When Steve came for the consultation, I was told that I would have a shower head with 4 settings. The one that we received was a single setting. I had chosen to have 3 shelves placed in the front and one in the back. The contractor said that it wouldn’t look right or he couldn’t do it. There was a language barrier so he could not explain exactly why. He put 2 shelves in the front and 2 in the back. Other than that, our bathroom is beautiful. There was an issue with my bank and the payment. I stressed that I would pay no later than the end of the month. Everything seemed okay. I called on June 29 @ 7:01AM to make good on the payment, spoke to Chris. On July 1, received a certified letter from lawyer to pay. On July 5, received a 1st Class letter from same lawyer. Called the office, Chris was conveniently at lunch. The lady said that she would have him call me about the matter. She even gasped because she could see where I had already paid. Chris never did call to offer apologies for the letters. After all, I gave my word. So he had already contacted a lawyer about me. So I would never use this company again. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. No Recovery skills.

Bath Makeover was who we decided to use for our new shower, I really liked the 5-year workmanship warranty and their price lock guarantee. We got two other estimate but called back Steve to go with them. We love our new shower, the free LED grab bars were a nice touch.

Our new walk in shower is awesome! The silver white marble walls and oil rub bronze fixtures are beautiful, plus we had them redo our vanity and floors. The job only took a couple days and they hauled off the old bathtub for us.

We live in Bryant. After my wife had a stroke, we had to make some changes to our house. My wife is in a wheelchair and couldn’t get in and out of the tub. We had Bath Makeover of Arkansas turn our large garden tub into a beautiful walk in shower. The rep who came out explained everything thoroughly and made it easy. The installers were on time and very professional. I was happy that the installers did not smoke and cleaned up behind themselves. We made the right decision on our new shower.

I needed to get my dad something easier to climb in and out of, I really liked I wasn’t pressured into deciding that day and that they have a 5 year workmanship warranty. We went their barrier free shower with a fold down seat. They even provided cleaning instructions with a copy of the warranty.

We love our new shower! I’ll never clean tile again, learned my lesson. I went with travertine and oil rub bronze, also added a rain shower head. Install was two days, would highly recommend!

Requested a quote a week ago. I called & text the guy that came out several times. I even called the main #. One week later & I am still waiting for my quote.

Not impressed. Once the salesperson showed up and took our $1,000 deposit he would not return my calls nor did he call back after the 3 day waiting period like he promised. Put a stop payment on the check and thankful to be out of this entanglement. Beware!In response to the Owner...I do not appreciate your business discussing my financial situation. Nor did your design consultant state that he would waive his commission. That sir or madam is not true! What kind of company bad mouths potential customers?
