I recently had my 2007 BMW X.3 serviced at BMW of Little Rock for 3 different recalls. I left and forgot about a 5000 grains of silver bar under my passenger seat. When I came to pick my car up. VERY impressed with the entire experience. All automotive businesses should be like this. As a newcomer to BMW, they answered all of my questions and beyond. Mechanic even took me back into shop to show me things about my vehicle and treated me with respect. Nobody there talked down to me. Showroom and shop were spotless and high tech. After working around vehicles and bodysuits for over 35 years, I was very impressed.I was totally shocked when they didnt charge me a dime for all of this help. I will definitely be going back.

I appreciate that there werent any surprises. Mr. Hampton greeted me upon arrival and walked me through the process and what to expect. The service to my car, as usual, was top notch - but it was the direct engagement and the explanation of recommended services that set todays visit above and beyond. Specifically, the reason(s) why I should replace tires within the next few months and the pros/cons associated with simultaneously replacing rotors and sensors when I replace the brake pads. Clear, detailed pricing and labor made everything easy to follow and addressed any follow-up questions I may have had. A trip to the auto mechanic can be worrisome - Well, that was - until today! We were not greeted when we pulled up to the service bay. The first time was our first visit for service and the second time when my spouse returned two days later to complete the service. Four service advisors present. I had to get their attention to start service and she did as well. I waited 4.5 hours for a windshield recalibration before they explained that the camera was broken by the third party installer. Said they had the camera in stock and could complete the install immediately. Two hours later the advisor explained they could not complete the install because they had the wrong camera for my vehicle and didnβt realize it until several recalibration attempts. Service advisor explained βthese things happenβ. I sure hope other, more crucial parts numbers are verified prior to installation. BMW labor is expensive but my time is as well!

The experience was one i dont ever want to go through ever again. First we were having trouble (STILL DIDNT GET A LOAN CAR) with the service tech, and then there was the warranty company. Overall were glad everything is over with. I personally think if wed been a different race, we would have gotten better service

However, Iβm disappointed BMW of Little Rock management that you do not have more than one associate working on one of your busiest days. Although Antwayn was EXCELLENT at multitasking, he was answering phones, setting up appointments, checking customers in & outβ¦.he shouldnβt be a one man band. His exemplary work ethic & pleasant demeanor made my Saturday morning experience a pleasant one. I was my first time but please Donβt overwork your best workers. The customer experience means providing Antwayn with support so that the customer wait time is reduced. Six empty stations on a Saturday does not bode well. If indeed BMW is the ultimate driving experience, so too should be my customer experience. I expect better from management!!!
Had a great experience purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from BMW Little Rock. They had the model I was looking for and we agreed to a reasonable price fairly quickly and painlessly. Natalie worked on the deal with me online and her responses were thorough and prompt. We arranged for a virtual walk through of the car the same day I contacted them. Since I was out of state, she made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed before we flew out. We were met with a great team of folks including Rick, Michael, David, and Wendi. Rick knew that Im a fan of bimmers and surprised me with a swag bag! From the time they picked us up from the airport until we were on the road back to Atlanta, it all took just under 2hrs. I dropped my car off monday morning, 1 minute early for the 9am appointment I scheduled the previous week through their website. I called monday afternoon, and a message was taken to be given to my service advisor, since they were βbusyβ at that moment.I received an audioless video βinspectionβ of my car tuesday morning with no comment/explanation/direction, although my correct phone number was visible on the form present. I called tuesday afternoon, explained that I still hadnβt heard from my advisor. no apology just a βlet me connect youββ¦.where I was compelled to leave a message. again.then I called wednesday morning and had the same experience. no apology, zero empathy, and a message was recorded. then again wednesday afternoon. at this point, it felt like I was being pranked.I called thursday morning, was greeted with mild empathy and finally got a live person on the phone. no valid reason was given for their lack of communication, aside from βweβve been busyβ, which I found insulting. I was given a direct line to him, which when called back went to the collision center. when I inquired about my car, I was told it wasnβt thereβ¦bc that person answering the phone just assumed iβd know who she was when the unanswered phones rang through to her. after 20 questions, I was connected back to the unanswering service center.this is the 4th dealership iβve taken a BMW to (my 6th BMW)β¦I have NEVER dealt with this type of bs before. I was in a few weeks ago and was looking at buyingβ¦there is no way I will return to this dealership. I picked my car up and am having the service done elsewhere.unimpressed by the service I was given. disappointed because I expect better.insulted by the apathy I found present.
They got me an appointment within 24 hours and did the recall and whole car inspection very quickly I didnβt have to wait very long, I would definitely recommend this place and Iβll be going back to get the services I need for my BMW there.

BMW of Little Rock took care of all of my recalls. The only problem I have is, that I dropped my car off the day before (Thursday), made an appointment to do so, needed some small things looked at other than the recalls and had to call out to BMW to see if my car was ready on that Friday The recall part was ready but fixing the review mirror and looking at the TPM light couldnt be looked at until the following Monday. I have used BMW before and my problem is if my car is not going to he ready the next day, call me to.let me know and offer me a loner. This had happened to me before. Jeez

Professional Service and people in the service department are courteous and responsive, especially Ryan. However, the repair or replacement of a part to address electric battery heating in my X3 PHEV appeared to have fixed the engine light coming on issue but it created another problem while charging the battery. While charging using home plug, the car makes extremely loud noice like the car engine is turned on and running at very high speed, very scary sound. Ryan is very professional and helpful and has asked me to bring the car back with the charging cable for further tests. Hope it will get fixed. Canβt believe this is happening to a brand new car. Hope BMW did not sell me a lemon.

So, my daughter and I went to look at a cute 3 series BMW that she has done extensive research on. We just wanted to see the car in person. While we were snooping around in our workout gear ( not really presentable). The nicest salesman came out to greet and talk with us about the car. I ask if we could look inside the car. He went inside got the keys and continued to serve great customer service. To make the long story short we purchase the car and the great customer service continued from the beginning to end of this transaction. Very good buying experience. I was able to do all the research and information gathering online, arranged the test drive via text, and my time on site was minimal, pleasant and efficient. I am the owner of a sweet old 328i and have had many service experiences over the years, both at BMW dealerships and private mechanics to keep my pet in good running order. Thanks to the personable approach of service advisor, Ryan Barker, and of course to the knowledgeable mechanics, this was the best BMW dealership experience Ive ever had. The mechanic posted a super clear video explaining the needs of the car and giving me several options on how to proceed. I was not pressured to fix absolutely everything or to talk with a sales person. Both times I made appointments, work was completed in hours, not days. When my car finally gives up the ghost, I am so much more likely to purchase a new one from this specific dealership, mainly because of Ryan and the overall attitude of the folks in the service department. Iβve been a BMW owner for the past 15 years. Moved here (home to AR) and have been totally disappointed with BMW of Little Rock. The facility is super clean & the service depart. is professional, but no one attempts to know my name. Every time I go for an oil change (since my warranty expired), they find something I need. I believe service is required/pushed to $$$$. The last time they forgot to reset my oil change warning, which is very frustrating bc I live an hour away. Iβve been so spoiled with Jason, Doug, & Scott at Tompkins of Fort Wayne Indiana who always made sure everything was taken care of before the warranty expired. I canβt believe the difference, especially since BMW has such an awesome driving machine, so disappointed. I am trading out of BMW !!π₯²

So Monday i had my car towed there and I called to see if they had received it and no one has seen it so I called the row company and they told me what time they dropped it off and where I called again and still no car so I got off work and went there and a Worker name Antwyan walked with me to locate my car aa we walked I said there is my car so we went to it and then we went to find the fob not again no one has it go back inside and the older gentleman has had it since 1:32 when the tow dropped it off as he looks in the system and tells me he was the one who received it.... Literally all day different guys have been looking for it. How they missed the tow or the drop off is beyond me so I was told the man who will look at it get off at 4 so he will look at it tomorrow because as I look at the time its 3:43. Now its Tuesday I called midmorning and it has not been looked at yet so I said okay I will check back later I had my Husband to call later and he was told a Technician was looking at it so when I get off work by that time surely there will be some answers about my car I get there and still my car has not been looked at so I called my Husband and told him he is wanting answer as do I so then a different rep decided to involve himself in my phone conversation which wasnt on speaker he was just eavesdropping and said yeah I got that call earlier and told him it was in the Que to be seen which first of all he was disrespectful for interrupting my phone call and conversation with the other gentleman also he was not truthful because he told my Husband it was being looked at again this is after 3 and it still hasnt I do understand I am not the only customer but if it was that busy I would have understand but someone saying were really backed up and it may be a few days I would have accepted that but going through this is frustrating and it wasnt too busy on Monday when I came because in the service department a couple were working and other guy was sitting in a chair maybe he was on break but either way just be upfront with people my time is precious as well I am truly sorry that one of the men was so busy he has had lunch in the past two days after 2 and the fact he had to eat at his desk I am truly sorry for that but Customer Service is very important and someone has dropped the ball. This isnt my first time here the other visit in the past was amazing and I didnt have any issues.Feeling very disappointed

Everything about this location was an awesome experience. I am traveling through the town on a roadtrip south when suddenly, I got a notification from my Mini Coopers dashboard that one of my tires is having pressure issues. I panicked. After calling a couple of places seeking quick fixes, Antoin let me know that the location can definitely take a look for me, whereas other locations were much more hesitant. When I got there, Dylan Long took over my case, and had me chill in the back while he did his magic. The lobby has many amenities (e.g. cubicles, meeting rooms, food, and coffee). Featured was also a fishbowl style window pane, where you can see everything that is being done to your vehicle. Turns out the tire was punctured by a screw, and Dylan was able to patch it up/re-inflate the tire for me in under 15 minutes. What was incredibly upsetting was that after all the hard work and professionalism, the location refused to let me pay/tip for their services. God bless these hard workers. When I am ready for the car upgrade, I will definitely come back to this location, cause these folks are incredible with their attitude and service.

Michael was nice as well, polite and knowledgeable of the car we were going to buy and answered all our questions with patience and respect!Tyrik (Im very sorry if I spelled that incorrectly) came in and spoke with to and had a lot of helpful information for us and was also very personable, nice and respectful.We purchased our car that day! The next day we ran into a small situation and Tyrik and BMW handled our situation with speed, respect and kindness.We were Lexus drivers for years. We are now BMW drivers and will recommend everyone we know to Michael Blann and the Little Rock team!

You hear a lot of horror stories on BMW forums about how bad their service centers can be, but Iβve had nothing but awesome experiences with BMW of Little Rock. They always get me in quickly, I never have to wait for a courtesy car, and they even hand washed my car after the most recent service because they noticed mine is a bit of a garage queen.Will you pay more for service here than at an independent shop? Of course, but the convenience and professionalism you get here are well worth the cost of admission.

I remember my previous Service Technician, Antywon Hampton, would always say to me at close out, let me verify that their arent any discounts available for you.
