RM European is my go to supplier for my Mercedes vehicles. My latest need was some front rotors for my 1996 SL500. I got online and started looking for them, and after putting the rotors and a couple other things in my shopping cart, I was ready to check out. I was really happy with the shown shipping charge of $8.99, (Some other online vendors wanted $30.00 + just for shipping) I entered all my info, and paid for my order.What I didnt catch was that my zip code defaulted to a different zip code and the order was sent. A while later I checked my email and saw I had one from customer service questioning my zip code. I corrected my zip code in a reply and sent it off. This was at 1:07 on a Friday afternoon. Eh well, I didnt think I would see the parts until Monday or Tuesday when we were going to have a bunch of rain.WOW! Was I surprised! I received my order the VERY NEXT DAY on Saturday at 11:07 that morning. Holy Cow, the web site was saying two to three days, and here they are! Thanks RM European!

Very happy with the part and service I got from these guys.I originally went to the BMW dealership for the part. It was $30 and then he said he had to paint it, which was another $65 🤣. Good luck! I found the part for $6 from RM European. The shipping cost more than the part, $8. I figure it was still much cheaper than the dealership.After I order the part I decide to check their reviews, which I should have done before hand. Had I read the reviews first, I probably wouldnt have order it from them as they had some bad reviews. I figure it was $14 so well see how it goes. Part came in 3 days and fit perfectly. Needed to replace my 2012 Cayenne Hybrid ignition coils and spark plugs. I wanted to use OEM or OE products only, and RM had the right parts at the best price. After getting no help from other auto parts places with identifying exactly which compressor my Audi needed I spoke to the folks at RM European. They were able to point me to the right part out of dozens. Apparently they are not interchangeable. The compressor arrived and my brother, who knows about auto ac and has the right tools, and I installed it. It fit right and has the proper connections. The AC now blows at 55 degrees, great during these hot afternoons. Nothing but thumbs up for RME!

RM Euro has been the least expensive resource to find the parts and accessories i needed for working on a timing chain - most of which are OEM. The service is quick and reliable, and navigating through the website is simple. However, I would like to see more parts and if possible, service manuals. Im not upset at all, but unfortunately i did have to find other avenues to fulfill my e39s need for parts. Overall, I will continue to use RM when and where i can.

Ordered a gas cap for my car. Check engine was coming on because the old one was faulty. It was shipped by FedEx and there was no tracking data at all for the entire experience but from order to arrival was maybe a few business days but within a week. Very quick. And OEM replacement was identical.

Order a thermostat for my 745li bmw it was supposed to be a 101c thermostat but it not temp gose up to 113c sent message about it told them that it not an 101c already got a 107c thermostat and it stays at 107c when I run my car was sent a list of return policy basically I was stuck with it if you use it its yours no return will really think about order anything from the money wasted not happy at all with this part or service

Ive been using RM European for the better part of 5 years for several of my cars. Theyve consistently got the best prices and the best shipping speed, compared to Pelican Parts, FCP Euro, and AutohausAZ. Only one that comes close is AutohausAZ.But where RM really stands out is their customer service. Ive never had an issue with them, but recently, I ordered some fuel injector guides that were supposed to fit my car. Turns out the guides were specific to the engine number within the model year and they werent the right ones. I called - expecting that they would direct me to the right part, and instead they just sent me out a new set free of charge rather than waste my time or theirs with processing returns or exchanges for such an inexpensive part.If I have one nit to pick - its that sometimes they dont quite have all of the parts Im looking for, but since Im talking about 30-40 year old European cars, thats hardly something I can be too angry about. Thems just the breaks when it comes to old cars.Love these folks, keep up the great work.

I like their products and a good price, but they have disappointed me in the shipping format, because they only send you free if you only consume 300 dlls or more with them !!! I think it would be better if they lower the consumer price to 49 dlls or more for free shipping, as well as the other auto parts sales companies ..

No question the price and product were what was expected however the packing of the product needed improvement. The bumper needed to be cushioned more at the ends and generally more securely supported and anchored in the box. The box was dropped in transit resulting in damage which while minor will need to be fixed before painting.
