Risk free purchasing. If they don’t have it, they’ll order it. If you don’t need it, they’ll take it back. If it broke when you tried installing it, they’ll replace it. No matter how long ago you bought it, or if the box was opened, or you misplaced your receipt. For that they deserve my business every time!

I called asked for rid x the lady sent me to hardware. The guy started laughing with me when he was like hardware. But when she got back 9n the phone I asked if they were hiring she said no. Her job needs to be filled first she has no knowledge of the store but they not hiring. Lowes. Is higher but more helpful

I love Home Depot but I drove from Hot Springs one hour to 2 Home Depot which showed on their websites having inventory they did not have.I went to three Home Depots today half a tank of gas half a day of work wasted and no materials

Big box store. Slightly worse than competitor, but difference is nominal and I shop here just as often as the other store. Biggest complaint against this store is brand quality of brands offered, but this is where I usually purchase my garden plants and seeds.

I really hate this place they are under staffed and no one can help you with anything and everything is just all over the place. Un organized and dirty

Sales staff was extra helpful today. They helped with a box for all the stuff (alot) we were toting to the car.

Im a Lowes shopper, except when it comes to saw blades and sandpaper. Home Depot carries Diablo brand and Diablo brand is the best! Thats not my opinion, thats fact.

The Home Depot is always finding ways to make the materials purchase easier on the consumer. Their associates are always knowledgeable and helpful while never being afraid to errors hello from other associates when confronted with a problem or question they dont know the answer to. Its why I choose this retailer over the competitors.

I visit this location almost daily. Nothing bad to say really, just the typical associate who hates there job now and then but that goes with all retail stores. The cashier lady on the lumber side of the store is awesome. Shes been there for a long time.

Reference the picturesThe price waz not the same for both crates They did not put a sign up to indicate thatTake about 5 people to figure out if they were gonna let me have them for the advertised price Not my fault that they hadnt changed to signs yet I left them where they were they were quite unorganised and delay the manager was rude

There was an item I was looking for and it showed two in stock online, but when I got to the store there was not any on the shelf. There was an associate walking by and he looked up the item and found it in a box above the shelf. He saved me another trip. I appreciate the great customer service!

Home Depo has everything. Great selection. I love shopping here. Prices are a little high but they do have merchandise other stores dont. They have a really nice assortment of plants, flowers, and potting supplies. If you need any kind of tools, building supplies, or anything for any kind of construction project, this is your place! The sales associates are knowledgeable and can direct you on what you will need for your project.

Customer service lacks really bad. I think lacking customer service is becoming a standard thing in this country. Other than that they have what you need and it smells great inside.

Had what my husband needed and I needed the bathroom. A young girl that worked there showed me where it was. Very friendly atmosphere!!

Needed reflective driveway markers. Musta been a run on those recently. HD was the only place that had the ones I wanted.

Never can get help at Home Depot when I need it. Poor customer service. A checker called for help 4 times and I waited for 15 minutes, then was told to get a manager at the customer service desk. Lowes is MUCH better at providing help when needed.

My husband has had trouble using his veterans drivers license since we moved here. It is the only Home Depot he has trouble with. He even called corporate and was told he could use it. Called the manager today after being told he couldnt at the checkout. She stated they could only honor certain veterans with the discount except the 4th of July. He will just not go back. So easy at Lowes and other home depot locations.

I normally can go into home depot without any help or guidance, but the last 2 days I need some help. Yesterday, call for aisle 2 didnt show up after being call twice. This morning someone showed quickly to tell me he doesnt have any where to plug the machine up to cut the carpet. This is home depot, dont yall sell extension cords?? Im so confused

I only needed one item, but I couldnt find it. I stopped a clerk, who immediately stopped try help me. I found it immediately afterwards.

I have visited this Home Depot location many times. If you need help it is hit or miss. Many times their is not adequate knowledgeable personnel to assist you. But on occasion you find excellent support.The same can be said for their stock. Often I find their variety of materials deficient. Then sometimes I am surprised to find things here I have searched all over town - unable to find anywhere else.Sometime it reallt pays to shop here.

Delivery date was yesterday no one show up..no one bother to call...wating all day...not happy.Today rescheduled btw 3-7..wating all day...driver called and said not able to come today. Dont know when they can deliver my refrigerator. Not happy.Called home depot to talked to Supervisor name by Tiffany Teal..Asked what is going on with my refrigerator and she said dont know And she hung up on me..What are great customer service.

Good 👍there was 1 employee who helped us find a good LED wireless security light for us to place over our garage. Sorry, I dont remember his name but the store was PACKED WITH CUSTOMERS and he was kind enough to give us his advice because he previously purchased the same security light for his backyard & patio.

We came to Home Depot tonight to get a piece of wood for a project and after waiting 10-mins, the guys in the lumber department just watched us wait for a piece of wood cut. Not even a minute of their time. Before you ask, no they were not helping another. They were stocking a shelf. Unfortunately, what we needed Lowe’s didn’t sell or we absolutely would have left. Even after contacting customer support by phone (as the cashier asking twice did nothing), we still weren’t helped. I’m not sure who supervises the store in the evening, if anyone, but I expected more. There was no sense of customer service displayed and no Covid is not a justification.

Didnt have what I needed. Went to Fuller and sons and got my item.

Great place!Karen the work deserves a raise she spent time helping us find a sled she called other stores but no one had one so we got a pice of hardwood and some sting and glue to make one and she helped us a lot and she was lovely! Great place will come again!

I was thrilled to see the sign in big bold letters at the West Little Rock Arkansas store that read that mask must be worn to enter store. The disappointment was it didnt take long to see they werent enforcing it.I saw at least 11 customers walking around with out a mask most of which were walking past employees that never said a word.So disappointed.What makes Home Depot assured that your sign is worth anything if its not enforced.One employee told it wasnt their problem. Its management issue.Nice try Home Depot but not enough.

I found out today that the security cameras don’t work 🤦‍♂️ apparently someone can drive through the parking lot break into your truck parked right at the loading pro center and then drive back through the parking lot and not get any kinda tag number then say the cameras don’t even see it happening when targets distant camera can pick up it happening but can’t zoom in enough..... sounds fishy to me guys come on! Management says the cameras are for security not good enough though to catch a car pulling up breaking my truck door open and then driving away! Do wha so they don’t work!!! Welp guess people can steal tools out of your truck right under the camera and don’t matter to them cause it don’t

I generally find what I need. If you ask for help you generally get it. Today i got one who was great but then another who seemed agitated i asked them a question. Another employee didnt bother to ask if they could get to an item. I would gladly move as i want to maintain 6ft distance as these are pandemic times.

What can I say? Its Home Depot, my second home since it opened. A mini Lowes opened up a couple of years ago down the street but the Home Depot is easier to access, next to Target AND Chick-filet and a gas station, Plus I find that when I go to Lowes I can always get 8 out of the 10 things I need, but if I go to Home Depot I get 10 out of the 10 things I need and generally cheaper. Home Depot is a little dark at night but other than that its fine. And in general all the employees are friendly and available. Plus there is a big dude with a beard that hangs around in the back near plumbing that has been there forever and knows his stuff. lol.

Your basic home depot experience staff was helpful at least.

Typically I find what I need at Home Depot, and thats good. The one thing I always have trouble finding is an employee to answer a question or direct me to the right place. There are things that I need that make it worth a trip to Home Depot, and for the times when I want personal attention Im going to Fuller and Son Hardware in my neighborhood or Kraftco Supply. The smaller stores have limited inventory, but the one thing theyre never short on is personal attention. I guess you have to know whats more important for each visit.

I visited the Chenal store tonight to purchase a lock set. I spoke to 3 persons about price matching a Kwikset door lock set #911087 HD has for $49.97 that Walmart & Amazon have for $43.24. I had the item pulled up on my phone. The Person that purported to be the manager stated you all only match Lowes and Ace Hardware. The Home Depot website clearly states: How the Low Price Guarantee works for in-store pre-purchases: If you find a current lower price on an identical, in-stock item from any other retailer, we will match the price. Just bring the ad, printout or photo with you to the register for validation. I will not be back to this store.

This location had way better selection then the one closer to our house.

Great coustmer service

Customer service is NONEXISTENT at this location. I asked an employee if they sold a particular product. No eye contact made she said I dont know. She then completely turned her back to me I wandered about the store never found what I was looking for and he eventually just gave up I went to self checkout the purchase the new items I did find and after paying the machine kept saying customer needs assistance simply because it was out of paper to give me a receipt a seemingly annoyed young man came over and attempted to help and when I explained it was just for my receipt he walked off luckily nobody questioned whether I paid for the items in hand or not
