My wife and I went to HomeGoods and that place is clean and organized. The employees are very helpful and easy to talk with. HomeGoods is a woman’s BestBuy, but I won’t lie I am cool with going too!! Lol

Always come here just to look because they always have new furniture clothing or home accessories . Clean Place great prices. Its a home goods what else can i say. Bought 2 couches, tv stand, some kitchen stuff from here. I Love this place

They have great furniture...but the manager literally told us that if we dont pick it up within 15 minutes of purchasing it they are putting it back on the floor and refunding our purchase to a gift card...and they were serious. So ladies just make sure you pull up in your pick up trucks whenever you plan to shop here!I get not having space on the floor or in the back to store something but you shouldnt sell furniture if youre going to make it absolutely inconvenient for your customers to get it.

I really like Homegoods but theres a young lady with glasses who was a cashier who knows nothing about fashion, retail, or home goods. She made negative comments about a pillow that I and other customers inquired about.

It opens at 7am. I am very pleased with the store. It offer great values, at great prices

I love this place! However... I had a really bad experience today from a manager called Hanna... we asked if we could place something on hold to an employee and she called for Hanna (her manager) as I would come back and get it later that day but was short of time and couldn’t wait in line at that moment. Hanna looked at me and said NOPE NO HOLDS. As she rubbed hand sanitizer on her hands and walked away. Now we had been told by another employee holds we’re allowed until EOD. So I don’t appreciate the blatant dismissal by a MANAGER. Learn some customer service etiquette and elaborate instead of just dismissing people. Thank you.

Unique items in this store. Clean and organized

Nice store overall. Most of the staff are not morning people. A smile and courteous greeting go a long way, no matter who you are or where you work and neither hurts a customers experience.

I absolutely LOVE Home Goods. All sorts of cook and bakeware, decorative items... bed/bath and kitchen. Also kids toys, clothes and more.Great prices on just about everything.I shop here often, especially for kitchen supplies.

Had to find a quick baby shower gift and came out spe sing half as much as planned but double the amount of items. Very pleased, also the staff were very friendly.

You need a cute basket or something for a party gift quick? HomeGoods. Need a $7 coat rack with diamonds for knobs (i got 2 and love them!) Homegoods. Need Shampoo? Try Walmart you wont find that here, but if you want some fun weird food they have that too

I really like this HomeGoods. Its a very large store with variety of items. The store is clean, well stocked, and lovely merchandising! The staff is also very friendly.

Nice clean store but I purchased a queen size bed sheets and I washed them and the sheets was torn after they were washed not going to purchase any more sheets from homegoods.. The Sheets were Dry rotted and had a awful smell...

Very nice location. Parking directly in front of it can be tricky, however, its easy to park close-by. They dont always have everything super stocked so thats why I am only giving 4 stars.

I had the worst customer experience at the home goods store located in Chenal (Little Rock) due to the General Manager (Calvon). I went shopping with my mom, and we had a car full of stuff that we didnt want to push around the store. We approached Calvon and asked if it was Ok to leave the car by the cashier as we were almost ready to leave. He said in a VERY rude manner that the open space near the cashier was only for furniture (not to mention that ive been to the store many times before, and the associates always allow me to leave the car in that area when our car is full...Also they were NO SIGNS explaining that cars couldnt be left in that area)... We apologized and decided to leave the car in an alley near the cashier station. After literally 3 min, we came back to look for the car and it wasnt there. I knew right away he was the one who ordered to move it. I asked him why he moved it and he said that any unattended cars are put away. My response was that Ive never been to a store that put cars away after 3 min of leaving them unattended (believe me, I lived in Europe, South America, the U.S and never had this issue before). He said that he takes pride to have a clean store... I get his point but what frustrates me is that he knew we were the ones who left the car, and it wasnt really unattended. In addition there are NO SIGNS in the store that inform you about taking away your car if left unattended for a few minutes. After the situation, I requested to speak to the Manager and to my surprise HE was the manager. I found the same complaint about this person in another YELP site, so im sure its not only me...I am looking desperately to report this issue but i havent found any names or numbers. I can assure you that I will never come back to the store unless i know some action has been taken, and i will continue to post reviews in EVERY site about the terrible customer service at the Home Goods store in Little Rock.

This is a great place to go waste hours of your day. They have pretty good deals on some adorable housewares!

Very rude manager (Calvin?) took over a telephone conversation with his associate, tersely answered a question about inventory, and hung up. Wont be shopping here any time soon.
