Since becoming part of the Verizon family, I have not been able to receive clear answers regarding account questions. Krissy is a boss! She took time explaining billing questions, data services, and more with dignity and a smile. It is quite refreshing when an agent provides supreme customer service!!!
I was kind of surprised. Now this may not happen to everyone but it did happen to me. I went in and the guy was on the phone with a client and the lady was with a physical client. I browsed waiting my turn thinking I would be next. The guy hung up the phone so I stopped browsing thinking I would be next, well I waited and waited and waited with know acknowledgement. I do u understand sales and notes have to be entered but I also understand sales that all clients must be acknowledged of their presence especially if you dont have a physical client In front of you. I waited seriously 8 minutes with Noone saying hello, good afternoon, welcome to Verizion, I will be with you in a moment NOTHING! So I walk towards the door leaving and there was still no thank you for coming in no nothing I really did want to buy with them... Im disappointed in that store nit Verizion
Bad customer service. Do not have proper knowledge and they made up new rules. They cannot give service because I don’t have the Arkansas state ID. They only interested in selling phones and do not want to deal with Other Issues. He listened to my issue regarding new sim and he went inside and came back told me he can’t do anything because I do not have Arkansas state. I need to go to Verizon corporate store to resolve my issue. I suggest not to go to authorised retailer especially this particular store.

Semaj went above and beyond to provide me professional service while solving all my problems and completely setting up my new device and solving tech issues with other devices. He is extremely knowledgeable and advocated for me to get thebest deal. Samaj is the guy you always wished would help you at the phone store. Great job!
To keep a long story very short I was approached about converting to a business account as I own a small business spoke with the rep and mistakes were made on their end that cost me money I had been on business since December 2015 but wasnt registered with the secretary of state (as the majority of legitimate businesses are not) I was told I had to be to be eligible and so I did which costs $150 a year for an llc now I never would have registered if not to meet the requirement so after I do I get called to say Im no longer eligible as my time in business is based on the secretary of state registration date and Im welcome to revisit this in 6 months well the rep should have known this and told me hey this is going to mean you have to wait another 6 months but he apparently didnt know I inquired about getting compensated my $150 I never should have had to occur and he checked with his boss and told me yes they would do that and a check would issued to me well after waiting a time in told this wont happen until 6 weeks April 11 (apparently it takes them from January till April to close this business account) and I begin speaking with managers and customer support because I find that an unreasonable time to wait to be reimbursed for a mistake made on their end and after many visits to speak with managers and eventually dealing with executive relations Im only told an account credit can be given and a check cant be issued (who else doesnt believe Verizon on any level does not have the ability to issue a check for compensation for a mistake they made? Ya me either) this is not the best way for me to be reimbursed because I am on my plan with family members so the credit wont be going to me if done that way the next issue is the life proof case I purchased I looked while in store and its twice s expensive as amazon an I inquire of the manager and ask if theyll price match and he says no because its s third party vendor after additional questions I pay their higher price because they guarantee what they sale well this case apparently has a problem with the cover over the charging port because the strip of plastic eventually breaks and the port wont shut thus taking away the water proofing now they did give me a new case but when I went in because I dropped my phone in the case and the screen cracked and the box states drops less than 2 meters are covered well come to find out this statement is for the case regarding the case screen which isnt glass and wouldnt break they tell me to deal with life proof which is when I found out that detail which I find to be false advertising because the legal disclaimer is inside the sealed box and you cant read it until after purchase now I understand they just sell the case but being told they would guarantee it and thats the benefit of paying the higher price and anyone would believe they the claim about drop protection would be regarding the phone youre putting in the case my argument was they should back up the product they sale now Ive been with Verizon for 22 years with a fairly big account and they did nothing to take care of a long term excellent customer so they have absolutely lost my business over these issues so customer beware if they screw up and it causes you problems and costs you money they will pretty well tell you they dont care and thats just too bad so do business with this sorry company at your own risk
Both guys that help us were very friendly and helpful would recommend this store to all Verizon Customers.
They are no go. I could not bill a simple Otter box to my corporate account. And dont ask about your account because they know nothing.
Went in to this location and expected nothing less than amazing experience, and what did we get? Amazing experience. Not only did they assist us in getting new phones but they also assisted us in getting the phones back up (one to which wasn’t working with us) and then got everything transferred over. I would love to say thank you to Robert Wells and Dion Elliott for assisting us and making sure that we were satisfied. Also a huge thanks to staying late to get our phones from another store so we didn’t have to wait for them to come in online. Go gives these guys a visit and get the phone you want with the service you deserve.

Work told me that Verizon wouldn’t be able to help me and suggested I go to Apple store. Went in and the experience was great! She helped me fix all my issues and was able to leave the store with a smile on my face! Grace did a great job. Helped me with everything without sending me to the apple store. Even Reset all my passwords for all my accounts. I can’t wait to throw in my works face! Awesome experience.
Got my new Iphone 12 pro mac and apple watch yesterday 01.06.2021...the sales rep was very accomodating and hands on in making everthing good..thank you brandon oneal for making me very satisfied with what i got..good job

If you need a new phone or any accessories go see Justin and his team at the Chenal Verizon near Applebee’s. I went in with my 14 year old son to get his new phone set up as well as mine. He took care of both of our phones. Helped us with screen protectors, new cases, etc! Plus I had nearly 3,000 pics on my old phone and it was not backed up for months! He was patient and helped me recover everything onto new phone! Oh and this was the day after Christmas! Great store, great Customer Service! Thank you Justin and team!!!

Robert and Dion were awesome!! They helped me trade in my phone and stayed over an hour after the store closed to make sure all my stuff was correct! Ask for them if you ever come in and they will hook you up! 10/10 recommend this location and these two staff members!

Madison was great! I have had lots of confusion before in some local stores, but Madison explained everything well and helped me understand insurance and warranties. I usually find myself preparing for a bad experience when it comes to phone issues -- this was a very pleasant surprise!

I went in to see about replacing my phone because the old one was broken. Mike worked with me for well over an hour trying to find me the best deal possible. I was truly amazed and extremely appreciative of his knowledge and kindness. I could not remember any passwords to most of my accounts and he spent quite some time trying to help get them unlocked. I highly recommend this store!!! The only problem is Mike is from Oklahoma and is only at this location for a short time! Thanks for all you did Mike!!! Verizon truly has some wonderful employees!

I have had an extremely great experience with this store. I came in to order an iPhone 7 plus with Kevin a couple days ago. I came in today to pick it up with Gracie. I was helped so much. She taught me how to use my phone and reset all my passwords. I appreciate all their help. They all look very sharp.

Justin was the most thorough and helpful sales rep we have ever worked with at a phone company. We had several glitches to work out, Justin and his colleague, Patrick, did everything they could to make our experience as smooth and complete as possible. They were extremely helpful transferring our information to a new phone and made sure we understood the new operating system. We will seek them out for all our phone needs from now on!

Ive been to this store before and always had a good experience. Its been about a year tho. Today I Walked in to find 3 employees sitting on couches. 3 behind the counter. All with incredibly rude and unfriendly attitudes. I wanted help setting up my phone and they all acted like I asked them to weed my lawn. Horrific customer service. I will NEVER go back to that location.

Ended up talking to Whitney who informed me on the newer plans they had rolled out and encouraged me to switch after giving me the rundown between my old and new. Great customer service. I walked in and was met immediately by Whitney who was efficient and very knowledgeable. This was definitely a much better experience than my visit to AT&T earlier today where I sat for 40 minutes before having a representative deal with me. Better service and better coverage.

My husband and I recently visited a Verizon store in Little Rock on Chenal Parkway, and from the moment we got out of our car (literally, because we saw another customer leaving the store with a big smile on her face) until we left the store with big smiles on our faces, too, we had a great experience. We got all of our business taken care of, the atmosphere was SUPER and we both left with new phones. :-D

Disappointing service. Im expecting better help to check if my number is really active under other user or at least give me an offer for new number if I cant get my the current one. And not to make fun on the fact that no credit was put on card for more than half year (Im a tourist, not a resident)

Customers service is a very important issue with me. The was sort of informative... He made several offers to upgrade even though I kept telling him I could not afford to pay more and that I needed to lower my payments. After Ia while he smart mouthed me be saying, This is retail store not a church confession! All the time never smiling even after I ask him if he could. His remarks were What you want a fake smile and to lie to you! I actually were still smiling. I asked him could I reduce my service from unlimited to 8 GB, he sharply replied No I not going to do that! I had to argue with him that I could change it. He then tried to sell me an up grade phone, I started to buy i but decided not to because of his dont care attitude and him refusing to smile. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. It was like trying to drink broken glass!!!! He should take some customer service classes!!!!!!!

Terrible, lazy service. They activated my new Android phone and I went back the next day because I could not receive text messages. They told me it was not a supported device which they didnt mention the day before. It turns out they never fully activated the phone - I had to go to Best Buy and speak with Verizon on the phone to figure this out. The representative on the phone remotely activated the phone and it works fine now.
My experience at the office was fantastic. I had a very complicated mess going on with ATT and was trying to change my service to Verizon. There were 3 guys working together to get to the bottom of various issues of ATT not releasing my previous phone number and I was extremely frustrated by over charges and reconnect fees. Robert, Xavier and Jeramiah all pitched in and got the problems resolved. They even refunded some charges that were the result of mistakes at a different office. They were patient, cordial, and very well versed in what needed to be done through various offices and departments. They are very impressive young men who really cared about me, the customer. Highly recommend their service.

Very informative and helped out with all my apps. Was able to transfer all my information with my previous phone that would not turn on. She was excellent.
I have been there twice in the last 4 mo. Once to setup new account and second to move my wife’s phone over from AT&T. First time took 3 hours to transfer number over and setup account. Second took 3 hours and two trips in which they moved everything over on her account then told me I would have to buy a new phone because SIM card would not work on her iPhone 6. So I took her phone back to AT&T and reset up her account with no problem except I had to pay an activation fee again. I have now been online with Verizon support for 2-3 hours two time in last couple days trying to fix billing issues stemming from how this store location setup my account and charged me for my wife’s phone service that we never got to work. Very frustrating. Tempted to move my service to AT&T even though coverage may not be as good I areas that I work.
They are awesome! Whitney explained everything to where I understood everything.
