Adrian handled my 2yr. service appointment with great courtesy. Since Adrian knew I was waiting at the dealership for my car, he asked the technicians to work quickly on my car. The work was completed sooner than I expected. I had questions about my extended service plan from this point forward. Adrian answered all of my questions making points easy to understand. The last thing Adrian did was to explain the “Entune” system and its updates. Early on I chose an alternative system so I needed assistance. Again he made sensible explanations about updates.

Great, patient sales and tech people. Finance people are solicitous and helpful. Chris Chase and his crew do an exceptional job, no pressure, just help. Of course the Toyota name is synonymous with quality, and weve owned several over the years, and very pleased with the product.
Went with my cousin who had an 6:30 appointment. The person she had her appointment with had gone home. It wasnt even 6:30. It took her 2 1/2 hours to do the paperwork she had talked to him about on the phone. No one stopped to ask my husband and I if we needed anything. My husband and I just sat and waited on her.Went back the next day and her car was gassed and ready to go. The guy didnt tell her anything about the car.
The technicians stripped the oil pan bolt out of my truck and then said the truck was too old (2004) and not their problem. Lander’s Toyota performed the previous service on my truck. So I wonder who tightened the pan bolt too tight from the previous oil change? (Or hopefully they would have told me the bolt was an issue with the last service.) I would not advise taking a vehicle here for service. I will now have to pay them for oil and labor that will be a total loss as I fix the issue.
So everyone is friendly to start. Im giving them 4/5. I had to drop my Tundra off for a recall on the airbags. Landers was kind enough to give me a rental for the day.Originally they were going to give me a Highlander but were unable to locate the car in the system to rent it out. So they eventually gave me a Rav 4. Which is a super nice car.I did have to wait a little bit while they sorted out which car to give me, this is not what lost one star. I know sometimes we have to just be a little patient. What did cause me toGive them one less star is as I was leaving Landers headed on the highway, I noticed a fair bit of bouncing coming from the hood. I pulled over only to realize the hood wasnt shut!Im not sure what the point of a walk around to ensure everything is in order for me if the hood wasnt even shut. Unfortunately I came up to the car from behind so I didnt notice.Given the hood latch has a safety to not let it pop open, but its principle.Otherwise great experience, and hope to do business with them again!
I will be using these awesome people from here on out. My salesman was Hunter and he was FANTASTIC from start to finish. And a big shout out to Ray in finance, he was most wonderful as well. Not one complaint from me. Yall have earned a lifelong customer out of me!

I recently brought a 2016 Audi Q5 3.0T from Steve Landers in Little Rock AR, May 2021. Great mileage great cost! I was honor to have a sale person who believes in customer service first. I was also able to do a trade in for a great price that was very impressive. As ironic as it is, the sales side is much more helpful than the customer service side. Every time I’ve come to the dealership for a routine maintenance, there has been an issue. I’m never told the same information. No one shows any concern or urgency about issues. One rep tells me my maintenance is covered under Toyota care, the other (who doesn’t bother to look) disagrees and says it’s not. Crazy wait times with no remorse. The last time I came my car sat there an additional 45 min after it had already been serviced. Janice with the collision center was amazingly nice, thank you Janice!
I have had great experience with Gustavo as our sales consultant. We have had 3 Toyotas purchased through him. One last year and 2 this year. He gave great advise, recommendations, and above all his expertise and bilingual skills helped us make the best choice to invest in the vehicles for our college student kids and myself. I purchased my Corolla from them last year and had great dealings with the sales department. I’ve been back to get my 5k service and the Service department was also great! Then, I went in today to buy some wiper blades and touch-up paint for my car and Clifford at the parts counter was awesome! His positive attitude and knowledge made it a very good experience. Encounters like that have made myself and my family repeat customers with your dealership. I hope Clifford’s supervisor sees this review and thanks him for his efforts in the Parts department.

Horrible phone service & customer service as well. They messed my car up and when I addressed them about the issue they told me I should have been came back up there even though I was promised a call back multiple times that I never received. The associate on the phone acted as if I were lying about the service and I did not appreciate it. He told me I waited 6 months to call but I called the day after my car was serviced & a month later but never received a call back as I was told multiple times! I told him go ahead and make an appointment and I’ll pay out of pocket because money is never an issue. (He acted as if I was trying to make the story up, he also over talked me a lot) My airbag light is on. He told me they never fixed my driver side airbag, I never stated it was my driver side, I just stated my light was on after they fixed it and he continued to insist they didn’t touch my steering wheel! Even though after my service was done my horn no longer worked but worked minutes before the service and my airbag light came on hours after they supposedly fixed it. If my horn didn’t work before the service why was it not put on the paperwork they give you that states what is wrong and what needs to be fixed.?? Exactly. My horn was fine until they “didn’t” touch it. My lawyer is involved and I would have took this situation lightly until they become very agitated and very rude towards me and to think I wanted to purchase a car through them! They say they didn’t fix my driver side airbag but my recall, called for every airbag to be fixed/replaced as my paperwork states! Either way you guys will receive notice from my lawyer regarding this heinous situation!
It is always exciting to get a new vehicle, but truth be told I always dread the process. This time was so much different. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, Malcolm Bailey is the salesman for you! He was professional and efficient (didnt spend my whole morning there), listened to what I wanted, and on topof that we had some laughs! I highly recommend Malcolm!

A gentleman by the name of Timmy was VERY kind in helping me to fix a leak in my Mercedes Benz, where I had to keep filling it up with air. The tire had been checked several times and I was told that there was nothing wrong with it. Timmy took the time to have the tire looked at again and they find that my rim had a crack in it... He spoke to his managers and was able to purchase a new rim, with no charge to me being that I had just bought the car from you guys.... He gave me a loaner car for one day, he called me to bring it in and its been GREAT ever since.... Timmy is FANTASTIC and you are lucky to have him on your team in your establishment..... The first two employees that I encountered in the service bay took my name and told me that it would be two hours before anyone could even look at my car even though I had an appointment scheduled...and they told me that with no further explanation and then walked away leaving me standing there confused. Upon entering the building and the actual check in/service advisor area inside the building, I was advised that was NOT the case and that it wouldnt be too terribly long. In fact, my car was whisked away immediately and the work begun. My car was ready 1.5 hours later, which was very quick I thought. So customer service was excellent once I got inside to the advisors area, but not so much at the first point of contact in the bay.

Really enjoyed my visit to Steve Landers Toyota. We were looking to buy a new Toyota Highlander. When we got there they had a great selection to choose from. We meet our salesman Brad Goshien who was very friendly. He took us outside to look at the selection of cars that were available . He was very knowledgeable on the automobiles we were looking at and answered all of our questions. After we picked out the automobile we liked we went back inside and negotiated the price that we were very comfortable with. We wanted to change the tires out that were on the SUV. Since they had to be ordered we would have to wait a few days before the tires arrived. Brad called me a few days later and said they had arrived, he promised everything would be ready the next day and we wouldnt have to wait. When we got there the SUV was cleaned and ready and all we had to do was sign a few papers. It took about 30 minutes and we were ready to go. I just wanted to say how professional Brad was and how well he took care of us. I would highly recommend Landers Toyota and I would definitely recommend Brad if you are interested in purchasing a car, he will treat you right.
We have known Sandy for many years and watched her career grow...this last incident was on a 2000 mile road-trip...thanks to internet and Sandy we were able to photo tires, order correct tires, and have them on the truck within 2-3 days of our return home..much rather deal with trusted home-folks ..... 2.5 hours for a prescheduled oil change. Not acceptable, will not be back. All they would have to do is call me and explain that they overbooked the time slot and I can wait, or reschedule. They simply didnt care enough about me as a customer to do that simple service.

If I could, I would give them zero stars. I asked for an OUT THE DOOR PRICE on a new car. taxes, title and lic. complete. When I received price I was fine with, I then got a text from some gal named Brianna a day or two later saying taxes were NOT included.. After adding up all the numbers, the cost of the auto was way over the OUT OF DOOR price they quoted. It seams to me that they do not know what OUT THE DOOR means or Landers is just trying to pull the typical dealership fast one. How can I trust any business that does not stand behind their own quotes. She said that typically include taxes saying people just pay all taxes up front. Maybe Landers Toyota should also start a dog and pony show. Use caution when dealing with these folks.
Words cannot express how grateful I am for the entire car buying experience I had with Steve Landers Toyota. I was able to get a fantastic deal (and trade-in value for my previous car) for a brand new 2020 4Runner. I went into this thinking I would buy a previously owned 2018-19 SUV and they offered me an experience and price for a brand new one that I couldnt refuse. After a few quick phone calls, they worked some magic to get the exact color and features I wanted from Oklahoma and were able to deliver my 4Runner within days. I like the way Landers Toyota keeps all the maintenance records on my aging Forerunner available for my Service Advisor to review when I come in for oil changes. That way I can always stay updated on Toyota recommended maintenance and avoid costly breakdowns. Thats the main reason I am still driving a 200,000+ mile vehicle daily. Go Team Toyota !!!

The absolute worst experience Ive ever had purchasing a vehicle. Purchased the vehicle over a week ago and still do not have it after being told it would only take 72 hours at the most. I was warned by multiple people not to buy from here. I wish I wouldve listened. Will NEVER purchase from this dealership again.Edit: It was not resolved or detailed twice, despite what the comment says.Edit: The manager basically called and threatened us to take this review down. When we said we would not take it down and that people should be aware of how terrible our experience was he did not fill up our tank for the second time as he has posted in his reply to this. Ive never ever had an experience like this over a vehicle.

I’m not sure if I can put into words the level of impeccable service I experienced from the moment I stepped foot onto Steve Landers Toyota on Colonel Glen. On Memorial Day I decided it was time to buy a NEW “big girl” vehicle….I was making good money and my credit was “fair”. I arrived a bit later in the day and I was greeted with a cold bottle of water from a nice young man. I decided to go back out on the lot and find the Toyota Highlander that I had been dreaming of buying…and there it was! A beautiful white blizzard pearl 2021 Toyota Highlander! A nice man met me on the lot…he was a manager named Aaron. He had a kind and genuine approach and was quick to assist me until one of his top salesman was available. I told him a bit about me and what I needed and why and said that I had in the past some terrible experiences with other car dealerships. We were then joined by Benny! He had “the keys” and off we took, it drove just like I imagined. Benny and I connected instantly and he was just what I needed in a knowledgeable car salesperson. After an hour, Benny had bad news, I had been denied because of my credit:( I left disappointed but was grateful nonetheless for the customer service they all provided. THE NEXT MORNING…I received a text from Aaron at Landers. He asked me how I was and I said disappointed - he gracefully gathered a bit more info about my income and a few questions and said he believed he could help me. I didn’t get my hopes up but agreed to get him some other info. He spent from 9am to 3 or 4 pm texting with me and working with “whomever” ON MY BEHALF…as if I was the most important person in the world. He called and told me to come in but wanted to know if I would be okay with the same exact vehicle yet it was $7-8K less and had 3,000 miles…I said…HEAVENS YES! I Went back to Landers and was greeted by Benny who had a huge smile and said “Congratulations…you deserve it!” I was just denied the day before and with 24 hours I had an excellent interest rate and a beautiful vehicle and the kind of service that is missed by so many in today’s world. Well not at Landers…they get it! They care…they connect and they work for you. They not only made a sale that day they made a friend and a loyal customer for life! I won’t go anywhere else and I wont hesitate to spread the word and write long reviews to let the people know where they need to buy there vehicles! I give this team of Chris Chases’ 10 STARS! It was good overall. Only thing was that my oil change, even with an appointment made, took almost 2 hours. Thats a little too long.

My wife has always loved her Camrys. Somehow, I totaled her Camry. Afterwards, I ended up with a new Tundra and she ended up with a new Kia.We got a great deal on the Kia, but, she hated it from day one!!Long story short and to get me out of the dog house, I went and seen Keith Jones at Steve Landers Toyota.I explained my situation and how desperate I was to “Get Out of the Dog House”, I asked about the new Avalon’s, specifically the Hybrid Avalon and if they had any.Fortunately for me, they had one!The buying, paperwork and Financing was easy and smooth as it was when I purchased my Tundra from here. This is the 2nd or 3rd vehicle I have purchased from KP. I would 12/10 recommend him to anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle. He is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you as the customer are very satisfied with your purchase.
Slow service and had me waiting long periods of time at the dealer.They were not very accommodating and kept being pushy with my purchase.My car was promised to be detailed after my purchase but it came back to me still with dirt and dust in the interior.Also leaving the dealer I was given the wrong temporary license paper. I wouldve appreciated it if the smaller details were handled with better care especially after I had put a lot in a big purchase.Overall not the best experience Ive had compared to the dealerships I had visited before this one.
Mr. Mark is your guy. He wont lie to you. Former military. Hes honest and have that hospitality. Hes the pro at Steve Landers.

Chris Pitcher was amazing! From beginning to end, he started by calling from my internet request, got me a deal way better than I thought I could get, got me approved before coming in, surprised me with tinted windows on my beautiful, comfortable new ride! We arrive at the dealership to pick up and test drive and done paper work all less than ONE hour!! Yes Im serious less than an hour at the dealership I test drove my car and was on my way home! 2012 Prius broke down while traveling. Service department told us they couldnt duplicate the problem and that it must have been bad gas, then charged over $1000 for the fix (flushing the fuel system, etc.). Check engine light came on 20 minutes after we picked up the car. Drove it 300 miles home with the light on and a rough engine rather than go back to Steve Landers. Our mechanic at home correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem after reading a TOYOTA TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN. I guess the service team at Steve Landers Little Rock doesnt read those.The only bright spot in my experience with Steve Landers Little Rock was Buddy the shuttle car driver. He drove me all over town while I tried to find a rental car and salvage my family vacation. That was above and beyond, sir, and I am grateful.
The purchasing process was great but absolutely horrible experience after purchase. Our sales person was outstanding but the first cold day after purchase, the heat clearly was not functioning properly. After driving 20+ miles to take the car in for servicing the heat was barely blowing lukewarm. The service tech is saying it is functioning according to specs and that there is nothing wrong with it, yet the person in service who checked it in and the sales person both noted that it was barely warm. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Do yourself a huge favor and BUY ELSEWHERE!My reply: Thats great but Im getting the car fixed elsewhere at my expense. The heat works about every 3rd or 4th time we turn the vehicle on but yet your service personal condescendingly and rudely told me that the heat was functioning fine. Taking it to my regular mechanic who is extremely competent and actually knows how to fix a vehicle. Thanks.
We had a hitch installed at a Toyota dealer in Washington. 2 days we left to move literally across the country. Half way in, we discovered our windshield wipers didn’t work. We took our vehicle in, not expecting to be helped right away. Tim helped us and got our vehicle in right away when he didn’t have to. I have nothing but good things to say about the service department.
