Heed my warning—do NOT use this supplier. We have had the worst experience starting with an appaling lack of communication all the way to shockingly terrible craftsmanship. I could write a novel on how poorly we have been treated, but the bullet points are: they don’t take proper measurements so you’ll likely buy a slab that won’t fit your project and then they’ll alleviate the problem by saying they can put a seam (hard pass), they will install subpar cuts and call them square, and when you try to fix a problem—they just talk over you. They do NOT believe in customer service nor do they care about the quality or reputation of their work. Please pass on this supplier and go somewhere else. This place has caused endless headaches and they simply stand by what they believe to be right—even though it’s your house and your pocketbook.

We had a great experience here. Allison & Thalia in sales were very helpful and informative, no pressure. The fabricators did a splendid job - the counter was cut precisely and the edges rounded beautifully, and, the installers did an excellent job getting it into the house and onto the cabinet - a perfect fit. Fast for the big money (project), but slow even ignore for the small one, they promise to come to fix time to time but never keep the word, and never show up or contact the customer again.Never on time, anyway they did so so, acceptable job. No responsibility when they get all money.

Casa did our kitchen and bathroom counter installs. I was told upon closing that our counters were sealed and ready to go. However, two days into living in our new home, theres a stain that I cannot get out, and this is due to the fact that the counters are in fact NOT sealed. Ive been calling for 3 weeks now, and one week there was a snow storm, so thats fine. However, Im told over and over again that someone will contact me and come out to buff out the stains and seal it as it shouldve been done during install.Here I am 3 weeks later still calling daily and awaiting for this statement to be fulfilled. Take this review however you want, but the issue here is the lack of follow-through. Im not one to usually right a bad review, but its the principle that Ive been told well get it handled a few too many times.Heres to my new white counters with a little character now due to stains.

I would HIGHLY recommend Casa Blanca for all of your countertop needs. There are hundreds of countertop shops, but what sets Casa Blanca apart from the rest is their customer service. When I got my countertops, they were down a worker. It took a little longer than expected and we had some issues throughout the process which left me a little displeased. But Salvador, the owner, apologized to me for all of the inconvenience and gave me my countertops FREE OF CHARGE. I have nothing but respect for this man and his character to put the customer first. We are extremely pleased with how the countertops turned out, but am left speechless with the customer service. I will never use another shop for any of my future countertop needs, because I know I can trust that Casa Blanca will follow through with spectacular business.

They work with you to help you find the best option to fit your needs. They stand by their work. And they go the extra mile. So, what are you waiting for? Give them a call.

The work and quality of the installation is awesome and the people they have doing templets and the installs are friendly. And I couldnt find a better price around town that beat them, but my only complaint is the management in the office. Every time I would call up to the office they would ask for my number and say that they will call me back in 5 minutes or text me by the end of the day which rarely happened. My install date got pushed back and it took me calling wondering where the installers where to get told that they were busy and having to push my install back. By them pushing me back, I then had to call my other sub contractors and have them pushed back. Its just a domino effect when one thing gets pushed back, it messed up the whole flow of the project at the time. I think if they raised their prices it would help out in the scheduling department because they wouldnt be as busy and having to push customer installs back and not stay true to their word. They would still be bringing in the same amount of revenue with better customer service and customer reviews. A bunch of these reviews I just read sound similar to my experience.

They do not do what they said they would do.. After paying for the countertop AND installation, I was asked if I wanted them to connect the plumbing for an extra $100? I agreed to this, then they had me sign papers saying they wouldnt install the plumbing. When I questioned that,I was told this is just the paperwork they had to fill out with all jobs.Well guess what, they would not install the plumbing as I had paid for. They also refused to return the $100.00! Beware of these shysters!I will never use these people again!

Actually ended up dealing with the owner on this one. Long story short what they delivered to our house and what we picked were different. When we called them on it they all but disappeared. Even when the builder got them back they brought different slabs which were also miss matched. My suggestion, go with the people at Triton or anther place. These guys are not about their work.

I want to write this review to warn others of poor customer communication issues you will receive if you use this company. I first want to start by saying Salvador did help us when the granite supplier provided him the wrong color granite and it was installed into our house as we were building . He was who our builder used and trusted. He seemed to go above and beyond to make it right and I felt confident in his company. Upon moving in on March 6th, we found a crack in the granite above our fireplace and we were ensured that it would be taken care of. He had people come out but there was never a phone call made or warning given. They would simply show up and ask to come in. The first time this happened, the persons that showed up did not speak English, my wife was the only one home and they simply said Casa Blanca which is fine but my wife had no idea the name of the granite company that installed our granite and we live in a White House ( casa Blanca). She had to call a friend to interrupt for her. This was the week after we moved in. They strung us along since then telling us they were looking for a piece that would complete the job, told us multiple times they tried to send someone out and called but that is just not the truth. It got to the point I was calling a couple of times week and texting with someone in the office named Diana but she would never return calls or follow up with anything she said. Turns out today, my wife spoke to the owner, Salvador and he gets upset with her and tells her he his not fixing anything because “your builder did not keep his word” and would not tell us anything more than that. Our builder told me he decided to go with another granite company moving forward because he had the same communication issues with Casa Blanca and I understand that sentiment having gone through it. Long story short, they are hard to communicate with, have no respect for your time and allow outside feelings get between taking care of you as the customer. Never would I suggest them.

Would recommend. Communication and work delays were present, but the price was competitive and the end result is good. I used Thunder White in the kitchen and Viscon White remnants in the bathrooms.

Just don’t. I’m sure there are other installers that will treat your time like it’s valuable, cause these folks don’t think your time is valuable at all. Them: ‘Be there at 10am!’ 7pm, I call—‘why didn’t you come?’ Them: We’ll be there in 30 minutes’... hour and a half later, they show up.Not worth it. Go somewhere else.

I was told by a homeowners who they performed a job for them that Casablanca Granite Marble & Tile Company did a awesome job, on there bathroom vanity sink. It was bought to my attention that the crew is very courtesy, pleasant, and knowledgeable concerning their installation. I will keep this company contact information in my I Phone contact list. Finally a company that does awesome work and stand behind it.cw

We used Casa Blanca for our kitchen and bath remodels. Great products (the granite is beautiful) and they did a great job of installing.We had been advised to buy quartz, but have no regrets with going with granite.Salvador took good care of us.

They did a great job. our granite bathroom sink looks great and the price was 10 times cheaper than home depot and we didnt have to wait a month like at home depot. they were very clean & professional and we will use them for out next remodel.

I had a sink crack on me and called about a replacement. They had the sink in stock and after some negotiation, we settled on a date to replace, which they did quick and clean for less than I expected. I feel I got more than my moneys worth.

The countertop was great but very poor service. Long delays and lost paperwork made it kind of frustrating to deal with them. Keep your receipts and copies of checks if you do business with them just to stay safe.

Casa Blanca is Horrible. I will never use them again. Salvador never shows up on time. No call and no shows are their thing. His wife diana cant speak english and calls me to collect payment on jobs that we havent even installed yet. He has a different front desk girl every week. And none of them are properly trained. Such a waste of time. They promise a day for instal and put you off for another week. Then they call you to collect after you have paid in full and ask you to send a copy of the check, they should have all that on file. Only for diana to say that she lost it. Dont waste your time or money with this bunch of fools.

I would give this company zero stars for customer service if I could. I scheduled an appointment with a 5 day waiting period with great difficulty to get responses from the owner (Salvador). The day before my appt I got a response for a time after I asked twice. Today, 2 1/2 hrs after my appt time, I received no call or response to my calls or text messages with an update on when he would arrive. When I called the office, the employee I spoke to blew me off and said I should find another company to fix my problem. Salvador called after that only to tell me that he didnt like me calling his office telling his employees he was late and said he wouldnt do the job. Unreliable. Unprofessional. Unorganized. Find another granite company.

Casa Blanca installed my countertop over a year ago. My undermount sink is coming apart. Casa Blanca does not stand behind their product and refused to fix it.. My mother tried to order a countertop through them and they canceled her order after trying to give her one she did not order. i would not recommend them to any more of friends and family.
