Louis and his crew have delivered both bedroom suites. A living room suite. A table and chairs. And now on Wednesday they are delivering my new range. They are such good people. Weve been doing business with them for 5 years now.

This place has stolen 250$ from me, refuse to take anymore payments from me and threaten me every other day. Chris the manager is so rude & unprofessional. I would not recommend renting from this store

It took 3 weeks to order a dishwasher they never ordered I called last Monday for the 2 nd time and said yes please order the dishwasher they said ordering day is Tuesday and they didnt do anything I called today and said did you order the dishwasher NO!!! I would NOT do business with this Rent-A-Center on Rodney Parham because they are not customer service friendly they do not kwhat theyre doing and theyre lazy

Extremely unprofessional and lazy. Thinks someone is lying to them. (Stereotypical) Overpriced for stained furniture with water damage. Prices arent up to date for furniture thats on floor. I asked for pricing on dresser, employee asked manager and manager said he doesnt know where price tag is and will look in the Morning when he does inventory. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Dont waste time!

From out of state and needed a phone.. have a long standing rental history from where Im from with rent a center. I was told I could rent a phone phone because Im here until next July and would have the phone paid off.. I went through alot of trouble to get paperwork and documents ready for them.. took a few days! Alot of emails and I went to get the phone to night and a different manager said no sorry cant rent to you.. I should have been told this in the first place! Saved alot of time and money getting things ready for them.. very upset!
