I am so happy I chose Affordable Granite after researching, getting other estimates and visiting with other companies. During my consultation, I could tell right away how much thought and time this company puts into each job. It gave me the peace of mind to see that they cared about me and what I envisioned for my project too.Then, the actual process of completing my project with them was smooth and timely. Their workmanship is handcrafted. I know this because I worked with them to choose which part of my stone was cut for each piece of my kitchen. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They made excellent recommendations based on our current paint colors and budget. They scheduled us for templating and install at time of deposit, AND they actually showed up exactly when they said they would. The installers were very friendly and respectful. They cleaned up the site throughout the install and after work was complete. They verified that I was pleased with the install before leaving, and they even tolerated us trying to speak in spanish. Excellent experience! Highly recommend to others and would use again myself!

Was the fourth bid and by far the best one we got. Bailey walked us through the whole picking out process, measuring appointment and installation.Beautiful Granite, installed by professional that came back to clean up a mess they didnt make!!Friendly, answered all our questions, patient with what were probably silly questions and just an overall great experience. These people are very unprofessional. I paid extra for a particular rounded edge in my kitchen. It is not smooth. It is very wavy. Looks awful when looking at it. We also did fill backsplash and have large gaps. We had them come back and they filled some and not others. The seams do not match and the placement in my pantry are terrible. Erin and Teresa were very rude and unprofessional. We almost lost our slabs because they never asked us for a deposit. The way they acted about money made it seem like they have money issues. Do not use these people. We had an amazing experience at a competitor where price was better, install was superb, and staff extremely professional. He even saw the Affordable’s fabrication and was concerned about the waviness.

I cant recommend affordable granite highly enough! I had a strict budget. They worked with me to help me choose something within that budget that wasnt run if the mill. I built a home years ago, used another company (local as well). Even knowing I was a repeat customer they couldnt compare to the price I got as a total stranger from AG.From estimate to install I have 0 complaints.Have to brag on instal as well. I had too many seams in my last house so I asked for as few as possible. They pulled it off with NO seams! When they made the template they said theyd try and have just one and even asked where I preferred it. Yet here they show up with one giant section. I was thrilled! I cant wait to get my bathrooms done and yes use AG again!

Out of the three that helped us, they all were very nice the day we were there but everytime one walked away and another came to fill in we had to start over.Never once did they give us a price which really didnt matter because it was going to be a cash deal and we were going to get what we wanted no matter the price.So back to the price... they took our info and said they would email us an estimate. Never said how long that would take and we didnt ask because we figured they would email us by the end of that day or at less by the next day. Being in business, doing the samething everyday, how hard could it be.Now a week later, no word from them, no email and no call. We decided to call them back.Now it was a different story. Lost, didnt know what to say, didnt even apologize for it being a week later. The only thing we got was can I get your name, number and email again and we will get back with you. Now its been several weeks, maybe even a month and NOTHING!Not sure what happen. We tried, did what we could and gave plenty of time to reply back to us before writing this.Thank you and hope this helps others. Would love for them to reply and clear up what happen. I hate writing negative reviews but when we tried several times to work this out and received no help or reply from the company, what other choices did I have but to go public with the problem.

I didnt have time before to add my comments. Do NOT spend time going from place to place, everyone helped and made my wife and I turn a stressful building experience into having fun. My wife loved a lot of granite but they were all out of our price range, before we knew it we had three people in the office searching for the look she wanted within our budget. I do not know how they did it but they did and our home looks great and my wife is happy. THANK YOU AFFORDABLE GRANITE!

Worst customer service ever !!! Told me they would call me back in a few days with estimate and never called. I called them 3 more times and they said the same thing “ I’ll call you in a few days “. Finally called with an estimate 3 months later, really??? Used Casa Blanca instead. Avoid this place !!!!
