Had a nail in a tire. The repair was quick and efficient.

My first visit there - for a new battery for an old car - was very positive. Courteous and friendly staff and service technicians. Much better value compared to a typical dealership, more convenient and faster service, too.

Good price on tires

Ive gotten nothing but sub-par service here. Its convenient because its close to my workplace, but every time I come in super early for an oil change, it takes 30+ minutes longer than the wait time they tell me to prepare for. Today was the last straw. I came in to drop my car off before school, and bay doors & customer door were closed. Call in, say that they cant open the doors or even ring up a ticket for an oil change until someone else gets there. This was at 7:30; supposed to be open at 7 a.m.

I arrived a little before 10:30 a.m. to get a simple punctured tire fixed and put back on my car. It was almost 1 p.m. by the time they pulled my car into the bay. I have never seen a tire repairman move so slowly. Then, it took almost 15 minutes after he finished for him to bring my keys back in. I didnt get my car back until shortly after 2 p.m. The cashier was grumpy, and not just with me. Customers besides myself were also upset by the slowness. I was also the second customer whom they almost overcharged. A lady found out they couldnt rotate her tires after being charged as though they had done it. I had road hazard on my tires, and the cashier almost charged me for that repair as well. Worst tire center I have ever been to. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Horrible place for even simple auto services. I cant even fit all the issues I experienced into this review - just know that after spending almost an entire day at this place only to be declined for tire service, I went across town and got everything taken care of in one hour. Incompetent staff, rude staff, long wait times, high prices - the list goes on and on.

The wait is usually longer than expected, but have never received better then the best service. Have had many oil changes, tire changes, fuel injection clean ups, etc. Staff seems knowledgeable about what they are doing. Repeat customer

Had the pleasure of dealing with Brenda, Jessica, Dayshai and David. All were amazing and super helpful with a situation I had never encountered before (bent rim). Will be happy to return here for future maintenance on my car!

Poor service all around. Would not recommend anyone going to this location; 4 hours for an oil change at 10am on a Tuesday, 3 hour wait for tire rotation with 2 cars in front of me.The last time I got my oil changed, I asked them to top off my brake fluid, rotate and balance my tires (for which i paid the lifetime fee deal) and check the tire pressure. They put on the report that they had done those but neither the tire pressure nor brake fluid were checked. When I got to my car the front right tire had no air in it. I went back to the desk and asked if they could check it and the manager said there was nothing they would have done to cause it to be flat. After 5 minutes of back and forth they finally agreed to take a look at it, said they would bump me up in the line since it shouldnt be more than just checking and refilling the tire, but that it would still be an hour long wait. I was not called after 3 hours so I called them and they hadnt gotten to it get. A total of 8 hours after being told there was a 1 hour wait, I finally got a call. Since then ive noticed my tires werent even rotated properly and are not balanced at all. I now have severely scalloped tires and cant even get them rotated or balanced between now and getting new tires because the wait times are so long.

I showed up a few minutes before they opened and at 7:06 called to ask if they were open and the guy said he was waiting for the manager to unlock the door. At 7:11 someone unlocked the door and let me in ... i was the first customer there and waited 2 hours for a tire change. Once it came time to check out i asked if i could do a manual input (it is a Christmas gift from my parents and they sent me the info over the phone) the guy called his manager up there and she yelled at me saying UH HUH NO, NO, NO WEVE NEVER DONE THAT MAAM WE DONT DO THAT HERE THEY HAVE TO COME IN PERSON. I understand if it’s a store policy, it’s a store policy and i can get over that... what i can’t get over is the rude attitude and yelling i received when she said that. There were other people around so it was embarrassing to hear that. The guy apologized after she left. He was nice and the tech who worked on my tires was nice. They’re clearly short staffed and need to make new hires and possibly change management.

Standard oil change best price in town.

Ordered tires..said they would call when they came in. They did not. I called after lunch the following day and WMemployee 1 could not look me up by name (relly?? ) Had to give them tire specs to finally find them. Oh yeah, we have them in.. Went down right away. 1 car in front of me.. 3 hours later I am still waiting.. Walmart you may have cheaper prices but your front of house experience IS THE WORST!!!! Am I in the 70 where redneck auto guys run the shop who will #gittoit when they want??? Spend the extra 20-30$ a tire and go.some place else.

Called at 2:30 p.m. to ask what time they closed. They said 7:00 pm. Drove from downtown LR and got there at 6:20. They said they were done taking orders. Total waste. Either keep taking orders until you close at 7, OR tell people that you stop taking orders at 6.

Order tires from Walmart from their website but cant get them to ship to my local Walmart. So now I have to drive with four (4) new tires in my car... Wow!

Need to hire more staff....waited 3hrs for an oil change. Very inconvenient to people who work and cant get off until 5

Was put on hold when I left the house. When walked in they werent busy but I was still on hold. Even though there was more employees than customers

Set there for 15 minutes then they finally decided to open at 7:16 supposed to open at 7am not 7:15 and have 8 vehicles waiting on them to open
