Ashleigh Branch was amazing! She made our experience so pleasant and was able to get everything done we needed! We originally went to the Lakewood Village location where we were treated with less than acceptable customer service and were told they couldnt help us with our needs. Thankfully we went to the Chenal store and received the service we felt we deserved considering we are loyal customers and purchased 2 new phones. Thankful for Ms Branch and her dedication to customer service and having an I can help you with that attitude! Lakewood Village you can do better!

This staff is the absolute best! Kenny, Kendall, Michael (Lakewood store) and Rob were excellent! They provided supreme customer service and answered every question I had. Their energy and friendliness made me feel like I was at home. I never felt like a customer but felt more like I was visiting friends and family. This is the only AT&T store I will go to. But if you’re in North Little Rock, go see Michael at the location in Lakewood.

I was greeted at the door as soon as I arrived. They made me aware of the option of scheduling an appointment for assistance. They let me know of all the offers that were available to me. The manager was readily available to assist when needed. They were masked and everything was sanitized. They have great product availability. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Shoutout to Ashley, Mitchell and Andre at the Promenade store!! All three were determined to solve my phone issues and could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable!! Who goes to the ATT store expecting to enjoy the visit?!? And yet these three amazing employees made my dreaded visit a great experience! They all deserve a big raise!!

This is the kindest staff I’ve worked with, not only from AT&T, but just in general, for as long as I can remember. Everyone was ready to help, answered all of my many (probably very extra) questions. I cannot recommend the Promenade store enough. Kenny helped me mostly, but every other staff member I met was just as kind and helpful as he was. Will definitely only go to the branch from now on

We waited over 3 hours. It wasnt the store service persons fault. He had to call att customer service and was on hold for over an hour. It was terrible. He knew his job well. It was the fault of customer service on the phone. But 3 hours wait in a store is unacceptable. Why dont the people who work in the store have a separate hotline they can call tomorrow get through. I tried to also get thru and was on hd 1 hour 45 minutes before he got thru first.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming! I had a younger red headed gentleman that helped me, i didn’t get his name unfortunately, but he was AMAZING!! Very knowledgeable and thorough. He got me in & out with a new phone in less than an hour! If I need anything in the future, I will be back to see him! Highly Recommended :)

Went in for a new iPhone. The gentleman who helped me, Paris, was very helpful and kind. Kept great conversation while waiting on phone to update/set up, showed me a lower price for monthly internet, offered to buy my phone back, charged my watch while i was waiting, and pointed me towards pop sockets. Great salesmanship! Every employee in the store was friendly and easy going. One of the best trips to AT&T that Ive had.

I went in to this store to pickup a SIM card for an iPhone and salesperson sold me a subscription to DirecTV with an attractive offer to switch from Dish. Turns out though that what was offered by salesperson could not actually be provided. I never received what was promised after repeated attempts with the salesperson and the management at this store. I finally gave up and DirecTv and this store has lost a customer for life as a result. Hope they are happy with their sales tactics.

BEST experience we’ve ever had at AT&T! We usually dread the process of upgrading our phones and have had several bad experiences with the Bryant Alcoa location. We even started going to Best Buy just to avoid dealing with AT&T directly. Kendall at The Promenade location was AMAZING. She made the process so smooth and QUICK!

Went in to this Apple store and was immediately overwhelmed by the lack of organization. There were random lines throughout the store and it was very unclear where to go for assistance. I was wanting to trade-in for an iPhone 11 but ended up wandering around trying to find an employee to help me for most of my visit. When I was directed to the employee who could help me, she walked away without saying anything and then harshly told us to follow her when my friend and I were unsure of what was going on. I told her what I wanted and she spoke condescendingly to me when I wasn’t up to date on how the cloud transfer and SIM cards work and acted like I should have already known this and was wasting her time. I ended up leaving incredibly dissatisfied and took my business elsewhere. I understand the store was busy due to the recent release of the iPhone 11, but there was absolutely no organization which was clear on the faces of many disgruntled customers. I am appalled that the store had appointed this employee I spoke with in charge of initially working with customers as she had one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen in retail.

My grandmother and I signed up for new service with Direct TV and we were promised a $100.00 Visa card after 3 months of service. Never received it so I followed up with customer services that said promotional had expired. I am out of the window of availability to activate the visa gift card. I stated to her again the we never received it so how could we activate it.Talked with store manager that said its nothing she can do. She said she would make sure to call me back after she talked to her manager because she is going on vacation but I never did receive that call back. I even tried to call her back that same day. No response.Great customer service

Att was very easily to find. Its a cool place to chill as well. I wasnt greeted when I walk thru doors. But Paris was there to assist me with my problem. He understood what was going on and help me. Gave me copy of proof of purchase receipt for my iphone and give me a new sim card with new number and off to find iPhone place....

I waited 40 minutes to even get checked in. Then they tried to upgrade me early, but since my plan no longer exists, my monthly rate would increase. When I stated I didnt want to upgrade my new phone already but rather wanted it repaired (wont hold charge), I was told Id have to deal directly with the manufacturer, despite me purchasing phone there. A complete waste of time & a scam.

There was a mix up on the Apple care that was purchased for my Apple Watch from another store. Justin worked with me and together he and his manager solved the problem. He then went back the Apple Store with me and stayed there until my problem was resolved. This man went above and beyond and it is very much appreciated!!!!!

When we entered the store there was a lady that said “we will be with you in a moment”. We started walking around the store and there were a total of 5 employees, that we could see, 2 with customers 3 standing around taking to each other and playing on their phones. After 15 minutes I went out to the car to get my drink, came back on and there was a lady with my husband. She was incredibly rude and had the worse attitude I’ve ever experienced from a customer service associate. Every time we asked a question her answer was “I don’t know”. She told us they did not provide the service we were requesting and that we needed to call the 800#. We explained we already called the 800# for assistance and they told us to come into THIS store, that they would have the item we are needing for our internet. She said she didn’t know why because they didn’t have anything to do with internet. So I asked why did they tell us to come here and she, again got an attitude, and said “I don’t know why they told you to come her, we can’t help you”. She continuously told us they didn’t have what we were needing and then went to talk to her manager. She went to the back and came back with a box. I asked what she had and she said it was the item, after arguing with us for five minutes, getting an attitude and being absolutely rude. She told me the price, didn’t give me a chance to say anything back and immediately said “So you want it?”, again with an attitude. Customer service from ATT is the main reasons we moved our cell phones to Verizon. The ONLY reason we still have internet with ATT is because they are the only provide that has service where we live. Moving, so I called to set a cancel date. 40 min of transfers, holds, much keyboard tapping, account verification AND REverification only to have it all disconnected a day early. Which is WHY I didnt all them any earlier. Why is it sooooo difficult?
