People were helpful. Kind of frustrating that they told me my old plan wasnt a thing anymore and put me on the unlimited plan. Just looked and my old plan is still around and I am changing back. They also just handed me a case instead of asking which one I wanted. Ill use a different location from now on.

I have been with this company for approx 10 to 15 years. I have 2 lines 1 for myself and the other for my 84 year old Mother. I recently bought her a new phone because of the importance of me being in constant communication with her. Her phone went completely black so we went to the store and without looking at it I was told that we would just have another one mailed to us, unfortunately that isnt why I purchased it. It was for constant communication with my 84 year old Mother not to wait for one to come in the mail what if something happened while we waited for it? Completely worthless! The thing that finally pushed me to the edge is I took the phone driving my 84 year old Mother to ANOTHER store and she fixed it in approximately 3 minutes! Either way wasted time I dont have and an 84 year old saying just throw it away because it is too much trouble. If the tables were turned how would you feel?

Hubbie got another phone. Just dont like that now you only get a free phone if you trade off your old one with service on it. What happened to free phone with new service

Look & ask for Ms.Tionna.....she was wonderful to us!!! It was my 1st doing business there...she fully explained & answered any questions we had. She set up our phones & everything plus kept her beautiful composure under much pressure. Bravo my Dear🙌🏿💜💯

Would recommend this place 100%. Miss Paris helped me and my fiancé get a new phone in a very timely fashion. We had many obstacles to overcome, but that didn’t stop her, she did everything she possibly could and we walked out with a brand new phone at a great price! She is a very kind hearted, patient, and loving person with a great personality and doesn’t stop until the customer is 100% satisfied! If you come to this cricket I would recommend miss Paris 10/10. IF I COULD GIVE THIS STORE ZERO STARS I WOULD....Because of lack of organization, broken promises, unknowledgeable employees and the unwillingness to take ownership this store almost lost 7 plus accounts. Paris Cain was eager to get the sells but not willing to keep the business; when it came time to answer about billing she was no longer available to answer calls, emails or text messages and left my 7 plus accounts with no service. Alecia Williams portrayed that she was willing to take ownership of the situation but after an unprofessional conversation she stopped all communication leaving my accounts still disconnected. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone and almost wouldn’t recommend Cricket to anyone, but Senica Henry from North Hills Blvd store came through and took ownership for university store failure and saved the accounts.

I walked inside and Paris, the store manager calling me by name was freaking amazing. Paris assisted me two months ago with an upgrade. She showed me several phones until I was able to make the best choice to meet my needs. She is multifaceted. It was truly awesome to watch Paris work with me, train an individual- Kenisesha, greet and speak to several customers, take money, and program a phone effortlessly. Shes phenomenal.Now to the bragging part. After being greeted at the front door by Paris, I walked into a brand new Cricket store. It just blew my mind. I was absolutely astonished. The colors were so vibrant, the new carpet squares, the Emerald green walls, the University Ave signage, comfortable seating area, new accessory displays, new front desk, and even the ceiling tile appeared new. I have been with Cricket since 2005, a very long time, and this was my most proud moment.Paris, you deserved a store that looks like all the rest. Your customers deserve a store that looks like other stores in Little Rock and surrounding areas. When there is a wholesome work area, employees take pride, thrive and in turn satisfied customers. Had the best experience i ever had buying and setting up phones for my 3 baby girls! This woman Paris Cain took so good care of us! I live 100 miles from here and i will be back to do busness again! Ive never had someone have so much involvment in making a deal happen! I would recommend this crickett store and mrs. Cains service to everybody. Racist.Went in to switch over to the company (They were having a deal on monthly plan rates.)Both clerks (both black girls) looked me up and down like I was trash. They said something about not being about to port my number over since it was Straight Talk and my month with them was almost up (they said there was a chance it might not switch in time and I couldnt keep the number.)I left and came back the next day after I adjusted things with ST.The male clerk attending me went into more detail about the plan rates/add ons. Even said a speaker box was available with the plan purchase. (Neither girl mentioned anything about that the day before. :/)Guy was very nice. Even gave my son a phone sample to play with while I was busy with the process.I walked out after and realized we still had that phone. I went to return it. Not many people would do that. Just saying.Anyway, all in all, I wont be in again.

I cant remember the last time I had a conflict/issue resolved at a phone store in less than 15 minutes. Nemo was very knowledgeable and efficient, thanks again man. YOU MY BOY BLUE!!!!!!!
