I received exceptional service that started with a phone call and ended leaving with my shattered iphone screen fixed and a new screen protector. I was given 30 minutes as the time frame and it was ready by then. It may have been fixed sooner but I was shopping around and didn’t return beforehand. Upfront reasonable cost quote is what I paid- meaning no hidden charges. I would and will definitely recommend this place to anyone. By the way, I wasn’t asked to give a review but felt compelled to do so after such a seamless experience.

Amazed!! Walked in with a broken screen for my 8plus 1-13-21. The guy was so knowledgeable. Said he could repair it in 20minutes. We were back in less and it was ready to go with the screen protector still attached. It looked so good that I told him how pretty it was and made sure to say thank you a bunch :) I would definitely recommend this business. Quick and so much cheaper than anyone else around. A++

I took my iPhone to get my cracked screen replaced. The guy said it would take about 40 minutes. When I returned, it was like new. I paid $75 rather than purchasing a new phone.

Even tho my phone screen had to be ordered for next day delivery I was impressed that you were able to fix it in an hour when the screen came in. And it was a reasonable price...thank you.

Ive had two screen replacements done at this place. Both my sons iPhone SE. Price is good. Service is great. Hes FAST! We walked around the corner to the bookstore while the repair was done. It took 20 minutes.

Me and my uncle have both used this place. I have a Galaxy S8, and he has a Galaxy note 9. Both times the parts came in the next business day, we got in that day, or the next. He then told us that it would be close to 40 minutes both times, and finished in 30 or so. This place is by far the best place Ive ever visited. I 100% would recommend this place to anyone that is close to one.

Good work at a fair price

Thought my son broke his lap top for good. They had it fixed in less than a day and the price was alot less than expected. I later took my phone with a badly cracked screen to him. He ordered the glass and installed it in no time. Great experience and no price gouging. Highly recommend for any electronic repair needs.

The good reviews are because they give you a free screen protector when you write the review, and show them. My keypad is messed up when I type also my battery doesn’t hold a charge. I wish I would have went somewhere else to replace my screen. Now I have to spend more money going through Apple to fix these issues. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to them.

I bought an LG Bluetooth headset. Got it charged and paired and the right earned had a short in it. I took it back and, of course, theres NO REFUNDS in small letters in a frame on the checkout counter. So I exchange it. With this one, you have to press the power button 2 or 3 times to get it to go off and on! This store in selling defective merchandise in the original packaging. Ill never make another purchase from this store or any like it. #LESSONLEARNED.

I took 2 iPads here to have the screens repaired (cracked). He quoted much lower than U Break it We Fix it. When I dropped off the iPads he didn’t run any tests on the devices. He just took them and said come back in about 2 hours. I had to prompt him to have me fill out any paperwork and get my name and number (first red flag). I picked up one iPad the next day. He said he didn’t have any screens with black trim on hand and that I could get it in 2 days. I said okay. I got the first iPad and paid for it. Within an hour I noticed that one corner of the screen was coming up. I got upset but then told myself that once I put a case over it, it would stay down. Fast forward 2 days. We (myself and my husband) go to get the other iPad. We get there (during business hours) and the door is locked. No one is inside. No note on the door. I call the guy and he doesn’t answer. We start to walk off and then a guy walks and and unlocks the door and goes inside. Ooookay. We follow him inside. He gets our iPad. We notice right away that the home button doesn’t work. He lies and says it was already broken. So long story short we end up paying $50 to get our DAMAGED iPad back. All in all, you get what you pay for. If you want terrible service at cheap rates, this is your place! I hate I ever walked foot in there.
