Had an issue with my car over the weekend- They allowed us to come in for a courtesy vehicle even though the service department was closed. They got me back into my own car by early afternoon Monday and had it washed and cleaned for me. Great communication along the way! Really appreciate the fabulous customer service and nice people!

Parker Lexus spoils us ROTTEN! They are always kind and helpful. They even brought my car to my work after the service was completed because I couldn’t leave work to go get it. From the beautiful courtesy car to the wash and vacuum of my own car, their attention to detail is unmatched! I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else! They also used to have fresh baked cookies anytime we got a service done and we are looking forward to those coming back!

Thanks to Parker Lexus (Johnathan) for a terrific experience! I went in for my 5,000 mile service on my RX 350 and I received great service!! Everyone was friendly and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. Clean calm atmosphere. Johnathan was very attentive to my needs and kept me informed during my wait time-which wasn’t long .🙌🏼 I loved receiving (and Jonathan explaining) the paperwork which detailed my car check up and results. This is my 2nd Lexus and PARKER LEXUS is STILL second to none!!!! And…they gave “Lexsie” a free wash!!!🙌🏼

5 stars but Id give 10 if I could.Shane was awesome! I had a trip to Nashville and my maintenance light came on 5 days before I was supposed to leave. He worked me in and took excellent care of me and everything I needed. I was able to go on my trip with great peace of mind knowing my vehicle is in top working order. I love my car and appreciate the excellent service from the service department! Shane is the best and hes a tremendous asset being on the front line for you.

As a devoted car nut who with some mechanical skill I always performed nearly all of my own servicing, and enjoyed it. I began using Parker after I bought a Lexus and servicing was included. Having now experienced two years of tbeir customer handling and professional competence, it is no longer worth it to me to do my own servicing. I have felt valued as a customer and all of the work they have done has been of high quality. Additionally, I feel assured that they would catch something that I might miss. I am sold.

Parker Lexus always provides 5+ star service and experience. Both my wife and I gave had several different cars and SUVs serviced by Parker over several years. We have never had a single problem in any experience. Both buying and servicing. Justin and Robin have taken care of us in outstanding fashion when servicing is due or required. You can compare their prices with other shops around town. You will find them no more expensive and at times less expensive. And they are on top of recalls and other bulletins from Lexus. My wife and I are very satisfied and never consider going elsewhere. Thanks everyone at Parker Lexus.

Unfortunately, after having worked a deal and getting a quote from the sales manager, upon arrival, we were deceived and told something completely different after being lied to in order to get us to fall in love with a Lexus RX 350. We were told our payments would be something and after arriving, driving an hour out of our way, driving the vehicle, we sat down with Lacy, who was very nice and tried to be accommodating, the sales manager lied to her and then to us about what the price of our trade in and payments would be. I feel this is very unethical and deceiving and I would not recommend anyone start the process of buying from Parker Lexus in Little Rock. This was a very unprofessional experience and we will not be back. Nothing was done and zero effort was made to correct the lies and deceit. I always appreciate honesty and professionalism and this is not a place that will be honest up front with you. Do not buy from here!

I cannot say enough about this dealership. We bought our first Lexus with them in 2018. Tony helped us into a 2016 RX SUV which we were highly satisfied with! I had a car accident which totaled it a year later, and I went back and got a 2017 RX SUV which I love! The service has always been outstanding. Each time we get our car maintenanced it comes back washed and vacuumed! Before Covid struck, we even got delicious cookies on our dashboard. Also, we get the option to get a rental car while we wait rather than wait at the dealership. I will NEVER go to another dealership for a car again. This doesn’t even count the luxury and comfort that comes with driving my Lexus.

Fantastic customer service! I had a bit of a long wait in the service department due to circumstances beyond anyones control, so they checked on me continuously to be sure I was okay.No strong pressure tactics for extra repair or service, either; just good information so I could make some choices.I usually do my own service and minor repairs, but Ill be bringing my Lexus back for ALL of its work. (And Ill schedule a courtesy car during the bigger jobs.)I see why they were voted #1 in customer service. Needed to purchase a new vehicle back in spring, contacted Parker and got a great salesperson, Deborah Coop. Unfortunately this was when the chip shortage was affecting stock and we did not buy from Parker as there was a narrow range of what we were looking for.I did make a purchase of a Lexus and called to inquire about purchasing the Lexus extended warranty because it’s generally considered to be the best deal in the business. It’s a hedge as with all warranties but I decided I did want it. This can be done anytime up to 4 years/50k from my understanding. I called once and was told someone would get back with me, never heard anything so I inquired again later and was told “I probably need to come up there and talk to someone.” What seems pretty straightforward ends up being a waste of time. I could understand if I was already quoted and ready to purchase but I hadn’t gotten that far.Next up, floor mats. Called parts to order all weather mats just to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Ended that call because I wasn’t sure it was what I wanted, called one of the prominent dealers on the internet, they answered my questions and I purchased from them and had them within a few days.Took car in for oil change and asked for a tire/brake quote since I knew when I purchased it I would need to have those replaced soon. Was told I needed an alignment which I declined at the time since I was buying new tires and having a brake service done. Got quoted for the tires, not the brakes. They advertise selling tires for the cheapest price (10 dollars a tire over cost). They were $150 dollars higher than the tire shop.While having the tires mounted, my tire guy dropped one of the lug nut locks and told me to get a replacement and he would reimburse me. Took that lug nut lock to parts and they ordered the wrong one.Finally comes the saga of the alignment. I took my car to Parker because the rear toe adjustment bolt was rusted. Was told it wouldn’t be covered under warranty and the control arm needs to be replaced (which I’m having done elsewhere) but still haven’t received a satisfactory explanation on how a galvanized part can rust so easily, but that is a moot point now. During this service, I told advisor I was leaving the next day and was told I would hear from them that afternoon. I didn’t. Informed that I was coming to pick up the car up the next Monday as they had pulled it into the parking lot the Friday before and would be there shortly. I was thinking that I could be in and out relatively quickly. None of the paperwork was done and I had to wait an hour. I was charged for their time which is perfectly acceptable but would’ve preferred had they informed me of this since I brought it there knowing the only way to fix it was to have the control arm replaced.In short, I have zero confidence in Parker and they only seem to be good at wasting people’s time.

I called up to the dealership about a vehicle and the first time I didn’t get a answer after calling several times. So the next day, I ended up calling back up there again and they transferred me to a black guy and I didn’t catch his name, but he wasn’t too pleasant at all! His attitude over the phone made me feel like why was why I bothering him? He didn’t offer me to come up there to look or test drive the vehicle. Little did he know, I was offered a huge settlement and I was going to pay cash for the car. With that being said, I took my coins to a better dealership where, I know my service would be appreciated. As for Parker Lexus y’all need to fix your phone lines and talk to your guys about their POOR customer service skills.

It has been a complete disappointment trying to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, where I as a customer would have to call contentiously trying to get a hold of someone to assist. All of a sudden my sales representative Jamie no longer works for this dealership i tried to calling Brian few times and left voice messages but have not heard from him yet. This has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a car dealership. I’m X military so I’ve been to dealerships all over the world. The entire experience was first class as best as they come. I had my car there for two days and all the parts were replaced I was given updates throughout via text and video from the service shop directly. I had quite a bit of work done to include the replacement of my dash. Again I can’t express enough how impressed I was with the customer service and just the overall experience. My sons first car...scary and exciting time. He wanted to find it, research it... He found the one, at Parker Lexus. He was so excited. It truly was hand picked for him. Josh Lynn was our salesman and treated us with the utmost courtesy, respect, patience... He treated us as if we were buying the most expensive one on the lot, when in truth we may have purchased the least. He even went above and beyond to fix a cosmetic flaw which made the car look almost brand new. Parker has always had a stellar reputation and as I saw first hand, deserved. I called over a month ago about a recall on my Lexus LS460 L AWD. I was told it would be a week or so when I would hear back when the part arrived, so I can send a driver with my car to complete the recall as I live an hour away. I never received a phone call, email, or text for any kind of update thus far. BUT I did receive a MAILER today from your service department with my name spelled incorrectly. So not only was my information was taken by your service advisor wrong, I was added to a mailing list, & never updated about my initial concern. I would expect better customer treatment from a luxury brand. Ive been told by several people they will put your car to the back of the line if you didnt buy the vehicle from them. Thats terrible customer service especially for someone who drives a car that costs almost $100k brand new. Take care of the people who drive your luxury product! A phone call goes a long way. I dont like to leave bad reviews but the mailer is what did it for me with my name spelled wrong, thats adding insult to injury. Take me off the list! Treat people better.

I went there yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation and was there at approx 1:45/2:00 pm! First thing I experienced was the lady I made my appointment with told me that they had a special on oil changes for $64.99 which the advisor had no idea about! 2nd thing was I was sitting in that waiting room with a few others and every single advisor that came in there told us that our battery was bad and needed to be replaced (which is a lie)! 3rd thing was everyone that came in after me left before I did for some reason! I was there until after 5 pm... 4th thing was I received my bill and the oil change was $20 more than I was quoted and my advisor advised me that he didn’t know how to read the receipt! 4th I was never apologized to for the ridiculous long wait! That may be my last trip to Parker Lexus even though I’ve been coming there since 2011!

I am truly disappointed. I called on Monday to schedule an oil change and was told I could drop my car off on Thursday morning. When I arrived I was informed that my car will be there overnight because they were behind. All I needed was an oil change and I couldn’t understand why no one chose to call me and inform me of this. I plan to NEVER step foot at this place again due to their lack of unprofessional service as well as no regard to my time! I’ve heard of issues and just didn’t want to believe it, but that’s okay, I won’t ever bother them again!

The only Lexus dealer I’ve been to that doesn’t offer loaner cars when you schedule for service/repair. Called and was told I can’t get a loaner car for an oil change + belt issue/battery checked as they couldn’t give me a time estimate either.Otherwise, the technicians know what they’re doing and don’t leave bolts loose like other dealerships in the area. Prices are fair. Would go back if they can match the service of other Lexus dealers.

I could not say enough nice things about Parker and their staff. I bought my car from Lem and he has completely changed my opinion about the car buying process. Living in NWA without a Lexus dealer here, I talked to sales managers in Tulsa and Springfield prior to calling Parker, and I found myself repeating my car criteria over and over. Lem took care in remembering what I wanted and found the exact car I was looking for, worked with me to get my down payment to the dealership and got my car to Northwest Arkansas. Hes easily the nicest sales rep Ive ever done business with and it made the experience fun and stress-free the whole way through. Ive purchased several cars from Parker Lexus and had great experiences each time. The last time I purchased a car, I was incredibly fortunate to have Gentry Sakata as my sales person. We bought our first RX 350 from Parker Lexus in 2007 after looking and researching for several months. One of our friends recommended that we ask for Rick Wright when we were ready to make a purchase, and we were so glad we did. Rick answered all our concerns and went out of the way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We enjoyed that car very much and knew that we would always drive a Lexus. It has been a pleasure doing business with him. My first Lexus was a 1990 sedan that was probably the best car ever made. We purchased our first Lexus from Parker Lexus in 1997 and have gone back to repurchase new vehicles 4 additional times since because of the product itself, exceptional dealing with the Master Pro, Rick Wright and no worry service after the sale from Robin Berry. They are above the very best, trustworthy people in our opinion. We trust them both and have recommended several friends/acquaintances to them when asked about our experience with Parker. Rick found a Certified Lexus for daughter and kept a heads up for a clean, well taken care of used vehicle for our Grandson as he approached 16 years old. Our comfort zone with Parker, Rick and Robin cannot be measured.

Ive bought a LOT of cars in the last few years. Its a weakness I have. I love new cars. Between vehicles for myself and my wife, Ive purchased 7 new cars in the last 4 years. Ive worked with dealers with Nissan, Infinity, Jeep, Honda, Mini and Chevrolet.Most recently, I decided I wanted to give Lexus a whirl because I really liked the look of the new RC. I decided to stop into Parker Lexus for the first time and see what they had. Fortunately for me, I was paired up with Jamie Pinckard. Jamie made the car buying experience one of the best Ive ever had.I never felt pressured to make a purchase (it took multiple visits before my purchase). I was always treated with respect and kindness. Jamie knew the cars inside and out. When I had a question or a concern about something, Jamie was quick to address it and take care of business both before and after my purchase.Its rare that Im willing to go back and purchase multiple cars from the same person/place. When I wanted to buy a 2011 LEXUS, husbandand I checked in Shreveport, La, Baton Rouge, Laand Jackson, Ms. My husband called Parker Lexusand ask for a salesman. We were lucky that hewas connected to Rick Wright. They more orless made the deal over the phone. Parker Lexusgave us the best deal over the other threedealerships. We live in Louisiana and it is a threehour drive to Parker Lexus, but it was all worthit. When we got to the dealership my car wasstill on the transport truck, so it had to be serviced.Everyone at Parker Lexus IS very friendly andhelpful.
