Once everything was finalized he put the ring together and had it shipped to Hawaii in under two weeks. My wife loves it and she got extended in Hawaii a few months longer. Awesome experience. I came here with the intention of doing a trade. Getting rid of my gold and trading for silver and I was offering 3 grams of gold as their cut (180 dollar fee for a simple trade). Had a good and fair deal in the works 2 days ago on September 5th with Chris I think (bigger guy with glasses) then when I called to check on the deal today September 7th, a different guy answered the phone and tried to tell me that they would not do that and if I wanted to sell they would buy for 90% of spot price (approx 360 dollar fee) and then they would sell me the 250 ounces of silver on a separate order for 2 dollars over spot per 1 ounce round and when I attempted to negotiate, the guy working today, September 7th, he said you got other options, you know where to find us and hung up on me. (2 dollar premium for generic rounds 😂😂😂 what a joke) which wouldve amounted to a 500 dollar fee. So all in all this no name store wanted over 800 dollars in fees for a simple trade. I feel bad for the original person I talked to, a real businessman with real expectations surrounded by half wits who want a lot of something for nothing.

This was my very first time selling my old gold, so i didnt know what to think. so i google and made some calls. Out of all the people i spoke to they were so helpful and very nice over the phone. There location was really easy to find ( im always getting lost... lol) but when i got there i was blown away ! There customer service was outstanding!!
