I had the best experience with everyone who worked with me! They helped me get this amazing vehicle and they did the best they could to help me get it at a reasonable price. I know that’s a very hard thing to do it these days with the price of a car being so high, but they did their best and were incredibly helpful and friendly about it! I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a vehicle, a brand new vehicle!
We worked with Whitley Williams and was very impressed. I definitely recommend using her at Crain Mazda
Just purchased a 2017 Mercedes GLA 4Matic from Australia! Him and the Crain family were so very helpful and absolutely patient. They made sure we we were taken care of and gave us an awesome deal. 5 star service! Shout out to Veronica as well, she is such a sweet spirit :-) We live in Chicago and had our car in our possession within about 24 hours. Cant beat that! I will definitely be back when we are ready to make our next purchase.
They are doing classic bait and switch and dealers wonder why people hate going there. I am an experienced car buyer and understand the market pressure right now, but what Crain is doing is not acceptable.I found what i wanted on their website. Price list with 2487 dealer discount + 750 factory discount = 3237 off for total of 41893So when i contact them I get a price of 49,77645130 MSRP1397 polysteel protection lol459 splash guards - $99 direct from Mazda295 wheel locks - $65 direct from Mazda2495 Market Adjust=49776 LOLSo advertise for 7883 less than you are actually asking....very honest. No chance of ever doing business with them
Kevin was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. We came in asking questions and he answered all them. Couple test drives later we found the car my wife wanted. Would highly recommend seeing Kevin and the whole Crain Mazda team!
Luis was very knowledgeable, very helpful, very polite and accommodating through the process keeping things moving . I Feel Eric and Luis worked a great deal with judy and meet her request.adam was a pleasure in finance covering all options. Overall experience was great. Would recommend this team to anyone
First time buying a car off of a lot was really scared at first but Kevin reached out to us and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. It wasn’t just a transaction he took his time and walked us through everything helped put us at ease and answered every question he got us in a nice car and I couldn’t be more happier. Special thanks to Kevin
I had the best experience buying my first brand new car here through Kev! He made the process simple and fun. I couldn’t recommend Kev enough! If you’re looking to buy, Kev & Lance are the absolute dream team. Thank you guys!
I had an amazing experience with Kevin R.! He knew I was apprehensive about buying a car and answered every question, provided information, let me think and had my best interest at heart. Kevin is THE ONLY car salesman that has ever put me at ease when buying a car. Go see him!
Luis Martinez was great. He went over all features of my new Mazda vehicle with me and showed me how to connect my phone to use them. I highly recommend him for your Mazda purchase.
Just purchased a car with Kevin and the service we received completely met our expectations. He was knowledgeable, professional and personable and took great care of us during the entire process as well as afterwards. We look forward to working with him in the future.
I had such a good experience buying a new car at Crain Mazda! Heather, Adam, and others were so easy to work with. As a woman, the car buying process can be intimidating, so I did my research and knew what I wanted. Everyone at Crain treated me with respect and dignity. They did not use any high pressure tactics, and I left with a beautiful 2021 Mazda CX-9!
Service was amazing!! Kevin Robinson found the perfect car for me A black 2017 Camaro!! I came in and test drove the car, signed and pick the car up the next day it was that easy! Super happy with my car! Thank you Kevin Robinson!!
Staff was friendly and helpful, especially the guys I worked with, Louis and Adam. Quick easy transaction and they gave very fair pricing for our trade-in. Top-notch experience start to finish.
Eddie, Eric, and Adam were all amazing in helping me with the purchase of our 2013 Ford Fusion. The staff were all super nice!
Sales guy was really nice and we liked him but this place is charging over a $2500 market adjustment fee which pushes the price over MSRP and over what they advertise on their website. Went to McLarty (who wasnt doing that) and bought a car instead. Now I am looking for a truck and purposely avoiding Crain places.Edit:You did adjust the price but were still over the advertised price even on your own website. Times are tough but not all places are doing this. Thank you.
If you ever need a car go to Eddie. He helped us through the long process of buying a vehicle. Super nice and always had an answer for our questions.
Bought my Mazda cx-30 last week and I love it. Kevin Robinson was an awesome sales consultant! He answered all my questions and dealt quite admirably with me trying to decide btwn AWD and not AWD :DHe thoroughly described how to use and adjust the various gadgets in my beautiful new car!
Luis and lance are great salesman they got me in a nice mazda cx5
UPDATE: After speaking with Mr Austin from corporate he was very helpful! He was more than reasonable and we came to a quick and easy agreement. After putting this issue behind us, I will be willing to do business with Crain dealerships again in the future.Worst dealership I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I am in the United States Air Force and I traded a vehicle for a new used one on their lot. After some damage was done to the trade vehicle, out of my control, AFTER paperwork/contract was signed they call me and say we need to renegotiate the contract. I tell them I don’t believe I should pay for all of the damage if ANY because the contract was signed and the damage happened after the fact. They then threatened that they were going to report my new vehicle as stolen if I don’t pay for the damages and cooperate. Although I didn’t agree, I paid for the damages and they didn’t pay a penny. Even after I went against what I felt was right, they still call me saying we need to renegotiate even though the damages were paid for. Still threatening me that they have reported my new vehicle as stolen. It’s sad that they would put any customer through this let alone a member of the Armed Forces. I advise not to do business with this dealership, ESPECIALLY my fellow military members. They do not have the customer’s best interest in mind, only their own.
False advertisement went to shop for a car with a friend of mine the price on Crain Mazda was 31k then when we went to buy it they inflated the price to 39k. Don’t even try to go there if you do do your homework and go find out yourself. 1 Star is too much for them
Kevin was very helpful and I’m so pleased with my new car
We have both purchased a vehicle here, and utilized the service department regularly. We drive from a rugged gravel road on our farm, into the city every week, and between deer accidents, punctured tires, and other miscellaneous events, we have needed service with some frequency. We are a repeat Mazda family, and are pleased with the vehicles. More particularly, we are very pleased with the service we receive at Crain Mazda. We are treated well, we are kept informed, and they are highly responsive to us through whatever process we have undertaken with them. They have made our life run more smoothly whenever we have needed them, and we gladly do business with them. I highly recommend them.
We have deal for a vehicle, next day $2000 increased from the original price and said if you like to buy at current (increased) price we will sell otherwise choice is yours take it or leave it. Total wasting of 2 days time. VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED with their strategy of increasing price :(
I have never experienced issues with purchasing a vehicle until now so I guess that Im actually lucky. But Ive been extremely disappointed in Crain Mazda since we purchased our vehicle 1 month ago. Everything seemed fine while we were at the dealership. We knew what we wanted, test drove it, loved it. So of course we then sit down for the financing. They were advertising no payments for 90 days which is one reason we went to them first. We agreed on price and payments, chatted for awhile and then drove away in our new car, thinking its all hunky dory. Two weeks later, the payment books come in the mail, with the first payment due at the end of the month. We of course think its a mistake. My husband texts our salesman who stays that he is off for the day but will check on it tomorrow. OK, thats fine. The next day comes with no word. So my husband contacts him again. He hasnt found out anything but he will. Finally, the next day when he is contacted AGAIN, he states because of the bank we went through, it voided the 90 day no payments offer and that it should have been told to us in the finance office. We tell him that this is the first we have heard of it and.... Crickets. Radio silence. No further explanation, no apologies, no lets talk about it. We are understandably upset but the payments had to be made anyways so we just go on our way. Fast forward to yesterday, when we go to pay our sales tax and get tags. We have everything in hand that we can think of but the lady at the counter asks for the title. She states we cannot get our tags until it is provided. Our salesman is called and he has no clue why we havent received it because it was sent certified. We assure him that no certified mail has been received so he states to just check with our local post office? Excuse me? I am extremely frustrated with Crain Mazdas lack of communication and seemingly lack of knowledge. I will not buy another vehicle from them and will actively discourage anyone from buying from this group. Hopefully, this review saves someone else the grief and headache were going through.
Where to begin, mostly I didnt hold the Sales Rep to the fire because he said he was new, I went in to buy a CX5, wanting a least a GT with Prem. pkg., they had one on the floor but could find the keys so I came back the next day and told them I wanted the car and wanted to drive it. We asked lots of questions and very few he could answer, even asked about Navi, etc. Came back the next day to pay cash and my trade in, car was not cleaned, my Husband had to put on license plate, and another employee had to hook up my phone (blue tooth wasnt working) then he left my sales rep was gone too. I called to ask about navi and was told I didnt have it??? Asked about missing cargo mat and got a run around that I have to bring the car back so they can make sure I dont have it -- WTH??. Got to say very poor experience and next time Sales Rep beware I will not be kind.
Their Service Department is fantastic! My car had a very unusual issue and they went above and beyond any normal expectations to make sure that I was satisfied and the problem was resolved! I was extremely impressed with how hard they worked to make sure I was taken care of. Sherri the Manager is such a great person and goes out of her way to make sure the customer is satisfied. I would highly recommend this great team!
Luis is a good salesman
Ask for Kevin he is good sales man
I was needing a new vehicle and I had heard that Mazda’s were rated number one in safety and being I have my kids with me at all times that was y first concern. I came in and spoke with a salesman who treated me like royalty bringing me refreshments and listening intently to all my concerns and questions. He showed me a 2019 Mazda CX-5 and I instantly knew it was the one for my family. They worked with me on getting my payments where I needed them to be and offered me more for my trade then I thought it was even worth. The manager Terry was so friendly and everyone made me feel like a part of the family. I will be coming back when my kids are ready for their first vehicles. Highly recommend Crain Mazda!
Stop there just to get a A trade-in evaluation on my car. They were very accommodating and my wife and I both left with newer nice quality vehicles paying only $50 more per month than our current payment. They were friendly and willing to help us in anyway! Definitely recommend
The worst experience Ive had buying a vehicle. We was completely lied to. I questioned the fact of how much they wanted to give me for my car, they said I was upside down on my car. Salesman Emmanuel Olie said it was because my car had over 100,000 miles and they could not sell it on their lot they would have to send it to a auction to sell. My payoff was $7589. they gave me $5,500 for my car. They have my car on their lot in Little Rock for $11,250. WOW!!!! Would not send anyone to them to buy a vehicle. Go to Landers!!!! They are more honest.
Continues to be #1 in my book. Absolutely FANTASTIC! 5/24/18....Im giving Crain Mazda an early review. Im sitting here waiting for them to service my car. No complaints today. Im just blessed that Sherry and her team in automotive are a part of my life. Met a new person today who greets you as you walk in. His name is John. I extended my hand to greet him and he represented well. Thumbs up Crain and its automotive department. Still remaining #1 in my book.
Adam, Chelsea and Andre were all great! No high pressure, and very helpful. Love my new CX-5!!
You wont find a friendlier sales staff !! Great place to buy a car . Best car buying experience ever
This store has amazing customer service with a very fun-filled atmosphere. The salesman are never pushy and can always make you feel like you are their number one priority. They always make sure to never leave you with questions and if you have any future ones theyre more than willing to help in every way. The managers are very friendly and quick to help in every way to give you the best deal around! You never feel like JUST a customer spending money. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy!
Avoid this place. Almost criminal type behavior by staff with classic bait and switch ploys. The manager (at the time of this writing, though theyve had 3 within the past year) Felix tried to pull the wool over our eyes only to be discovered before signing on the dotted line. We walked out of there and drove to Mclarty. Got an honest deal there by honest people
I went in for oil change at Crain Hyundai, where the service department was one of the most UN-friendly I had ever experienced and left from next door with a brand new Mazda 3 Touring. Im in love! The deal was the best Ive ever gotten and I have more car than Ive ever had. Ive always been a Nissan girl but aim sold!Eric was honest and friendly and Reggie and Benjamin got me a deal that I still cant believe!100k mile warranty, 700.00 back in my Gap Insurance, free tint, tank of gas, 2 years free oil changes, sales tax paid and rebate!Im all set and a happy nurse!Ask for Eric and tell them Susan sent you!
The single best car buying experience I have ever had, bar NONE. Mark did everything he could to make sure I was happy, understood the vehicle ins and outs, and felt comfortable every step of the way. I will never go anywhere else for a Mazda, and they will definitely be my service center of choice as well.
The Crain Team picked up the pieces of a mess I created when I bought an MX5 from McClarty in NLR. Wish I had stayed with Crain for the purchase, but at least they are providing great service after McClarty dropped the ball.
Horrible service. While on a trip down to Florida my power steering went out on my Mazda. I took it into a dealership in Mississippi and they said it was a recall on the steering column and that it would take a week to get the part in. I couldnt wait that long so I had to take my car into the dealership in Little Rock. They said they would get the parts in Friday and finish working on the car by Friday afternoon. When my bf took the car in Friday morning he was told we werent written down and that no one was there to work on my car. So we had to wait until Monday. When my bf took the car again on Monday he mentioned that he knew two engine mounts were missing as well and wanted to confirm before scheduling a replacement. Whoever was the mechanic was incredibly rude and lazy. He claimed it was only one because one tends to fall off a lot more than the others. We knew that he was just guessing because we had already taken the car to two mechanics in Mississippi. My bf asked him to double check to which the mechanic seemed very annoyed and claimed he was too busy. Less than 5 minutes later he popped back out saying, yep only one. Again, we knew he was lying as another Mazda dealership and a different mechanic confirmed it was two. This was a terrible experience and i wouldnt recommend anyone use this dealership. It should have been an easy fix considering it was a recall.
My son bought a used car we thought it was a great deal, and 3 days after we bought it we had to jump start the car. They refused to replace or help us with the battery. They claim the used vehicles are certified but if that the case the battery would have been replaced. Buyer beware.
Very pleasant car dealers. Worked with us on everything from finding the right car to financing, all without being pushy and forcing you into something you dont want or arent sure of.
Bought my car here and had a good buying experience. The Service Department earned 5 Stars from me. They are exceptional in every way.
Would recommend going elsewhere. Salesman FALSIFIED documents to the finance company. He did this to raise the price on a used car he sold me. The car had problems from day 2. The 100 hr love it or leave it policy Crain supposedly has is FALSE!!! Took it back twice and they are too LAZY to find the problem. Service manager Adam salesman AJ. Do not buy new or used cars here!!!!!!!!
I had to have work done on my Mazda CX-5 July 23. Eric Smith was exceptional with assisting me in getting my vehicle to the dealership and provided the service you dont see these days at a car dealerships Ive dealt with in the past. Do to him going beyond what you had to do to help me I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for service.
I will never buy a car from Crain. We are a small car lot and one of our customers traded in his vehicle still owing 2300.00 to be paid off by Crain and till this day we have not received one dime from them i guess you can say we got screwed by Crain Mazda.Oh and by the way they still have are car in there used department. I rate them a Negative -5
Purchased a couple of vehicles from this dealership. The vehicles were good CX-9, in 07 and a Mazda6 in 15. Feel more confident in the vehicles than the dealership. I guess thats par for the course for most dealerships.
Took my car in for an airbag recall. Scheduled the appointment in advance and the work was done in the time frame promised. Service personnel are pleasant to deal with.
Hunter and Wendy were very helpful when I ran into an issue with my dash replacement that I scheduled with someone else. (This person did not take ownership of the fact that they booked me for a service that there was not enough time for before closing even after it was specifically specified in the notes of my request upon confirming the booking) She was out of the office and when called did absolutely nothing and left poor Hunter (who is new) to fend for himself even though he was super nice and apologetic. The only reason this was an issue was because I was leaving town the very next day which I told the lady twice when we spoke on the phone and she said she didnt recall. How pathetically convenient. Anyway, the review is not about her. The lady in parts (Wendy) overheard my dilema and offered to call a Mazda dealership in the area I was moving to and made sure I would get a rental since they would have to keep it several days since its a bigger city. My faith has been restored due to these outstanding reps and I wont write a bad review from the one bad apple in the bunch because they cared enough to think outside the box and resolve my issue. Maybe monitor the other scheduling lady in service who I will politely leave anonymous. It could have been a simple oversight but to deny the multiple conversations we had making me out to be a liar and it was literally listed in the notes is totally unacceptable and her customer service skills need to be revisited and polished. Anyway, thanks so much Wendy and Hunter! You guys rock!
I recently purchased my second auto from Crain Mazda. Tom Hollingsworth made the process simple and painless. Ive never had an auto buying experience as positive as this one. Tom went above and beyond at every turn to be accommodating and make sure that I drove away in the car I wanted and at the price I needed.
So Ive traded in my 2015 Mazda 3 (which I bought new from Crain)and called the dealership to cancel my extended warranty and gap insurance. Im forced to leave a message and nobody returns my call. This has been going on for 2 weeks now along sending multiple emails in hopes anyone will contact me. I finally get an email saying this is something you have to come into the dealership to do. Well, first thats not an option due to I live in Northern Michigan now and second Ive called other dealerships Ive bought cars from and never had an issue canceling gap and the extended warranty over the phone. The only messages Ive received is pretty much Ill forward this to the finance department. So I guess Im going to have to contact the companies the gap and warranty is through and let them know that you guys refuse to return calls to take care of this situation. Ive bought 2 cars from yall and expected way better service!
Absolutely the best car buying experience I have had in a long time! I never felt pressured and they made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase! I would recommend A J, Undrea or Sean to anyone! Thank you. I love my Mazda
Most of the others here about have it right. These people are pushy and will get aggressive with you in their offices during negotiations. Its none of your damned business is a direct quote from one of the sales managers when discussing pricing for a used car.Sorry to say it, because Mazdas are great cars. Unfortunately, not worth the experience at Crain.
Purchased my new car on the 29th of September. My experience was fantastic... at first. Had the car less than a week and service lights came on. Called and they brushed it off as if it was something to be shut off before it was to have left the lot. However the maintenance Guy was extremely nice and helpful. Also Ive been calling non stop about my paper work and of course no one calls you back. You can leave 100 voicemails. But the likely hood of you getting a call back is slim to none. Wish I would have went else where. Im so disappointed on how uninterested they become once the car is purchased.
Excellent experience regarding the sales manager and Mr Undre also our salesman. BUT. The finance guy who was present on May 27th 2019 was very unprofessional. I wouldn’t do business with Crain due to my experience with him. His name is Brad Buie.
Although I did not purchase a vehicle, the Crain Mazda team was friendly and helpful which made for a wonderful experience. Your time spent with me was much appreciated. If you are shopping for a vehicle, be sure to ask for Tom!
I have been using Crain Mazda for routine maintenance for my 2013 Mazda2 Sport since I bought it. However, this review is solely because of Hunter McDonald. I brought my car in yesterday, because there was something leaking out of the front passenger side near the tire. Mr. McDonald was quick, efficient, and explained everything that they found wrong with my car and answered all of my questions. I arrived 30 min early to my appointment to avoid traffic, and he was still able to accommodate me even before the scheduled time. Before I left, he scheduled a f/u appointment with me that worked best for me. What would normally be a frustrating and worrisome issue has become nothing more than a simple errand. I will never go anywhere else for my car. Thank you, Hunter!
I wish I could give negative 5 stars. Absolutely the worst buying experience Ive ever had. High-pressure sales tactics, inept staff who does not follow through, shady practices, and once youre out the door its impossible to get a hold of anyone unless you go there in person and wait forever to be seen. I would not recommend my worst enemy to purchase a vehicle from Crain Mazda. Stay away! Take your hard-earned money elsewhere.
Kevin is awesome!!! Helped my son get a great deal!
Very friendly and professional sales staff. All in all a wonderful experience. Thank you Tom Hollingworth: You are awesome :)
Nice dealership. Sometimes the people in the service department arent very helpful.
I wish I could give this dealership a zero stars but that isnt an option! I saw a vehicle that caught my eye... sales guy looked very unprofessional.. his slacks looked like he dug them out of a dumpster (maybe he is going thru a tough time and cant afford better, understandable). When I looked at the vehicle that caught my eye, it was DISGUSTING in the inside. . Why would you show a vehicle that is stained and dirty?! Why not detail it first? Crumbs and dirt everywhere. I left that lot immediately.
Great place a must visit you might find your dream vehicle
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation before heading to Houston. I was at 30,000 and they suggested the routine 30,000 mile maintenance before my trip. Eric Smith told me the coolant needed to be changed. It was in the red zone and would make my motor work too hard if I drove on a long trip. It was also rated as a #1 priority to fix. When I got home and read the book, my coolant was to be checked at 30,000, but not necessarily changed until 10 years or 100,000 for my particular motor. My husband was irrate and I had spent an extra 2 hours waiting. Charged me $160 for something I do not feel was necessary. As soon as we got home the coolant had leaked out all over the garage, due to poor service. Took the car back in, showed them in the book that coolant was not due tobechanged until 10 years, 100,000 miles. The service man would never admit he mislead me or apologize. Will not be going back.
The guys at Crain Mazda were incredible. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal and great service.
Great Service getting my oil changed
What a neat car dealership. Well decorated with really really friendly staff
I went in looking for a used RX-8 since they no longer make them. I was okay with being sold on another vehicle like a 3 or a sporty new 6, but the guy was relentless about trying to sell me some ugly white Volkswagon Beetle they had on their back lot with 60k miles on it. I kept telling him that wouldnt work for me I live on a dirt road. I even asked him about a silver one, but he wouldnt shut up about the crappy white one. He whined and said, But were getting you in a car, today! When I said I was ready to leave, he said, Lets go inside cause my boss has access to inventory listings you cant find online. And I kept insisting we were leaving, so I finally and firmly said, No, we are leaving. He just said, Fine if thats how you want to be, and stormed into the dealership. Pushy, no salesmanship qualities whatsoever. If thats how they let that one salesman act, Im sure the others get by with it as well.
I met Tommy Hollingsworth and really enjoyed looking at cars today! He is a great, personable guy! Thank you!
Friendly service. No pressure from sales person while there. Answered all my questions.
I had a recall done and I was in and out in less than 30 min.
Great service, lots of enthusiasts that understand what I need and recommend buying a car from them!
Tom Hollingsworth is the best,I dont think anyone there works any harder than he does I give him an A PLUS keep up the good work Tom.
I would rather drive to NLR to get my car serviced than to drive 2 mins down the street to get my car serviced at Crain Mazda. I went in to buy a CX-5 that very day. After explaining to them that I had found a deal at McClarty Mazda to see if they would match it, they instead talked trash about McClarty. The salesperson was willing to work but management said there was nothing they could do and wouldnt budge on the price. Well they lost a sale because I went to McClarty the next day and ended up buying my 2017 CX-5 there. My new CX-5 from McClarty was nicer than the one at Crain and I ended up getting it 5K less! The management at Crain did not want to work with me at all!
I am so very pleased with my entire experience at Crain Mazda. My sales person Tom Hollingsworth was extremely knowledgeable and helpful from the minute I pulled onto the lot until I drove off with my new car. I visited the lot never dreaming I would be buying a car today but the entire process was streamlined and Tom and Terry Gibson made it easy and pleasurable. Believe me I have never said a car buying experience was pleasurable before. I got the car of my dreams and I will be a loyal customer for a very long time because of the service and attention I received. I recommend Tom Hollingsworth and Terry Gibson at Crain Mazda for anyone looking to buy a car, new or used! Thanks guys! Lee Ann Larkan
Very good car buying experience I would recommend to anyone
You have a great sales person,,especially shy gailey who most helpful..
I own two Mazdas (2010 CX-9 and 2006 RX-8) and had them both recently serviced at Crain Mazda. I have never been to this dealership before and I can report that my experience was VERY positive. My CX-9 needed a repair under its extended warranty. This was a painless process with no surprises. Since my vehicle needed a part to be ordered (and kept overnight), I was given a complimentary loaner vehicle. In addition, I was kept informed of the repair status and my vehicle was ready on time as promised. My RX-8 was in for a strange transmission noise. After finding the issue (a broken under-body heat shield) within a few minutes, they quickly fixed the problem at NO CHARGE!I dont take this level of service for granted because of my experience with other dealers service departments. A recent adventure with a local Dodge dealer included TWO return visits to correct wheel alignment, losing my keys (temporarily), and a three hour wait when I was told my vehicle was ready. So kudos to Eric and the service department at Crain Mazda. I didnt know what to expect walking in, but I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service. This is how you keep customers happy. Ill definitely be back!!
Worst dealership of all time. Justin Dukes and GM, Mike Fleener are crooks. Refused to fix a defective vehicle they sold me. Then once I made it public on Facebook, they tried to bribe me to take the post down by sending me a picture of a check made out to me and told me it was in the mail.... but it was never sent. Then they proceeded to block me from their Facebook page and refused to answer any of my calls. Dont ever do business with these crooks. They are the lowest form of scum.
This place was horrible, I do not reccomend it. Eric did not listen to us, acted uninterested and as if we werent good enough to be there. It seemed as If he was trying to get us to leave. We told him what we were looking for and he would try to sell us cars way over the price limit I set. Not only that, he tried to sell us a car that had been wrecked (he didnt want to tell us that but my husband could tell) for 29,000 are you kidding me!?! They try to rip you off evey chance they can. They accomplished one thing, running us out of there!! We will never go back and will not be recommending to anyone else either.
Great service. I have been dealing with Crain Mazda for years.
Please dont take your care here to get ANY kind of service done, I had to take my car here 3 time for them to fix it and its still not fixed then the mechanic had told me its a older car and then we talk to the general manager over the phone and he basically told us its nothing they can do and that we only paid for labor we didnt pay for parts......so Im telling you from experience they will not fix your car how it suppose to be fixed!!!!!
Great service and friendly people
I bought a Mini Cooper (2012) from them in October of 2014. (I went here to look for a new car after having been in a wreck and the car was totaled. I had bought it brand new with no co-signee, and had it a year when a lady pulled out infront of me. I was devistated and driving a rental car that I was paying out of pocket for.) The salesman, Glenn Halstead enticed me to buy the Mini Cooper by saying there would be no down payment and I was in a hurry to get out of the rental car. I got the car and all was good, so I thought. But he did not get all the proper paperwork finished. I had to make calls and send faxes to get it straightened out. Then I had to go back to the dealership to re-do all the paperwork because they had to re-finance me through a different bank. A month after that I had to get the oil changed. A $100 just for an oil change, because evidently Mini Cooper is made by BMW and has a BMW motor. I had no idea, and was never informed of this when buying the car! Then when it was time to pay my sales tax, it was $1200, I almost choked.A few months after that an engine light came on, & I took it to the Hyundai dealership in Sherwood (for convince) they tell me I have to take it to the Mini Dealership because only they have the special technology to hook the car up to their computers and diagnose the issues. For them to do this it cause me $89. Turned out it needed new brakes (something not covered under my warranty) so I paid almost $300 for that. Two weeks later, another engine light came on. Before I could take it to the car dealership it started to malfunction. Every time I would drive and try to speed up it would knock and shake. At one point I was doing 40MPH and turned the A/C on, the car started rattling even worse and making noises…I turned off the A/C. The next day I took it to Crain Hyundai Mazda in Little Rock (where I bought the car from) to get it looked at.That’s when they informed me my warranty had EXPIRED! I had only been driving the car for six months. I didn’t understand how that was possible. They informed me that because the car is made by BMW, to keep my warranty I was to bring it in EVERY FIVE THOUSAND MILES. I searched my paperwork and never found where it said this. So I was stuck with a luxury car that was breaking down on me, and I couldn’t afford to the expensive repairs. A different salesman told me I could trade it in and get another car, and he would make it where my sales tax would be financed in with the car, and no down payment. It sounded great, but it took them a week to get everything together. During this week, they just acted very unprofessional when ever we spoke. I did not even want to do business with them by this point, but I also didn’t want to be stuck with a broken down expensive car with no warranty. So I bit my tongue, and waited. I ended up having a $300 down payment. My car payments went from $288 (on the Mini) to $401 for this pre-owned 2013 Veloster. I was disappointed by this. I am relieved to have another car, but I will NEVER buy another car from this dealership. I want to warn and discourage everyone thinking of doing business with them. The entire situation was handled poorly and unprofessionally and I feel I got screwed. In all, I spent over $1689 on my Mini Cooper that I had for ONLY SIX MONTHS.
Five hours for an oil change. Ill go to quick lube next time.
My girlfriend and I went to drop off her Mazda CX-7 and this man wouldnt quit texting her are you freaking kidding me? How unprofessional is that? Numbers are supposed to be left there for current status of your vehicle not for this old man to be texting your girlfriend!!! By the way his name is Eric Smith everybody stay away from this old creeper and unprofessional dealership!
