I’ve had my brake rotors/pads, oil change, and tire balance/rotation done and I’m extremely satisfied. I highly recommend Precision Tune Auto Care for any auto needs. The price is fair and better than all competitors I had checked and the wait time is very reasonable. The staff is courteous and professional.

As always, it was a great service experience. This shop is the only one in town that I feel comfortable sending my wife to when I can’t go myself. Knowledgeable staff that doesn’t try to upsell on unnecessary items. Highly recommended!

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Luckily they have a plexiglass window so you can watch all work being performed. Car was drove 15 ft into a bay which did not have a lift. Oil change was performed and I was told they couldn’t rotate tires because of cupping/uneven wear/dry rot. I was also told my suspension was shot and I had multiple oil leaks and transmission was leaking. Car has never used a drop of oil and transmission fluid spot on. Luckily having a mechanic background and suspicious of their work, I immediately checked oil and they overfilled my car by at least half a qt and I immediately drove to another auto shop to have tires rotated. Will not be back.

Had my break pads and calipers fixed in less than half a day. Was able to Uber to there and still have time left on my lunch. Very efficient service, please support local businesses!

I came to this place on Saturday with the intention of redeeming a Groupon for an alignment but after waiting for 3 hours to be serviced I was told that due to wear on my tires, and damage to my suspension system they would be unable to do any work on my car. I was quoted 2500 for the suspension work, took my car to a small tire shop afterwards and the guy told me the problem was a blown tie rod ($50 fix). I was not surprised to see a similar situation happened to another customer. These guys are crooks, save yourself a headache and don’t come here.

The workers was very nice the office man was not.

I was traveling from Austin, TX to York, PA. During my drive, I realized that the slight vibration in my car rocketed whenever I had to accelerate. I had hoped it just needed the tires rotated and balanced (which I had done in Dallas the day before.) However, my worst fear was realized: it was the CV boot/joint and it was affecting the axle. They had me in at 8 AM (and even let my cat inside too - she was in a carrier.) They diagnosed the issue, fixed her up, and had me out the door by 1 PM. They were friendly and professional. My only gripe would be the cost ($900) but thankfully they use EasyPay Finance and I was able to get it covered. They got me home!

I paid online and they did the alignment but since i had cracked boots there wasnt any since in doing it. Why would they do that?

During this cold winter my heater went out and took it to Precision tune auto care to fix the problem. 5 days later they replaced the radiator and blower and fuses and the heater was not fixed. The manager Charged me 800 dollars and did not apologize . I discovered later that all that needed fixing Was the water line to be flushed clean. It took my uncle 15 minutes and no parts .

Great people and they work with you so nicely. I would say though, I wish they had more staff, but then with covid and everything going on, I am still grateful for the service they accommodated me and I hope everyone feels that way when they go there.

The manager asked me what I know or feel is the problems with my vehicle. He recorded my concerns. Then he asked me, what did I want done. My concerns were EVALUATED through computer diagnostics, and explained to me (cool dude, intelligent), and a oil change. I liked my experience.

The manager TIM refused to give me the contact information for the person who owned this location so that I could not report his behavior while attempting ro use a Groupon.

Went in for an a/c recharge on Friday and they wouldnt have a guy back to do it till Wednesday. Opted for an oil change and it was done in a matter of minutes. Service was great just couldnt get my a/c done.

Service was fine. Was disappointed that no employees were wearing masks. The person at the desk and the technician that approached me took no precautions. I know some people dont care, but I find this irresponsible. As a healthcare worker that treats Covid patients I can tell you that a mask is much more comfortable than what we would have to do to treat you in the hospital.

Precision Tune charged me $188 to misdiagnose that my car’s evaporator was leaking. They said I would have to take it elsewhere for repairs because they cannot remove dashboards. Turns out it was the condenser. Had I not been suspicious of their lead technician’s advice, I would have spent $1,900 on a part that didn’t need to be replaced without fixing the real problem. Took it to Steve Landers, and they fixed it without a hassle.Update: They ended up refunding me, but first they accidentally charged me another $188. So, I had to wait several business days to receive the $376.

I was first greated by a dude with a man bun who lied to me about what I needed done. Luckily enough a guy with a long beard who seemed to know what he was doing took over. I waited for a very long time before he took over though. I have amended my review to say that their customer service does not care. Hopefully you get lucky and have long beard dude working on your car, but if you do have a problem do not expect anyone higher up to care, I sent an email to the address in one of their responses to the negative reviews you se here, and was told it would be forwarded and have not heard back.

I had a great experience here this morning. Ian was very helpful in keeping me updated on the work being performed, gave me the total price before the work was performed and even found a valve cover leak that was deemed a fire hazard. This place is AMAZING! Went and got a tune up and they quoted me 2.5hrs and got it done in half that time! My car drives so much better now! Every time I come they give me excellent service and try to help out anyway possible! Keep up the great service!!!

My experience was good. The only issue was I had a coupon for a free tire rotation with an oil change. They said they couldnt rotate the tires because they were past tread life or cupping. When I took it to my tire place for new tires, they said the tread was still good and rotated them for me. I guess it was a judgment call but lost out on the free tire rotation. Otherwise they were friendly and convenient allowing me to pick up the car during off hours, paying over the phone and leaving invoice and keys in the car.

Senior Citizens and those not mechanically inclined beware of scams. This shop will draw you in with a groupon and then find a host of other issues that need to be fixed. Get a quote from other shops before you pay them hundreds of dollars for unnecessary or over priced work. While I was waiting at least two other customers experienced the same we found other issues with near a $1000 estimate. My own $79 brake job turned into over $900. I took my vehicle back to a trusted mechanic from my home town...same work was done perfectly for $300. Buyer Beware. I noticed other posts with this same concern have been deleted.

I came here for an alignment. I had some cans 2 or 3. It wasn’t too much. I asked that if I can throw them or not, he told me in a disrespectful way that”throw them away in the dumpster”. It was very far from me even though there was a trash can there. Then I crumbled them and its size was like so small. He told me ok go throw them away with a uncomfortable face. Some people need to learn how to behave well to the customers. I am very disappointed with precision auto.

I had an intermittent noise that sounded like it was coming from the transmission of my Accord. Over the course of 3 1/2 years, I took it to 4 different shops a total of 10 times. Twice to the dealer. I spent over $1,200 trying to fix it, with no success. Then I brought it to Precision Tune. They were the first shop to correctly identify the problem, and they were able to repair it for $125. I cant recommend them highly enough!

Car started leaking the very next day after I got an oil change I took it back in the guy told me he had no idea what it was it could be anything. how could you not know what it was when I let two of the mechanic look at it and they told me right away what it was.

They portrayed as though they knew what they were doing but in reality just cost me more money Id rather have saved.

I take my bosses vehicles her for oil change and service. These guys are great and are always fast, professional and honest.I would say if your not using them you should try them at least once.

Ive only been in once for and oil change and break replacement. While there I was informed promptly of where the crew was in-process and of any hiccups that came up. At no point had I felt they were not working diligently. As for just oil changes, I watched a few other customers come and go with speedy oil changes that were quicker than most other places i ve been to.

I have to agree with the post from 2 years ago. First, they dont honor their coupons. When you present a coupon, they tell you your car takes special oil and it costs more. This is EXACTLY what happened. Not to mention the guy working the desk was completely rude. He would make fun of the customers he had been on the phone with, TO the customers sitting in the waiting area. How classless is that? Not to mention he talked to me, a young female, in a very condescending tone the entire time. Will never go back, even if it was free!On top of this, they charged me $5 extra to to top off all my fluids because they claimed they were low. THE NEXT DAY I checked my windshield wiper fluid while I was looking at other various things under the hood. They didnt fill up ANYTHING! They charged me and then did nothing. Rude scammers who arent worth your time or money. Id spit on them if I could. Terrible.

I am a single woman. They always take care of me here and they do their job well. They are polite and trustworthy. Which is refreshing for me.. Ive had some really fishy mechanic experience s. However... Ean broke my key somehow and didnt replace or fix it and when I came back to have my headlight looked at they attempted to charge me $70 just to look at the wires thats not including any actual work... Its just a head light! No discount for my key or anything... Ean didnt even leave a note about breaking my key in my account. Luckily I had a spare. And the dealership took off my light.. saw it was unplugged and plugged it up free of charge. I almost paid 70 for nothing.

I needed a quick oil change before driving to Dallas and I walked in at 8am, and walked out at 8:15. For over 10 years theyve been taking care of me and all my cars and are the only mechanics I trust.

They cracked my rim on a Dodge charger and tried to cover it up with lead. The person who performed the service, iAn, knew it and became defensive as soon as I called to let him know what had happened. Theyre denying everything and even tried to send us to Firestone to deflect blame onto them. Firestone never touched the car. I had my father take the tire off and hes the one who saw it. Where the balance thing was applied is where the crack is and they attempted to cover it with lead which they did a very poor job at as well. So ian tells me they didnt do it but to bring it to them to let them tell me face to face they didnt 😡 Absolutely terrible customer service and completely screwed up the job they were paid over $100 to do. Ill never recommend.

Bought the groupon for oil change with the free wipers. Had my son take his car in and he was told they did not have any wipers. Ruins the point of having a groupon if you dont stock what you say you do. No offer to do anything about not having them either. Poor customer service. For all I know they might have been oil of oil that day too!Then took my suv in for an oil change that did not have any leaks. Magically they find multiple leaks and now it is leaking in my driveway. Seems fishy to me that the leaks didnt appear until after the oil change was done.The coupons and groupon are nice in theory but not worth it if you get discounted service. It goes to show you get what you pay for! Or maybe I should say in this case I didnt get what I paid for.

I went here for an oil change, the day after I changed my oil my battery light came on when I popped the hood I notice that engine oil cap was open and oil spilled everywhere. My alternator went bad because of the oil spill. When I brought my car back they claimed that alternator broke by itself because of the bad battery. They tried to charge me more than 400$ for the alternator replacement. Very unprofessional staff who cant acknowledge their mistake and resolve the issue.

I was told that I wold get the 19.99 oil change special when I was given back my car they charged me 58.00. I did not even get my levels checked for other items like windshield wiper fluid. Took my car in at 2 oclock, for an oil change. Every time I go here seems they want to spend extra for everything that is NOT needed. After an hour wait, with b only one person ahead of me, salesman tells me I need an air filter. They didnt have it in stock, so he said they could have it here in 5 mins. So we wait. After 2 1/2 wait my car is ready. I will never be back

Went for a oil change 2 weeks ago my oil light came on so I went back to see why, the man goes to tell me I had all kinds of oil leaks in my car, but wanted to charge me for another oil change, but I have yet to see any oil on the ground or smell oil burning under my hood, took my car to my uncle he didn’t find no leaks but we did find out the didn’t put enough oil in my car or clean oil. Never again

Took my car in to check the alignment, and Allen wouldnt stop what he was doing on the computer to listen to me which resulted in him not taking my phone number down correctly. I called wondering why i havent heard from him and he had nitpicked and came up with over a thousand dollars worth of silly things needing to be done. For just an alignment and 1 wheel bearing he quoted me over 500$. He laughed at me when i asked for clarification on the alignment like i was stupid. One thing he said was that my windshield wipers were tore up- little did he know i replaced them less than a week ago. Way over priced, lies about issues with my vehicle, and Allen wouldnt stop what he was doing to talk to me 2 out of the 3 times i came in. This location has a lot to learn about integrity, customer care, and customer service. I do not recommend them for even an oil change.
