So far a great experience, the salesman I spoke with was very helpful. I asked about a more economical topper and he showed me exactly what I was thinking. He also showed me other options which is what I ended up going with. This was a much better experience than another company I had been working with. Super impressed with this place - Terry was overwhelmingly helpful with trying to coordinate getting an RSI smartcap for my truck. Communication was excellent and I trusted Terry and the crew from the get go. Save yourself from shopping across town. I used to deal with another shop that wheels and deals but when it came to service and quality they just don’t come close to A & A. They do it right here. Spend a few more dollars on quality and dependability. You will not regret it. I’m a fishing guide and I get compliments on my setup all the time. I ordered a replacement door for a raider topper. 4a6 weeks to get it, appointment for installation all went as should. I was putting a sticker on a couple days later and noticed some fine scratches in the glass from the assembly of the door. Very obvious from where the scratches are, that they were from the manufacturing.Returned a week later when I had time to drive 45 minutes to show the shop the scratches, and without evening giving a close visual inspection of the glass. I was told its been a week bro. AND??? I was not told to do a through inspection before I left, nor did I think I should as I didnt buy a scratch and dent discounted door.I was asked if I was questioning their integrity, as they would not let that go without addressing the situation at the point of install. With that said,I guess my integrity was questioned, when all that needed to be done address the problem with a customer service approach.A LACKING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!! I recently bought my first truck and was looking around for a place to purchase a topper and bed liner. I have been to this shop twice in 2 year. First time wasnt a great experience. So I decided to go back today. I was working with a guy named Darrin. I dont know if he owns the shop or not. But the way he talks to customers is a joke. I wouldnt spend a penny their if I had to. I own my own business and customer service is number one to me . So to talk to a customer that way is so not professional at all. I was there for a total of 5 min and walked out. Clearly my 2 or 3 thousand dollars isnt a big deal to the . But neither is customer servic . So what do you expec . Good luck if you have to use them. And if you do dont work with Darrin.

Upfront customer service was outstanding. Topper came in within 3 weeks and was installed in less than an hour. Couldn’t be happier with the product and service. My dogs are very happy as well! Xtra Vision Snugtop lets them stick their heads as far out of the truck their little dog hearts desire.

Went in to purchase a new center lock for our topper. A&A informed us of the cost for the part & labor and told us it would be 45 minutes. When we came back to pick up the truck they threw us the keys and told us we were good to go. They serviced our topper for free and ensured the lock functioned properly at no charge and we didnt even purchase the topper from them to begin with. Will be back and will refer anyone to them.

I had side windows put on my topper to give side access to my bed. They installed it quickly and efficiently. I have bought a few other storage systems for some of my other vehicles from them as well. Darrin and his crew are good to work with.

As posted online and in the window, they close at 6. That would lead someone pulling up at 5:45 and seeing the Open sign on to think they could stop in and ask a quick question, right? Wrong. I can see the keys in the lock through the door, so I knock. Repeatedly. As Im doing this, some thug with a cigarette walks out of the garage and just stands there watching me. I finally ask the employee Can you help me? He completely ignores me and walks back inside. Writing this from their parking lot. Time? 5:57.Can I give them 0 stars? Please?

After Empire Nissan in Littleton broke my bed cover and window and sent me to 3 different topper stores I finally made it here. Even though I was incredibly frustrated and short with every employee that was there. They were able to fix the messed up cover and ordered the missing parts. They are one of a few certified ARE bed cover dealers which is the kind I have. Anytime I call with the most ridiculous and weirdly specific questions they answer quickly and accurately. If I could give them the legandary 6th star I 100% would.

Just purchased a Leer Topper and a few other add-ons for my truck. Service/install was excellent. The topper was in-stock and the right color/size for me so the install only took an hour, including rails and wiring. The staff really takes pride in their work, answered all technical questions, and ran me through the features of the equipment. The owner, Darrin, even offered to replace visor with a scratch. January 2019. As a retired research scientist, I thoroughly investigate and assess all major purchases including product and process. Based on my initial assessment, I believe A&A Toppers in Littleton is the best place to purchase a topper in the Denver/Colorado Springs area. Being from Colorado Springs, I shopped there and Denver, as well as in Pueblo and there simply is no comparison. I found Darrin and the other sales people at A&A Littleton to be highly knowledgeable about their products and extremely friendly. I cant say the same for the other Leer dealers who often struggled to provide accurate and consistent information, and sometimes seemed somewhat disinterested in securing my business. It was almost as if they were doing me a favor by providing product information and pricing. While shopping for over a year, I called all the local dealers several times for quotes on different topper models and accessories. A&A Littleton was always fast, friendly, and accurate. Customer service is an important part of any retail business and A&A Littleton gets high marks. In addition, the price on the topper I purchased was considerably better at A&A Littleton; enough to more than justify driving up from Colorado Springs.I will update this post after the topper is installed and again after I have evaluated it for leaks and other possible issues. My university research focused on product testing, so I trust my review will be of value. Someone then answered and said and i quote aaahhh can you hang on a bit geez with the worst attitude ever! This is not the first grumpy annoyed employee. My husband is of a darker decent and i swear to you they purposely ignor him when he goes in. If you dont believe me, go in and just watch their employees for 10 mins if someone non-white walk in. Bought a Tacoma with a leer topper and went into this shop because the light was not working not only did he fix the wire in 5 minutes but he gave me keys to the lock as well!! Best service !!
