We asked Kitchen & Beth Concepts to remodel our horrible master bath (original to our 50 year-old home.) Leatha was so helpful with styles and colors. Workmen, particularly Samson, showed up on time and extremely competent. Was a delay with the shower glass door but understandable with transportation issues these days. This is the perfect bathroom and we are 100% satisfied. We are now saving-up for our kitchen and will call Leatha again!

My name is Sheila C. MorganSo disappointed. We spent a ton of money on a kitchen and dining room remodel. This was our first remodel and we have learned to trust no ones word.My husband has cancer and we decided to go ahead and have this work done while we could.They did floor repair (I hope), underlayer- tile- grout floor in kitchen, pantry, laundry nook, and dining room- I think this part is actually as shown and described; if in fact the underfloor repair was done.We received particle board cabinets covered with thin veneer, the actual cabinet doors are a type of solid wood (I think), we already have some cracking and peeling of the veneer just from installation. These cabinets are not what is in the showroom and the wall of finishes is all on hardwood-- just be aware and if you choose them make sure you dont trust and make it spell out 100% solid wood. They got us on this stuff. The finish on the doors is fine and as expected. See photos.The water lines to the kitchen sink are very narrow and we have low water pressure-- an independent plumber is going to come in and replace them to see if that helps. Also the actual faucet is NOT what we chose.The water line and valve to the refrigerator was not even touched as spelled out in contract. See grungy photo.I assume the new garbage disposal we purchased (not included) was installed, it looks new, but at one point it was making a horrid noise and the guy on scene said-- well its probably worn out-- like he had reinstalled the old one. I said-- what happened to the new disposer I bought and he was like- oh right, I forgot I put a new one in.The countertops actually look good, nice quartz as ordered.The beautiful silver travertine back splash was not sealed before grout applied- so I have grout all in the tiles-i chose the rough travertine for the texture-- then after the fact-- when we complained, the guys came back in with a bottle of spray and sealed the tile. What was on the showroom wall was sealed and the grout is only in the joints where is belongs. This is not what we received. See photos.I think the new dishwasher, stove, over stove microwave (none included we purchased) were installed properly.The crew dumped construction debris in our recycling barrel on top of all the plastic grocery sacks-- nasty mess to clean up.We paid for a design and were shown books of designs and told that each customer gets a book of their design-- we got a few photos and such but no book. BTW the design costs about $800 which is supposed to come off total price if you hire them for the work. I have no idea if this was done. Again, dont trust anyone.They do not paint. They spell that out up front but for what we wound up getting the price was high-- I am not talking about wanting cheap work-- we paid for quality and did not receive it. Again-- our fault-- naively trusted. Get every syllable in writing. Make the contract say -- the tile will be sealed and finished as shown in the showroom and ____ address on ____ date and as shown in attached photos and add those photos to the contract.I think the lighting is proper. I think the under cabinet lighting is good.The bifold doors were taken off the laundry nook to lay tile and they were not put back.I was told there would be no problem moving the washer, dryer, fridge, large free standing cabinets. The crew refused to move anything except the fridge.Maybe this is how remodeling is supposed to be and Im disappointed for no reason.I will never trust anyone fully in my home again. We have a company coming into paint and Ive about driven them nuts nitpicking the contract and will be one of those homeowners who hangs over their shoulders.Im sure the owner of Kitchen and Bath Concepts will simply reply-- hey we did what was in the contract-- so it is what it is. I certainly dont want them back at our home. We are going to concentrate on my husband getting well. Just dont be dumb like us.

I would never go anywhere else for cabinets. We wanted to upgrade our bathroom so Michael walked us through the process of choosing design and type of wood. It’s simply stunning. I like it more every time I walk in the bathroom! It’s spacious and tall, which I needed after back surgery.The installation was flawless. They took out and removed the old vanity but kept the counter top intact so we could use it. Within no time, it was in, cleaned up and ready to use.Thank you Michael and everyone at Kitchen and Bath Concepts!

Our total master bathroom remodel with Kitchen & Bath began early June, 2020, and finished about four weeks later - right on target, according to Michael Lanari. Michael and Leatha guided us through design options and were always available to answer our many questions. We trusted their choices and they were a joy to work with as we are novice remodelers.Michaels contractor, Samson Burch, supervised all the crews with precision in workmanship and promptness. He quickly attended to every tiny detail or concern we may have had. I especially appreciated his and his crews careful anticipation of dust and debris and respect of our personal area.We would highly recommend Michael and Kitchen & Bath Concepts to anyone considering remodeling. My experience with this company was excellent. The work was done on schedule by competent workers. Very pleased with the help we received in picking out materials and colors.

Large selection of quartz samples and showroom which helped in visualizing the remodel. Helpful staff as well offering ideas. Highly recommended!

We were very disappointed with our kitchen remodel. The design drawn was beautiful. We were told by owner that it was exact to scale. We were so excited and were willing to splurge for the higher prices. We thought this was going to best quality kitchen we had ever done. We have built several custom homes.It was not measured correctly so the cabinets didnt fit and had to be cut down now plates and pots would not fit. Total kitchen design and layout had to be reconfigured. The quality was cheaper than home depot prefab. cabinets. All of the previous reviewers complaints about water lines and cooktops not fitting,being too narrow were true for us too.It was an awful experience. A year later we have pulled out most of the cabinets and had remade by a custom cabinet maker. I never write bad reviews especially about local people but this was just such horrible experience.

Kitchen & Bath Concepts designed me my dream kitchen! They knocked down walls, moved plumbing and everything in between. They were a pleasure to work with and so knowledgeable.

Our experience with kbc was excellent from start to finish. We have a custom designed kitchen that is functional as well as beautiful.

We came here thinking it may be more expensive but at least more reputable and reliable. Not so. I hate to say this about a local family owned business but the owner is just not honest. You have to watch every thing they do or else they will scam you. Our kitchen still looks good but it was not what we chose. I went to another store and they confirmed that what we got was a different but similar countertop. They do have a wide selection of countertops to choose from, hence the additional star. But I would go elsewhere.

Where do I start? After three weeks of not hearing any updates on when my countertop will be installed, we decided to call them. They said their machinery is broken, which is fine, things happen - but let the customers know and update them on whats happening instead of keeping them in the dark - very unprofessional.The manager Michael was a rude, raising his voice, not listening and talking over us before we finished talking. We explained to him to give us an update, even if the update is that the project will be delayed. He boasted he has 10 other jobs - so I guess we werent a priority, not even worth the time to make a phone call to assure us that are project will be done.We finally got the counter top installed. But the hole for the vegetable spray was drilled too close to the faucet (see pic). It keeps bumping the faucet handle making it hard to turn off the water.We called Michael, he said it was our job to monitor the counter guys on drilling holes. We should tell them where to drill - how many home owners know how far apart to drill holes?Our plumber talked to Michael offering a solution that we can just drill another hole. Michael was also rude to the plumber. Michael didnt give a date, he didnt even attempt to say, Ill find out [insert date here] when they can drill it so that we know when to expect an update.And for an 8 feet countertop, they made a cut in the middle of the sink. We consulted 2 professionals to check the workmanship and they said its not recommended to have a seem in the middle of the sink. Water will weaken it, causing it to leak and break later.BUT, Im more concerned with the faucet. Michael wont fix it. Our faucet doesnt work properly, regret going with this company.
