I went to this place with my mom to purchase a refrigerator, the bald head redneck that was showing us around was very rude. Tried selling us a refrigerator out the box for full price, then said he only a had a piece of string to tie it down.🤔..I guess you have to be white to get good service here in 2020.

The most horrible place to purchase anything. Appliances are damaged and constantly problematic. The furniture is cheap quality. They take advantage of the uneducated and marginalized in the local community. The owner, Cory, does not hear what you are saying and dismisses her clientele as though they are irrelevant or unimportant even when the client has valid concerns...instead of correcting errors made on the part of AAA, she cuts you off in conversation while making attempts to demean and invalidate the experience of the client. You spend costly amounts on repairs of their appliances and still have problems with the appliance that they are unwilling or unable to address or correct without costly fees and those repairs are NEVER fully corrected.Case in point: I had a Kenmore fridge that was purchased from Sears in 2003, never had it serviced, and it finally had to be replaced in 2017. I then purchased a Kitchen Aid fridge from AAA and have had CONSTANT issues that AAA claims they are repairing and the issue NEVER goes away. The freezer keeps having problems to the point I had to replace the rubber gasket at the end of December 2019, called about it twice in 2020 (the freezer was still having problems), spoke with the owner today who says I have to pay for them to come fix the brand new gasket that has come loose and hanging under the freezer drawer. Even though I have called twice about this issue in 2020 (once in February 2020, again in April 2020, and today) the owner says she will not honor the warranty. Really? I called within the warranty time in Feb 2020 and was told to just continue using a little more force to close the freezer drawer as the gasket needs to get “adjusted” to its new location (whatever that means).My experience with this company has been horrendous as it relates to their appliances and the cavalier attitude of the owner lets me know this is in not a reputable business. They are heartless and have zero compassion when they are the ones who are touting a product (the brand new gasket) that has failed. Unwilling to take any ownership for the failure of their product and unwilling to correct the failure of the product without passing the cost along to a client that, if they were truly thinking clearly, has the potential to spend thousands of dollars more with them in the future than the amount of money it would take to come out and replace their cheap gasket. Instead, they have shown that they don’t care about the potential loss of future business and instead care about getting paid for failings on their part.Absolutely sad and atrocious. SHOPPER BEWARE...DO NOT SHOP/PURCHASE at AAA

Fridge quits cooling during the pandemic!! I call to talk about my options and AAA is able to send a repairman the very next day. He has been here and fixed my possibly 15-year-old WHIRLPOOL fridge. They are my new go-to people. I will look here for service and also to buy when needed. Very, very good experience with them. Thanks so much!!!

I purchased a nice washer and dryer set from them. I went on a weekday, on my lunch break, dressed in a suit. I was treated kindly and the male associate checked on me quite frequently. The lady working in the store had a attitude as if she didnt want to be bothered. But that didnt stop me from continuing to shop. The only other downside was when I returned to pickup my set on a weekend. I walked in the door with a t-shirt and some jeans on. I wasnt greeted at all and it took a few minutes for them to ask if I needed assistance.

Top notch service... even after a sale. Ive been going to them for years. Love em! Send all my clients there (Im a contractor). And there local, not a corporate big box. Personal!

Honestly we came in here because we always see it on the side of the interstate. Good prices on furniture and the staff was nice. We moved to look at the beds because weve been thinking about getting a new bed. But while we were looking, we passed between two mattresses on display with about 3 roaches on the floor. And it was then I decided I wouldnt be getting anything from here. I wont be bringing roaches into my house by buying a mattress.

I love shopping here for my appliances and furniture. Kitchen, washroom, livingroom and bedroom, AAA has it all. Whether you buy a truck load or a single item the delivery fee is only about $74. If they order it and it comes in separate from the other items you ordered you only pay the delivery fee one time. The scratch and dents are sold here too at great prices. They swapped the price tag and I have proof. I took a picture of what I wanted and when I went back a day later the price was almost $100 higher....so disappointed that I didnt want to argue...just bought my item and left with over $400 in my pocket. Ill buy my mattress elsewhere

If I could give them a zero stars I would! They charged us $500 and said they fixed our appliances and absolutely nothing is fixed at all!! They say they guarantee their work but they didnt fix it and theyre just going to charge us even more to try again without refunding the things that they charged us for it that they could not fix the first time!!! Lame.

This is a late post of this place, me & my husband went here a few months ago looking for beds for our children..and the staff was ok, but sent us upstairs to look at beds and we was told someone would come up there to help us..but we was forgotten about & the prices was to much for the beds, because they sell the beds in seperate prices for each piece.

Prices are too high on damaged appliances .. Rent/lease their furniture with approved credit for 3 times the amount of value with hidden fees without telling you upfront..
