Autozone is not honorable. Was a customer for over 20 years until this week. Bought a lifetime Duralast alternator for my wife’s jeep we bought new because it was supposed to be lifetime. Manager Thomas Reed in Little Rock Rodney Parham location would not honor it because someone at his store years ago improperly documented the name. Did not know until I went back to get the alternator replaced under warranty. They recognized it as a duralast serial and all but refused to warranty it even with my records of all the things I bought over the years. He told me to come back during the week and he would see what he could do. I did just that but Amnesia hit him and would not do anything. Sure there may be some extra paperwork involved but that is not my fault they improperly documented my purchase. Advanced Auto parts was appalled that I was treated this way and I got a lifetime alternator from them. They said they would honor it with or without receipts because that is how they do business. Advanced Auto just gained a lifelong customer and Autozone lost one or more because I am going on social media and telling Everyone!

It was good. They dont ask if you need any help finding items unless you go straight to the front counter. I got the oil I was looking for and a suction pump too.

Helpful individual advice. However the over priced part will deter customers. Very knowledgeable employees.

Really did not appreciate being sent the wrong parts in the mail, being told to my face that they would reimburse immediately, being left hold for almost an hour waiting for customer support, then being disrespected by 2 members of technical support, and now Im going to be waiting 3-5 days to get my money back. Its funny that you can take my money instantaneously, but it takes nearly a week to refund. Wont be getting my business anymore. Wish your company the worst.

Spent 25 minutes on hold store to store finally went to OReillys and got the part I needed in 7 minutes

Too notch customer service at this store. Noah went above and beyond in assisting me with finding the right coolant for my Jeep. It’s refreshing to see team members who go the extra mile just because.

The 2 employees were both very helpful and friendly. Got new wiper blades. They offered assistance to install them (I guess because Im old looking), but it was easy enough for me. Ill go back if needed.

The guy who helped me was amazing a d very helpful but the older white gentleman was extremely disrespectful. My boyfriend asked if he could help us and he told him to stop talking and the answer is no because he has a line of people he is helping, which was untrue nobody was at the store at this time. Even if there was people he was helping he could have directed us to someone who can help.

After giving al details of my vehicle to buy brakes, they sold me the wrong ones, had to make 2 more trips

Went to get a starter checked . The young lady attempted to help me, but the machine failed . She contacted the manager on duty and he noticed it was a salvage yard starter and mentioned that to her for some reason . He then said starter was no good without checking . It was checked at Advance and 2 O’Reilly’s and they said it was good . Auto Zone will never get another penny from me ! Sorry management at those 2 stores .

AutoZone is the place to go for Autos and more, even open late. So, thats why my 5.0 is still on the road.

I cant say anything really negative about this location. Staff helps out when needed and they seem knowledgeable. Inventory is a different story, by that I mean you know when you need a part and its not there and the store appears fully stocked. But all in all, its a good store I would go there again.

I’ve been to this store location several times the past couple of years and have gotten excellent service each an every time.

Im not normally an Autozoner but I had a serpentine belt coming apart and this was the nearest parts store. I have to say, this was the BEST AutoZone Ive ever been in! They had everything I needed and, when we found their loaner belt tool was missing the socket I needed, they dug into their own tools and came up with a solution. These ladies know their stuff and dont mind getting dirty. Excellent job!

GREAT customer Service.Went for multiple parts, tools and accessories. Worked on XTERRA in parking lot for 2 Hours, while going in and out with questions and getting my ride up and running to the level that I dont worry about getting Stranded.

These guys help me every time I come in here. I always feel like I can ask those car questions and they are very helpful to help me understand what I need to know. They are good to explain the best item for the price, why I may need something in particular, even have helped put in headlight lightbulbs when I couldnt get to them in the past. They really go above and beyond which is why I go back there anytime I have car needs I can take care of.
