This is the second time I’ve had to put my Jaguar in this shop as it is the only Jaguar dealership in Little Rock, AR and I must say this is the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Kelly is suppose to be my advisor but as I have been the one to reach out to her FIRST each time she has only responded a couple times and now she won’t answer my text or phone calls. I just want to know what’s going on with my vehicle it’s been 2 weeks and counting since I have been without it. I need some sort of ETA on when it will be done.

I contacted the dealership regarding a recall notice. The lady (sorry, I forgot her name) was extremely courteous in scheduling my appointment. When I arrived, Don met me at the service department with paperwork in hand and a huge smile (at 7:30 in the morning! Who does that). I was pleased with my service experience.

Owens Murphy is a great place to buy a vehicle...especially during this time of social distancing. We not only received a great deal on a great car; we did it only spending 20 minutes at the dealership. David Arnold (our sales associate) worked with me over the phone, email, and text. We got the best deal very quickly then worked through all of the paperwork remotely. I would recommend Owens Murphy. Given their personalized relationship with customers, I believe that they will stand by us should we have any issues in the future.

Our experience was wonderful. David took care of us from the very first call to the dealership, through the purchasing and delivery process, and even beyond to be sure that we had absolutely everything we wanted in a vehicle. Because of COVID we were not able to go to see the vehicle in person, but David provided personalized videos to show us every aspect of the car and answer all of our questions. He even took it for a test drive for us and walked us through the experience. He arranged for the vehicle to be delivered to us — 5 1/2 hours away — on the next working day after the purchase. After it was all said and done, David called to say that he was sending us some extra accessories to go along with the car. I was floored at this exceptional customer service! I was looking for a very specific vehicle for my photography business and am so glad that we ended up finding the vehicle at Jaguar Little Rock! The car is perfect and I love it! Thanks to David and everyone who helped with this purchase!

I found my new Jaguar Online. called about the car and talked with a salesman named Michael. I decided to drive to Little Rock and so glad I did. Not only did I get a good value on my trade I feel I got a good deal on the new car. Michael really made things smooth. Non of that long wait for 3-5 hours you get from other dealerships. He set up all the features about the car showed me everything on how it works. Even called a few days later just to check on me, and see if I had any questions about the car after a few days of driving, that was helpful. I had the best experience at this location and plan to buy again just because of the excellent service that I received! I hope Michael will still be there in a couple years.

I took my Jaguar F-Type to Jaguar of Little Rock for service for the first time in 2020. My AC wasn’t working and had been serviced 16 other times by the dealership in Palm Beach, Florida. I expressed my concerns to my service advisor, Kelli Frizzell. She was a true advocate for me and my concerns. She pressed and ensured my AC service issue was taken care of properly. After having so many issues and no one fixing it, I was so glad that Kelli was on my side and assisted me to ensure everything was done right. You don’t find that level of service and care anymore, but I will always put my trust in Kelli Frizzell as it pertains to any needs with my vehicle. Because of Kelli, I had a 5-star experience.

My appointment was at 9:30 to fix the blind spot sensor and my back up camera. They finished at 11:45, saying it was fixed. I left and made it 10 miles down the road before the error light came back on. I turned around and went back, and they said it would be at least 30 minutes if not longer for them to look at the issue. I said I couldn’t wait longer than 30 min. They said they would do their best. After about 20 or 30 minutes they came back and said actually the part had been ordered and they will call me whenever I can come back to get it put in. When I got home and looked at the paperwork it did indeed say the part was going to be ordered so I’m not sure why I was told different verbally, avoiding the confusion. I don’t understand what took 3 hours to do if they only ordered a part for me & fixed nothing. I live an hour away, so this is an inconvenience. Perhaps they should ask what the issue is when scheduling an appointment so parts can be available/ready before the person arrives.

Getting in touch with someone in service is impossible. I’ve had my jaguar for over a year and never could get in touch or get a call back to get it serviced. I’ve been getting my car serviced with BMW ever since and love there service and employees.

Everything was great up until the Finance manager decided to to be rude because I would not finance through the dealerships bank and then he held up the process by not wanting to compromise with my bank on getting paperwork done in order to purchase the vehicle before end of business day. The evening before when I spoke to the salesman and confirmed I was purchasing the vehicle I was informed the FM would be in touch with me first thing the next morning but didn’t hear from him till 3:30pm in the afternoon which kept me coming to get the vehicle and not giving my bank enough time to jump through the difficult hoops he was making us go through. Then he thought he should inform me that they would not hold the vehicle I was trying to purchase bc it was first come first serve! It was totally unnecessary for him to say that. 2nd issue was since the first day I was unable to work out in my schedule to drive 2hrs to get the vehicle I decided to use the free delivery service the salesman offered. I was informed the multiple times the vehicle would be delivered by tow truck! The salesman even called when they were leaving saying “your car is loaded up and they are headed your way” my vehicle was driven to me to be delivered! I never would have agreed to that if I was informed that was the way it would be delivered! I never would have let someone drive a car that I hadn’t even to got to physically look at or physically drive myself yet to be delivered to me! Maybe things would have been different if I was buying the brand of vehicles the dealership represents..

When I initially contacted Jaguar, I spoke with Kelly. It was a Friday. I informed her that my brakes on my Jaguar XF just went out and I have bad shaking on my wheel and brakes while driving. She told me to bring my car that day. I did. She called me that Monday, explained that my vacuum pump on my brakes has went out and my oil need change. I told her ok, assuming that’s all that’s wrong with my brakes. She told me it would cost me 1284.xx to repair. That’s pretty expensive for some brakes to get repaired. I came out of pocket for a rental bc they didn’t have a loaner. So I allowed them to repair it. She said it’ll be done in a few hours. Me, thinking that’s pretty quick. When I went to pick my car up the next day, mind you I already paid them over the phone with my debit card, I went to pick my car up on my lunch break(so I was pressed for time) she met me out side and my receipt was in my car she said. I wasn’t down the street good and my wheel shaking horribly and when I hit my brake, it’s shaking. I called her as I was on the way back to work, and she was busy as they say, and said the manager Matt was on lunch. I got a call close to closing time from Matt, Kelly never called me back, he went on to explain what all they did on my car. I explained how dissatisfied I am about me paying almost $1300 for my brakes and yes I can stop now but my wheel still shakes bad. He said basically in a nut shell that you paid for the pump and labor and that’s it. As if there nothing they did wrong. I could have went to a shade tree mechanic and probably got all I needed and some for what I paid them. I’m very unhappy and for them to not make this right, I will not be back. I feel this is like this because they no competition and they’re the only Jaguar Dealership in Little Rock. I live in Houston Texas and I never had service like this where they act like they don’t care.

Scheduled a recall maintenance 7-10 days out, half the recall was completed day of service, and was advised I’d have to come back again later because one of the parts wasn’t in and would take 3 days to get there. Seems the advance notice would have been ample time to order needed parts. Was told they weren’t sure if mine would need one or both parts, but seems the VIN on file should have told them that before I brought it in? People were kind and helpful, but now I have another hour drive there and back and who knows how long at the shop on another day off. Hoping for better organization next visit.

I have to say they are good people there. I took my car in for some repair. They accidentally cracked my windshield during the test drive. They replaced it no charge. But my rain sensing wipers wouldnt work anymore. They replaced the sensor three times but still had issues. So the replaced the windshield again and sensor. Still had an issue with the sensor so they cleaned it. But unfortunately it still does not work. I gave 3 stars instead of 5 because of the sensor. But they gave me no hassle. Super nice. Didnt try to screw me over in any way. Good peoples

Worst car buying experience that I have ever had. We purchased a used vehicle from them on a Thursday and was told it would be ready by Monday. We finally got the car about two weeks later and there are still things they said they would fix that were never fixed. We tried to contact them throughout the two weeks and could never get a concrete answer as to where our car was and what was taking so long. Terrible communication, terrible customer service, terrible everything. Don’t buy a car here.

The repairs so far appear to have been done well, however; the issue is I scheduled my vehicle repair on a day when they would provide a loaner; so I took my car in Thursday morning and got the loaner. At the end of Thursday I had no info about the repair. All day Friday and I received no information about the repair. All day Monday no info. I called at the end of the day Monday and my advisor wasn’t available. I left a message and did not get a return call so I asked for someone else and was told that parts had been ordered. All day Tuesday no further info. Then Wednesday morning I get a call from the original advisor saying the parts have been installed but I need additional service. I authorize the service and the next day I get a call stating my vehicle is ready. I would have greatly appreciated a daily update about the progress of the repair. I’m assuming since I had a loaner vehicle, it wasn’t important to contact me daily.

Had a great experience buying my Jaguar XF from this place. I have bought dozens of new cars in my life at many dealerships. So I have some idea of how a dealership should be run. I was very impressed with this place. The sales manager (Matt) actually took me on my test drive. Which was a plus. I met the service manager and they spent time with me making sure I understood the electronics in my car before I drove away.They even had good coffee and Macadamia Cookies while I waited.I would highly recommend this dealership!

Need more diversity!! African Americans are treated unfairly when it comes to service due to race, I have a service warranty on my vehicle I asked the advisor to check my brakes and examine my vehicle for any issues that need to be addressed he stated that if there any repairs that needed to be done it will be taken care of my vehicle sat for 4-days andwithout being diagnosed about any issues plus I had to catch rides because I was not offered a vehicle to drive for my inconvience, please.go.somewhere else if you are a person of color

I purchase the car from Owens Murphy. I was highly dissatisfied with the service department customer service.Taylor was dishonest about the service that was done to my sons car. My son Imani and my husband Lawrence left Imanis car at the dealership on 3/5/19 for a diagnostic that my husband was later told was not performed, about 2 hours later she called for them to come get the car and my husband ask how did the diagnostic go and she told them that everything looked fine to her expect that the water pumped needed to be fixed which is why we took the car to them in the first. Prior to leaving the car she asked to see the paperwork from Parker Lexus for the diagnostic. Son and my husband on 3/6/19 went to drop his car off as soon as they opened 7:30. Taylor told them its a 5 hour job she could not tell us if it would take longer then 5 hours. After 5 hours without a call my husband and son went back up to the dealership to see if it was done or not and Taylor told them because its not a German car the job is going to take longer because the technicians are not trained to service non German cars.They keep the car over night until 3/7/19 around noon. We were never offered a courtesy vehicle.That night my son checked the coolant level of his car and it was none in there. My husband called the next day to tell them it was no coolant in the car they sent Frank out to put coolant in the car which he over filled .

While vacatiioning, i was driving from Hot Springs, AR to Branson, MO and a warning light came on in my Jaguar XJL. Owens Murphy Jaguar in Little Rock, AR was the nearest dealership. I had my car towed to Owen Murphy. What a wonderful experience. GOD gave me lemons and then used them to make lemonade. I am compelled to share this experience with the world.
