All Natural Stone us awesome. I have never picked out stone before and was nervous, afraid of making a mistake, but they made it so easy. Everyone was so nice, very helpful and patient-- believe me, I was needy. The work and installation was beautifully done.

I love my countertops. I trusted Amy from the moment that I met her and she came out several times to make sure the job was done right. She listened and was responsive and made sure that the job was done perfectly. There were some small glitches, but probably there always is in a job as big as this one needing to replace several formica countertops with granite, but in the end it was worth it. Bill, the owner, came out several times too and I felt they were trying their best to do a great job. I am very happy with the outcome. I went to Pacific Shores first and Loretta showed me the big slabs and then I called All Natural Stone to order what I fell in love with for them to purchase and install. I had not ever done anything like this before and both Loretta and Amy guided me through it easily. I highly recommend All Natural Stone, but so that you are not surprised, do read the fine print that is probably on every countertop business contract.

Anmy was a joy to work with, their countertops are swoon worthy. She knows her stuff. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, these guys know what they’re doing! Amy made everything go so smoothly!!! Great experience.

All Natural Stone provided exceptional countertops for our new house in Heber Springs, and just like life itself there were a few glitches. ANS went to great lengths to ensure my satisfaction, asorbing travel and labor costs for return visits. Most companies can provide good countertops, but a 5 Star company stands by their work, even when it affects their bottom line.
