They are very organized and know what they have and where it is. Long walk to the back side of the lot, though.

Yes I’m a junk yard junky!! This place is as big as some of the others but they charge nothing to walk in there and look for what you’re needing. The bald guy is hilarious 😆 I’m sure he has bad days but I’ve not seen his monster side yet. And if they can help you find something they are going to try.

They had quite a bit of inventory there I didnt find what I needed but theyve got quite a bit of stuff. Everything is clean and easy to get to.

The asked to search my girlfriends purse when we left there witch she let them and the parts was thrown under vehicle but we got some parts for a high price but the guys at the desk was professional

Poor service told me I could bring my tires back but did not tell me that I would not be able to get a refund only swap out or exchange for something else in the store only with receipt physical receipt in hand in which I had a picture of the receipt on my phone

I absolutely freaking adore this place!!! Typically they have every part Ive needed...so thats great. And their customer service is amazing as well very knowledgeable employees! And the guy with the accent is pretty cool dude. Keep it up.

A mighty fine U-Pull-It. Laid out nicely and well kept. It was quick to check out and they even have a wash-up sink for your hands at the end of your pick job.

Some of u might remember the Jacksonville/Cabot store, well these are the same guys that used to work there, its a awesome set up and theres plenty of room around the cars to work, free admission and hoist usage, inventory is swapped out regularly and the prices will make you come back! I dont think I can call it a junk yard simply because of the environment and the selection and the staff. Im a regular BTW

The d.i.y mechanics candy store. Unbeatable prices! Very courteous staff. 4stars. To get a 5, need better parts tracking so customers dont have to make blank trips.

Great customer service here at Dixon Road U-Pull-It! They were very reasonable on prices and even had a tire iron on site that I could use, and then ended up buying the tire iron from them too because I didnt have one. I bought a used tire already mounted on an aluminum rim for a 1996 Chevy Monte Carlo and the 4 way tire iron and single tire iron for 37 dollars! Although he didnt charge me for the tire itself because it was really kinda wore out.

Great variety of cars to pick/pull parts from.... Just not my particular car that were only made for 3 years. (Hard as hell to find parts for.) So i had to get shipped in from out of state.

The only problem was they didnt have enough vehicles out there

Right been able to go and have a cheaper option when it comes to parts for my vehicle, but really poor customer service and Im here to tell you that had bad customer service.

Anything that Im looking for I can find here at a much lower price than in store or online.

Maybe consider getting someone else to answer the phones. And have employees stop screaming so that customers calling in can actually be heard/hear a response. Also when someone asks for a part try something other than “ain’t got it”! Unprofessional and lazy doesn’t help.

Pretty decent place.but dont call & ask if they have a particular part.the guy that answers the phone dont go far from his chair in the a.c.i asked if they had a specific color vehicle i was looking for a part for & without hesitation he said no.so i went out there for a different part the next day & there was 3 vehicles the same color i asked about.but if ur willing to go & pull parts for yourself its worth it.its just hit or miss

They told me they had parts for a 2010 Altima coupe 2 door. My brother took off work to go pull the parts, there was no 2 door coupe parts, just 4 door.

These guys are very hekoful, and for the most part very pleasant. The only rude person here is the guy with the Australian accent. I believe that he belongs over at the Baseline yard with those jackwagons.

Love this place, no cover charge to enter, and the yard is very well maintained.

Please do not waste your time with this one. They Charge admission to their lot like its some kind of freak show. They are extremely rude especially over the phone. Dont expect them to ACTUALLY check to see if they have what you need as they are lazy and want to get paid for sitting on their butt all day.

Very good place to find reasonably priced auto parts. In years of doing business at this location, they have yet to fail me
