after going to the post office with 40 people in line and was able to get in and out quickly at this location. I’ve always found the staff very friendly I rarely leave reviews but had such a great experience that I thought this one was important to leave.

Wouldnt ship my package because my drivers license was 3 days expired. I hate this is the FedEx location I live near, literally the worst one I have been to and I end up going here monthly.

I came in here this evening absolutely frantic with a huge project - 300 packets, 6 posters, and 500 business cards needed ASAP and shipped to Florida by Tuesday. The whole staff was so gracious and helpful and put me at complete ease. The final products were beautiful, crisp and more than I could’ve hoped. I recommend this location to anyone who likes excellent customer service and nice folks.

We visited the 8116 W Bowles Ave location to print 2, 5x7 photo prints. Ive been printing at this location since 2005. My experiences have been mainly neutral, with a few irritations here and there. However, today we were ushered to a kiosk machine (1 kiosk machine) to print photos off our own drive. Well, there was already a Customer there and she politely told us, after we have been waiting for 10mins, she would be another 20mins. Besides this Woman, me and my Husband were the only customers. There were three staff people hanging out. The Woman, (Manager) with long dark, straight hair refused to print our two prints. We had no choice, but to leave empty handed. I realize its Christmas Eve and retail is not everyones favorite job, but Good Customer Service is paramount to any business. What could have been a 5min, no hassle print job, turned into a huge disappointment. Note to Management: Retrain your people on what customer service means, to acknowledge customers and to be helpful. This is a ZERO STAR Review!

Friendly staff, good experience in that sense but this location needs to do something about their parking lot. I was carrying my baby in my wearable carrier and I stepped in a pothole and fell, twisting my ankle, ripping my pants and the back of my daughters head came INCHES from hitting the asphalt. She cried because Ive never fallen holding her before but thankfully she is fine. I would be raising hell had she been hurt. Fix your parking lot.
I am not at all printer friendly, when I do need something done, FedEx it is. The FedEx staff is more then happy to help. What is so impressive about that is how small my orders are, how little I know, I am always treated with respect. 5 Stars, they go the extra mile.
I was trying to purchase a small shipping envelope. I was second in line waiting about 10 mins. After the clerk finished the person in front of me, she walked over to the fedex counter which had nobody working at. There were 3 people in line so she helped all of them. Then she walked over to someone trying to fax something and helped them. She came back to the counter and was working on something not making eye contact with me. The woman behind me said she had to be to the post office by noon and reached her hand over my head and the clerk helped her prior to me without any apology. I put my envelope back and walked out the door and nobody said anything. I spent 20 minutes standing in line for nothing!!! Worst customer service ever!
Hope you do not get Eva - she has horrible customer service - must be new or not even care. Normally I do not have any problems there. The night crew are a lot more helpful!
I have professionally sold on Ebay for over 15 years and used FedEx for most of my shipping. FedEx is a fantastic service that i will continue to use for years to come. Unfortunately the store manager doesnt make it easy to just drop off packages and will critique all aspects of your packing technique . This wastes a ton of time for me and is totally unnecessary( Over 500 packages sent with no issues). It has become obvious to me that this is a tactic use to charge for repacking and detour customers from using this as a drop off location.

The woman that is the store manager is AWFUL! I own a small business & spend thousands of dollars a year on custom packing materials & boxes for my products. And thousands of dollars a year shipping with Fedex. She asks you what’s in the box a proceeds to pick the boxes up & shake them violently so she can try to upsell you her packing materials. All of my products are FRAGILE and labeled as such. I have been using this Fedex location for the last 12 years & have never had an issue until this woman became the manager in the last few months.
This is the highest up sale FedEx location. Every time they try to sell their boxes and packaging...no matter how its packed they women try to freak you out saying what if 50lb drops on your box if they are to jump on the packages. Reminds the video n YouTube taped airport employs throwing the luggage 8 yards to into the container. I think this is the place that handles the shipping not tossing and throwing packages around.
Ok operation. You can do what you need to get done. Typical overpriced fedex. Most staff helpful but not particularly friendly. Avoid Doug - have met inanimate objects with more personality.

This was a very simple visit however there were issues with their computers failing to print. After speaking to Tina, the Assistant Manager, she assisted us and took care of the issue. Definitely an easy place to print and copy documents.

Machines are well maintained and easy to use. The employees are all friendly and knowledgeable about thier products and equipment.
Dont even think about using their Lapnet service. IT NEVER WORKS and the people behind the counter could care less.This is the kind of place where there are 5 people behind the counter doing who knows what, while a line of 10 people waits for help from ONE person.Customer service IS NOT their priority. Keep that in mind. What should be a 5 minute stop will end up 30+ minutes if you dont walk out in frustration first.

Very poor customer service. I did not receive notification for several shipments and they were all returned. This is the most basic function of an office center. This location has lost all of my office and shipping business.
Best fedex office location, considering experience with many locations in North America. See Wayne, hell get you in and out in no time.

The fedex that is scheduled to pick up every day at my job refuses to do his job. Leaves without getting the package or doesnt show up at all. The customer service is ridiculously rude.
