Ive been a zales customer for years and this store made me never want to do business with any zales ever again. Very unprofessional staff. Not only did they have something of mine getting fixed for 2 months I got it back UNREPAIRED. My lawyer will be handling this issue and I will be shopping at your competitors now

Dont do it... Very unprofessional, stood in the store 20 mins waiting to be acknowledged, then upon deciding to leave, the associate finally acknowledges us with sorry folks... Really... I dont need to tell you what it sounds like but read between the lines I would never shop in that store ever again!...
My visit at Zales was Excellent the young man name was Cameron. That waited on me. I brought my husband & my wedding rings back to have them clean. Mr. Cameron was great he was very friendly and Professional. He work at Zales at the Park Plaza Mall in Little Rock Arkansas. Thank You Mr. Cameron for been so very helpful & Nice. My experience at Zales was pleasurable. The sales lady was friendly and professional. She took extra measures ensuring me that I would get MY jewelry back. I was pretty confident to leave my wedding rings there to get sized. I will updated after I received my rings after being sized.

Zales provides about what you expect a standard mall sales experience. Promise of 2 week (14-day) delivery ‘guaranteed’ once purchased company delays delivery and best the store manager can give for resolution is, ‘I go off of the computer screen.’
My wife and I live in Jacksonville and traveled past 2 other Zales location to purchase from this Zales. They have been nothing but amazing in their customer service and professionalism. This Zales location doesnt even deserve 1-star. A rating of zero would be more accurate.Every sales associate at the Zales in Park Plaza that has helped me and my husband has been pretty rude, doubtful that everything we say is true.(In what world is treating a customer like a liar a good thing?)When my husband and I purchased our wedding bands here, we also purchased the lifetime protection/care plan, as our bands are white gold, and it seems like a great deal. When we took them in for the treatment, mine came back in two weeks, perfect...but my husbands band was unrecognizable!They sent his brushed white gold band in for rhodium plating instead of the brushed treatment that it requires!!! When my husband understandably got upset, when he went to pick it up, the sales associate helping him called him a liar and didnt back down until he showed them what his ring was supposed to look like...a darker grey from the brushed texture, instead of a shiny, smooth white gold surface.They agreed to send it back to attempt to fix it, but when it came in after two weeks, THEY DID RHODIUM PLATING AGAIN!!! At this point, the ring has been gone for the third attempt for 4 weeks, totaling 8 weeks of it being in the hands of Zales. Hopefully they can fix it, instead of replacing it.NOT HAPPY. NOT OKAY! When a business deals with products of such significant sentimental value, it should:1. pay attention to the needs/concerns of its customers2. have an expert knowledge of what treatment a piece needs3. be sympathetic/apologetic when your business/sales associates makes a mistakeWe will NEVER buy anything else from a Zales ever again.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I GET A RING FROM ZALES. I got my promise ring in February. There is no reason for the band snapping in half! And yes I’ve already had it repaired! I just got it back a week ago! They even took extra time and sent it back twice because it “didn’t meet their standards.” At this point I just want my money back. If I could give 0 stars, I would! Smh.
