Went to the store on meadow st. In Littleton NH to make a return to Amazon. Amazon was great and even posted a pic of the sign for UPS shipping stations! Staples has this sign! I was turned away as “we don’t do that”!! Makes me wonder if I would get the same answer for a Staples warranty!
I drop off packages here for UPS. Very seldom have to wait. Staff is always kind and helpful, but are usually busy. I am glad this store is available in this area. Thank-you Staples.

Awful customer service- rude - and lazy and they lied about services they offered. Frankly North Conway is a better store on top of there A game and was willing to Offer prompt service. Unlike Littleton store. they had Attitudes & eyes rolls. Employees have to be replaced - Or evaluated.

Old review: They had the wrong prices on products, sales person wasnt knowledgeable about products on display and wouldnt even try to sell me a computer. I asked what was in stock and he wouldnt even give me answers. Also computers that the website said were available in store apparently were not.Update: After recent visits problems with pricing still exist. Issues were fixed promptly and I also had a good experience with the in store pickup. Sales were also good.

As deceiving as the name is, the whole store isnt an emporium full of an assortment of staples. However, there is some great technology items, supplies, and office supplies at a great price.

THEY BOXED and shipped these items for us with NO packing material! They knew there was a lap top because we told them so and they put a lithium battery warning sticker on the box.Upon arrival at the destination our lap top screen was cracked and ruined! UPS refused the claim due to poor packaging! Staples said they would NOT COVER THE DAMAGE due to no insurance purchased!!!! SERIOUSLY PEOPLE.....STAPLES PACKAGED THESEITEMS FOR US! They did NOT COVER their own work and boxing!We paid more than 50$ for this boxing and shipping and that did NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE when you have THEM DO THE PACKAGING!!!!BEWARE! This is negligence and BAD BUSINESS!!! They are incompetent!
Waste of time!!!! They advertise they can fix any tablet or phone but couldnt fix my sons Samsung Galaxy 3 Lite.
If its a product that is not on the floor and youre supposed to bring the empty box to the counter, its like they do not have it in stock. Cant tell you how many times I have seen them go in the back only to come our and say, we dont have it in stock. Frustrating. Save yourself the trip and just order online.

I brought my iPhone 5s to have the screen replaced and they damaged the front camera. Its been exactly a month later and, after a phone call and three visits in person to the store, it still isnt fixed. I was told to come in on a specific day and time and the manager would fix it - but he was tied up in interviews and would not stop to fix the phone. Tech service and customer service - not really!
